From the phone call you can tell the Sincerity behind these ppl that work here. They got me in a the very last second before closing and have earned a long time customer! Thank you Pap and tony for extending such kindness to a passerby will be back soon. There work is great quick and efficient with a nice clean and spacious waiting area!10/10

I highly recommend NPR! My car was having coolant issues for a couple weeks and engine overheating. They squeezed me in same day to take a look and thoroughly went over everything with me, even took me back and showed me what the issue was. They weren't able to fix my issue with it being a hybrid but gave me recommendations for where to go. Josh was incredibly nice and I can't thank him enough for the amazing service he provided. I will definitely be returning for all my future issues.

Josh was incredibly helpful and accommodating. NPR was near closing time and Josh was willing to stay a few minutes after close to help me with an inspection. I was ultimately charged nothing because the issue was superficial, but I will return for other work if not simply for his transparency. Thank you brother.

I needed 4 new tires on my car. Brought my car under the recommendation of a friend to them. Tony was awesome!! Tony kept me updated throughout the process. Called me and gave me options to fix a couple of other issues. They were very reasonable priced. I am definitely using them again.

My family has taken our vehicles to NRP in Florence for the last four years. They have always taken care of any issues we've had. When we bring an issue to NRP they always preface their diagnosis with whether or not the issue is a safety issue. We've never had anything that was a safety issue, that is until this weekend. While traveling we got a code on our van. Not really sure of how to handle it, we called NRP. We spoke to Tony who said that the code was a safety issue and he explained why. He gave us guidance on what we needed to do and talked us through the situation. Thankfully with his guidance we made good decisions that allowed us to continue our travels safely.

They are so nice and helpful here. Their prices have increased a little over the past year or so, but they do great work and are very accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone.

I won t take my vehicle anywhere else! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. The shop is always clean and organized, and the overall service is top-notch. I highly recommend NRP Tire and Auto!

I've been taking my vehicles to NRP since they've been in business. They always take great care of me. They've worked on my 1969 Ford, my 2007 Honda, my 2016 Chevy and my wife's Toyota.They do business "the old fashioned way", because they want your business. Best tire and auto in Florence or I'll eat my hat.

This place is really amazing, I got a Groupon for a semi synthetic oil change with the new filter and rotation of the tires all for $17 which my first thought was there has to be something wrong with this place for the Groupon to be that cheap, prior to coming here I knew that I needed my front wheels changed and my car also had a few other things wrong that I was concerned about so when I got here and the gentleman(Mike)at the front desk was talking to me when he came back in from getting my mileage and he proceed told me that my front tires were pretty bad which I expected I told him that my budget wasn t the best at the moment so then he gave me an estimate on how much it would be to buy three tires getting one free the price wasn t too outrageous but it was a little bit too much for my budget at the moment so then he informed me of their finance program I didn t think I would get approved because honestly my credit is horrible but it was a no credit Finance so the only thing I had to do was put some personal information down and $40 and I got approved, now I have an appointment to come back next Thursday and get all four new tires with free alignment warranty and rotation for as long as I have them, these guys are really awesome the customer service is outstanding and they didn t take advantage of the fact that I m a woman which happens a lot they were very understanding and very eager to help me and not just to make a quick buck but to really help me which is mind blowing, you don t see that often in Auto shops this place is definitely going to be my go to for any car problems in the future. I highly recommend these guys if you haven t tried them out please give them a chance they will not let you down.Thank you so much NRP you guys went beyond my expectations and I m highly grateful. Happy Holidays.

Awesome service and very friendly! They did an inspection on a used car we were considering buying and they saved us a ton of money on repairs! They showed us all of the issues on the car and it was clearly not the car for us. I appreciate how well they took care of us! We will be back for any future repairs on all of our cars!

Great service. They seem to be honest and reasonable as far as price and telling you about your vehicle. Every bit of work they ve done for me always seems to be high quality and I have come to trust them. They will let you buy what you want, they will also be honest about what you need, and they have even told me no when I have offered to spend my money because they knew I didn t need something. I will be a lifelong customer.

I wanted to take a minute to share my pleasant experience with NRP of Florence, Ky. Had some work done to my Jeep Wrangler and I was very impressed that they actually took the time to speak with me regarding the issues I was having. Lucas, Blake, and Jakub were all very professional and Blake even took the time to walk outside with me to show me exactly what was done and how to maintain it after having it in for repairs. I would highly recommend these guys for your automotive needs! Excellent customer service.

My mechanics for life! I have used NPR for 2 years. They get you in fast. Usually spot on with diagnostic and estimate. They are fair and honest. Just recently I had my Armada in for battery issue they did do a repair that needed to be done. I don't drive very often and after sitting for 2 weeks the battery was dead. Called NPR and instead of having it brought back in they suggested a simple possibility to try first. Don't find to many mechanics that have this kind of integrity!I'm so great full I found this mechanic!

Great local family owned business. Service was so fast, I popped a tire on Sunday evening they ordered my tire and had me back on the road with my brand new tire in 24hr. The staff was so kind and helpful, they really went out of their way to make my experience not only fast but thorough and personal. You don t find businesses like this much anymore, I will definitely be back.

Great service, call can always get a convenient appt or have drop off option. Staff is knowledgeable & friendly. Always gives me heads up on filters, belts & other parts that might be reaching end of life so I know to look to replace them in the next 3-6 months. Allows to plan ahead for services & not get caught off guard or end up with a major repair.Lobby & restrooms clean.

Thank goodness for NRP Auto. They saved me from dumping an extra $1,500 into a car I almost got duped into buying for $3,000 at Midwest Autos up the street. The car had almost half of its value in necessary repairs that would have been required for the car to be safe to drive. I wish everybody in the automotive industry was as honest and straightforward as NRP.

Contacted Steph and in less than 24hrs she ordered me a brand new tire & had it put on cheaper than anywhere around! Definitely recommend their service to anyone in need of tire or auto assistance! Every staff member and CUSTOMER was so polite and treated you like they ve known you forever! Please go see your local owned businesses! I will never go to a big chain store ever again!! My SUV was shaking at high speeds and when braking, was worried it was a tire rod, since I d just had brakes done, however it was just unbalanced tires from another company. They fixed me right up in less than 2 hours and guaranteed their work for the life of the tires at an incredible pricing. Couldn t have been more of a blessing at this current time! Will always recommend them. They are honest, reliable, punctual, and personable!

Recently I traveled from Georgia to visit my son, while traveling I started to hear a noise coming from my tires. Upon arrival to KY, I took my truck to NRP. They quickly got me in to do an inspection. Upon completion, they guaranteed my tires would last back to Georgia, and they were correct. It was refreshing to know there are still honest folks out there. If you live in the area, I would recommend if you have tire issue or need new tires to go to NRP. Simply put, they are great.
