DRIVERS! Try to avoid this place if you can! They are selling reserved parking yet have no place to park. I reserved parking about 1800 knowing I would be late in arriving. This was on February 29, 2024. There were 33 spaces available according to the app at the time I made the reservation. I arrived at about 2230 driving all around the lot to find a reserved space. None were to be had. I checked the app again which indicated 16 spaces were available. So drivers are unwittingly reserving parking for spaces that don't exist. There are dropped trailers and Bobtails taking up full size parking spaces. There was no one on duty to manage the parking lot either. Fortunately, I came across an employee by the name of Lawrence. He was nice enough to direct me to park in front of pump #8, as it was down for repairs. However they woke me up at 0630 to ask me to move truck, as they repaired the pump. Funny how they can manage the fuel Island, but not the parking. It's all about money folks. Drivers, at the end of a long day's driving, are too tired to mess around late at night to find parking for which they already paid for!Sloppy, sloppy, sloppy!50% of their fuel pumps are shut down. 4 lanes closed off. This place is just getting worse and worse for stopping to get fuel. Trash cans are rubbing over and trash all over, the buckets to wash the windshields are empty and fuel is spilled all over the islands. The people inside did not care about their job, sitting behind the counter and looked at me like I had three heads. When I said, there was no washing solutions in the buckets to clean the windshield. After driving the day in salt roads Windex don t work too well a good squeegee does the trick. Keyword is a good squeegee, which was not found here.

Miss Kelly and Sue Sue went above and beyond their customer service to make sure that my experience here was the best from cleaning bathrooms to making sure that the laundry room was available for my service completely left me speechless thank you ladies for my experience

City of Florence must do something about this place. Truckers stay away, go to a rest area which is 7 minutes away. Every parking spot is reserved, and no spots available after 4, trucks parked on every inch. Hazardous!

7 a.m. is NOT the time for her to spend 45 minutes cleaning one bathroom when people are trying to stop in before work (mind you this location has the most toilets in Florence). Also, showers have gone up $2 over the last few years but the same soap dispensers and still broken and some stall doors don't even shut so where is the extra $2 going?

Everyone here is always friendly and attentive! Service was very quick to accommodate me for an emergency tire repair. Technician cleaned up after himself and did not leave any fingerprints on my truck. Thank you TA!

4 out of 8 pumps working. I don't work there anymore but enough customers still call me to complain about the state of Florence TA. The customer said he avoids it when possible due to this and exit issues.When I walked inside, there were like 4, or 5 women just standing around at the diesel desk.

As an OTR driver this place will eat your clock. It is not easy to get in or out of the lot, exit lane has huge holes that need patched. Inside is well stocked with a lounge and showers. Bathrooms clean. Subway and Popeyes available certain hours.

This place is just bad! To know everything, just read the previous comments! Then TA is trying to comment under every person on here, wish they would put that much effort in doing what they are saying below. Honestly, I think us drivers should just stop coming here. Give them time to think about how they treat us and possibly (just maybe) fix this property!

Other reviews have it right, DON'T BOTHER RESERVING because they won't make non paid people gtfo! Fuel islands still under construction and bobtails are everywhere, and dropped trailers too. Made them refund my parking because hell am I paying for a someone else's spot!

Terrible experience. I'm a disabled Army veteran. I had to bobtail to a handicap spot (which I'm allowed) because they let people park in front of the reserved spots and I couldn't get to my trailer because of what you guys allowed. I was rushed out of the shower to move my tractor because yall wouldn't allow my disabled self to stay in the spot nor would you move the drivers from in front of the reserved spots. They weren't even in actual parking spots. I feel yall are a disgrace to the veteran community and you seriously need to fix the parking situation.

Filthy, overflowing trash cans . Trucks blocking the fuel line for up to 45 min. Trucks blowing air horns throughout the night. I was woken up repeatedly. The worst part is that I had to pay for the privilege of not being able to rest. There was no free parking, I paid 22.00 to drive through massive potholes. I will never stay here again.

Service kept us waiting ALL DAY - literally 8 hours. At some point the driver had to leave and I told them we would be back when the trailer's done. These people have the audacity to charge $500+ to CHANGE TWO TIRES (just labor, we supplied the tires!!!) because they charged it as a road call simply because the trailer was in the parking lot and not pulled into the shop.

Spent over 400$ on fuel bought 30$ worth of Popeyes and the security hitting my truck to move because this location is full of reserved parking what a joke!!!!5 fuel pumps down! Pot holes everywhere long wait for fuel at this location and my order was messed up forgot to serve me hot food and left off half my order.This location sucks!

Do not stop at this location. I m not sure where to start let s get the gross out of the way . Poop covering 3 out of four toilets in the men s bathroom next I purchased two cakes just to get back to my truck and realize they are out of date smh ok easy fix nope I return into store to replace them and everything on the shelf is spoiled which brings me to Popeyes chicken . it s a complete freak show every worker looked under the age of 17 and acted exactly how they looked if you have time on your clock head up to Walton stay clear of this place I give it less than a year before the doors close for good health inspectors will shut this place down with just a glance .

