What happened to my favorite store? All familiar faces are gone and there 2 young guys who do not know their job. How hard is it to look up front brake pads for a 2001 Camry? 2 trips later I still had the wrong pads. To add insult to injury they tried to charge me 21.00 more dollars upon arriving the second time!

Kathy at OReillys is the best, She has been our Rep here at Big Tex Trailers for years and is always available and makes sure we always get what we need. She is one of the best Reps we have come in. Only a call away and she gets it done. Excellent service and always smiles.

I order my part at 9 am this morning and they had it by 2 this afternoon and the guy that took care of me Ralph had a lot of common sense and knowledge about what I was doing, it's my first time trading with O'Reilly because I normally dealt with the people up the road but they had one guy there that had any common sense or knowledge at all and he only worked a couple of days a week so I decided to try somewhere else and I will be going back thanks, guys.

Better prices than most. Great service, but if you need better quality on certain items, go to competition or dealer.

Fast knowledgeable staff, helped me find everything I needed. Also helped with easiest most affordable way to fix my issues. Will be returning here any time I need help or parts for auto jobs.

I was having trouble seeing out of my windshield in the rain and stopped here to ask what I should get to help with the horrible steaks that I could not get off (it looked like I had drove behind a car leaking oil and using wipers made it worse, and I couldn't get it off with a squeegee or rag for nothing). Gary used his own personal Rain X wipes from his car, and a rag and scrubbed my windshield for me and got it off. He then checked my wiper blades (which hadn't been changed in many years) and showed me how bad they really were, and helped me pick out some new ones. He put my new wiper blades on for me and stood in the rain and cold and made sure I could see before going back inside. I'm incredibly grateful for him and didn't expect the help I received. I'll definitely be using this O'Reilly's from now on, and recommending all my friends that are clueless about what to get for their vehicles (like I was) and want excellent customer care.

This is the worst auto parts store I've ever been to. They have horrible customer service and nobody that works there knows a thing about cars or car parts. I have gone there three times and have been told they didn't have the part I was asking for so I pulled it up online and they did have it.

Not a bad place to shop. Some of the counter staff could go back to customer service 101. There have been many times I walk into this store and there is no one on the counter or if there is they don't acknowledge any one entering the store. I had to go up to the front counter if I wanted help otherwise they just let you walk aimlessly around the store.

"Do you price match(having Amazon price pulled up and trying to give business local)" before he finished saying "brick and mortar only" I clicked buy now. Saved 50%! Price gouging people is only going to kill your business faster!

Everyone was so helpful. The lady working needed to lose her attitude and stop being rude to the new kid who was helping me but other than that everyone was great.

This is my store considering its right by my house. My first stop when i need a car part same day and cant wait for an online order. There like family im in there so much. Great staff.

Guy offers a gentleman in front of me because he thought the part was over price ed like 40 percent on a 30 dollar part I spent 94.30 cents I sure didnt get no discount nor was offered one.not a happy camper tryed to use on line coupon Oh no he says what b.s

I would suggest a different location.Every time I have bought parts from this location they do not register them under my name or phone number even though they've been asked to do so.I have bought parts with warrantys and can't use them.AutoZone has better prices anyways and they ALWAYS Register every part I buy without me asking.

What's the point of having a sign that says we test batteries, modules, alternators, etc. For free. When you go in to ask for some assistance the old woman just stands , don't even greet you and tells me nope we don't do that, I don't know how. Oh okay, well why isn't someone on the clock that knows how to maintain and run the store to all the expectations. This is why I stick with Autozone.

Prices are reasonably just as good if not better than others but there knowledge about motors is good and they've always been vary helpful
