Really sad that I can only give 5 stars... This place was amazing all the way from my first call inquiring about service all the way to the end! I dealt mostly with Harry, but everyone there was very nice and professional. I took my Jeep in earlier this week for some damage from getting rear-ended. First of all, they noticed damage that the first shop I went to hadn't. I didn't even notice it until it was pointed out, but they have a good eye! I had less than 3k miles on it when I was hit, so getting it back to new condition was very important to me.I was a day late getting it in because I was 21 hours away on a road trip, but they were very nice and said to bring it in the next day... So I did- and it looked every bit like I had been on a 21 hour each way road trip. I'd splashed through puddles in the desert, had at least a dozen people in and out of the front and back seats- AND trunk (I was using it as a hot air balloon chase vehicle, so it got USED!!) They tracked mud and everything else through it, but I figured I'd deal with that after it was repaired because I didn't want to delay my appointment anymore.So I just picked up my beloved Jeep, and I'm not sure what I'm going to do with all my free time this weekend, because after they flawlessly repaired the damage and checked every bit of it for any other damage, they detailed it inside and out! I felt like I was driving him off the lot for the first time all over again! Only the dealer didn't even shine my tires like these guys did!If you want your car fixed right, this is the place to take it! Outstanding work and customer service!Service: Body & Trim

I was referred to Prestige by my insurance company and initially nervous about the repairs my car needed after hitting a large mattress on the freeway. Bill did an excellent job fixing my car and communication throughout the process was excellent. They were great about synchronizing everything with my insurance company and the car rental company as well. They went above and beyond in every aspect of the repair process and detailed my car prior to pick-up. They were even flexible with letting me pick up my car a little bit after hours to accommodate my work schedule. A+++++ in every way.Service: Body & Trim

Accident moving my golf car from North Carolina to Ohio. Found these guys online and spoke to Travis. Submitted pictures to get an estimate. Basically, needed a new front end. They picked it up, repaired and delivered it back. Looks Brand new! Excellent workmanship and communication throughout the repair process. If you need a golf car -check them out - their service is 5 star even with an out of state golf car.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

Best place to go if you really want to get something done! I called all around to see if anyone would be able to fix the door latch on my work vehicle and they were the only ones who I didn't have to book a appointment for, simply come on in and they'd look at it. I went in expecting a expensive experience but the manager gave me a discount and ordered the part right there and it was literally fixed as soon as they got the parts in which was just over the weekend and not weeks. If your looking to get something fixed and not sure where to go I'd highly recommend here and the guys will work with you like family! Great hospitality thanks guys!

I was recently rear-ended and needed repairs on my Toyota Corolla. I've used Prestige once before and was so impressed with their service! They didn't disappoint this time either! I cannot recommend this place enough! These guys are great! They are professional, friendly and they do an outstanding job! They went above and beyond!! Bill and Brandon were so helpful! I was in an accident recently where there was significant cosmetic & component damage to my vehicle. They were more than great in helping fix my vehicle as well as providing myself and insurance provider with the necessary information throughout the whole repair process. Last week I spoke to Brandon in regards to some issues I was having with my golf cart not running. Two phone calls later and 10 minutes on the phone and he helped me diagnose and fix the issue myself. He could've easily just told me I'd have to bring it in for service and charge me for nothing but instead he helped me out when he could have easily taken advantage of me. Very much appreciated and an ethical way to take care of a customer!

Pay no attention to the negative reviews from 2 years ago. The new owners are awesome, to say the least. I shopped online for batteries for my cart. Prestige was quite a bit cheaper than anywhere online. The customer service is top notch. I had reservations about stopping in because of my experience a couple of years ago. I'm so happy that I did. It is the kind of place you dont want to leave. They really do have your best interest in mind. No more online shopping for cart repair for me. Thank you very much for bringing back, advancing the customers agenda, and not your own.

I could not be happier with my experience at Prestige. Bill was confident and extremely courteous. The body work (dent repair and paint blending) was explained clearly and executed perfectly. I would highly recommend Prestige for auto body work. Thanks again, Bill!

Always top notch work from Bill the manager and the rest of the crew. Thanks to insurance, meticulous body shops that fix things the right way are few and far between, but this is one of them. Clear communication and always on your side.Don t take your vehicle anywhere else for body work.

If you are ever in the unfortunate situation to need body work, you would be very fortunate to work with Bill and his team. My car is beautiful and I didn t have to do much of anything after I called my insurance agent to get it fixed. I would recommend them to anyone!!

Good group of guys. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They even reached out to me a couple of times to follow up. Im a hard judge of businesses, but Ill give credit where credit is due; they deserve every star in my opinion.