Y all, I m giving this place 3 stars. I REALLY want to give it 4 stars because the store is very nice and the showers are clean! There is a Subway and Popeye s and they sell ! However, DO NOT expect to come here and find parking that isn t reserved! Parking is $20/night and the majority of the parking lot is RESERVED PARKING. The free parking is a VERY small section of the parking lot on the other side of the fuel islands. Everything on the outskirts of the parking lot is reserved! I got here around 1pm on a Tuesday and every single free spot was gone! And YES, the security guards come around at night and check to see if you have paid!!!!! You will not get away with not paying! IMPORTANT if you are low on time and you need to fuel, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! This place is a cluster fu(k as far as getting in and out. I ve been here for two days and going on my second night. Drivers honk all night long because they either can t get in or they can t get out. The traffic backs up on the main road with trucks trying to get in and out! Bobtails park by the entrance where the No parking lines are painted and that prevents trucks from having both ways to enter and exit! Like I said, nice store, clean showers, but don t except to get in and out quickly! There are a lot of restaurants and stores around and there is a tiny field for a pup to run around in! Mixed feelings about this one.

I gave one star only because no stars or negative stars not an option, Worst of the TA truck stops I've been too. Horrible to get in with all the trucks parked in the entrance/exit lane, I reserved a parking spot and there was only a few open when I arrived but you couldn't get in them because the idiots parked outside of parking areas not allowing room to navigate into the reserved parking spots. Be very careful buying food in the store, I emptied the cooler of fresh to go salads because all of the salads were expired by 6 days and floating in brown water in the tray (gross). The only reason I stop there is I can do reserved parking but I try to avoid this TA, can't wait till the one in Walton reopens, sucks no more full service restaurant but I guess that's trucking now.

Every employee I came in contact with here was great. Only 1 star because it s a piss poor design by TA to only have 1 way in and out. Then you have the idiots that take their 30 minute break on the fuel island. Only took a hour and a half just to get fuel and get out.

Now EVERY spot is reserved Paid parking one of the reasons I am leaving OTR trucking. Scumbag truck drivers and scumbag truck stops. Now, not only do we have very limited parking but have to now pay to park. And the place of trashy and filthy. I hate this business

If your a truck driver, this place is nuts. Do not come here, nasty. Busy, not clean, more reserved parking.$18 a night.. just be patience when you come here, harder then hell to back up when everyone gets in your way! (Sorry driver window is dirty by my dog)

I ll run out of fuel trying to get to another truck stop before I fuel up here again. This is the worst truck stop I ve been to in a long time. More than half the pumps are broken and the trucks all trying to get into the only 3 working pumps are stuck and blocking traffic in and out, what is all the revenue generated from parking going to? It s not to maintenance and it s not to amenities and it s not to hire employees to clean the bathrooms so I m not sure who s pocket it s going into

Friendly service all around with the TA staff. Pumps available out front, a dog walking area with picnic table. Picnic tables in front of the two restaurants for Popeye's Chicken and Subway. Clean showers and clean laundry facility for CDL drivers. There's a driver's lounge and an ATM on site. Lots of available parking on site. They have your standard Hot and Cold Case foods ready to go. :-)

Dirty fuel lines and its equipment. They apparently don't understand the concept of "PRESSURE WASHING" New pumps that are already FILTHY. Common man, you know it's name.What is it again, oh, yeah PRESSURE WASHING.

They need a extra exit the situation is chaotic takes two hours to get in two hours to get out. The worst experience in a TA ever in my life 20 dollars parking is a legal robbery and nobody is in a good mood is horrific. The store is clean and everything ok but the fule is completely blocked the light needs to have a longer period of green. By the way my truck got hit in a reserve parking and when I ask for c�maras they don t got any.

The place is a joke. Stay away any way you can. 90 percent $20 paid parking. The other 10 percent if it's that much is full of bobtails and dropped trailers. Greedy corporate ripoffs who operate a dump of a paid parking business. Buy your fuel somewhere they show their appreciation for your business instead of just trying to empty your pockets.

Hey people what s wrong with you? Why are you so unfriendly? I stopped couple of times and every time I see employees who are dissatisfied with something and show it to others. My English is not perfect, but I m not asking you buy me something or give me your money. Great location, good shower, not the smallest I've seen but the staff are sad and unfriendly. The mold in the shower on the ceiling needs to be removed, the unpleasant smell.

Parking is the main issue I have with TA. Most are paid parking and it's anywhere from $20 to $35 depending on location. Truckers shouldn't have to pay to bring food and supplies to the people. Lots of dropped trailers and of course bobtails taking up a whole spot. Very busy TA tons of us waited just to pull in off the street. Still has laundry, showers, lounge and subway and Popeyes inside.

WOW... This place is now an Amazon bodtail homeless shelter... Made a comment to some of the employees... Young lady commented.. they are our best customers.... But yet.. I believe it won't be long before she is replaced by someone that speaks 7 different languages... Yet again the fact that you are required to speak and read English to obtain a CDL in America is ignored... Why should we abide by any regulations????

The TA in Dallas TX is the Worst place to get Fuel . The 8 pumps they have only 3 maybe 4 works,and the ones that do work,guys sit on the fuel lane doing nothing the shop and the parking lot and the store is all that should be there. I understand why they only have 1 person working the fuel desk,because if no one is able to fuel why bother about working. Don't get me wrong the ladies are very nice,but if you want to park on the fuel lane,Have at it..and if you want to stop to get fuel, just know that you will be there for a while. This is not the first I have experienced this at this TA in Dallas ex 872.
