Call them around 8:30pm. They let us park outside the gate for the night and had us in the shop as soon as they opened. Everyone was kind, knowledgeable and professional. They worked hard to sorce all the parts need for the job. Prices was fair. Michael our tech, did a great job and now we are back on the road. Couldn't be happier with our experience here.

These guys were cool and true professionals had a blowout on the interstate, On my tractor's drive tire they replaced It with a used one that was almost brand new. For a very great price, Northern kentucky Truck Service is awesome

I appreciate the quality of service that was provided on 3/11/2024 by your mechanic Mr. Mike Martin. He was very friendly and professional and he is definitely an asset to your company. The service that he provided was impeccable and expedient. Additionally, I want to also express my gratitude to Mr. David Clemons, who was very accommodating, professional and friendly. He rode with me in my truck to determine what my issues could have been. He went beyond the call of duty to assist me in my time of need; and please know that he is also a great asset to your company. Alex and JR were both very helpful and friendly. They worked very hard to get me in and out as efficiently as possible. And good mechanics they know what there doing here and they dont try to over charge you need a good mechanic this is the place

I have been in the trucking industry for 30 plus years. I would rank these people the best of the best. You can count on them to tell you the truth, not try to gouge you or take advantage of you when you are in a situation where you "don't have a choice", (as so many do these days). We would rather tow our truck to them from miles and miles away rather than trust it to someone we do not know, because in the long run they will take care of you. When you leave their facility you can count on whatever they did to your truck, it was done RIGHT. A special thanks to Mike, Jr, Alex and David. I had a problem coming up 71 from Louisville, I was going to take it to a dealership but I didn t want to be held up for multiple days so I started looking around for a shop that could fix it. I called Northern Kentucky, TRUCK REPAIR, and they said sure bring it on and we handle this stuff all the time And we ll get you fixed up and on your way. No problem. Well the place lied to me and told me they could fix the truck then after a night in a hotel and Saturday afternoon they told me that they didn't have the proper programming for the computer but they still charged me $2400 so first thing this morning Took it into Kenworth and they are looking at it now, and said they would let me know ASAP, northern Kentucky, TRUCK REPAIR is a bunch of liars and crooks, had they said Friday, I'm sorry, but we don't have the Cummins computer programming to fix it then I would've went immediately to somewhere else, but they lied and said no problem we can have you up and running in a couple of hours. We do this all the time, what they do is rip people off all the time, I'm so angry and upset!Peterbilt kept it for three days but they did fix it and they guarantee every bit of their work, they re total bill was $2200, I don t mind paying that because they actually fix the problem but when you add the $2400 that Northern Kentucky ripped me for it turned into a very expensive repair, and since I wasted my Friday there, I wasn t able to get it into Peterbilt earlier, had I gone to Peterbilt on Friday. They would ve had me out of there by Monday because over the weekend they got four more trucks in in front of me. I believe Dave was honest businessman but when I questioned $2400 for nothing they fixed absolutely nothing he said to me well I ve had my head mechanic on it for two days and I ve got bills to pay. But let me reiterate, my point had he been honest and told me that they didn t have the Cummings computer program and they were not capable of fixing the truck. I would ve never went there in the first place and I damn sure wouldn t have thrown away $2400 on nothing! Not to mention I lost a $6000 load sitting there! Yeah I m very pissed off and if you want to be ripped off and lied to then go there but if you want the job done right and guaranteed with all the proper computer programs, and everything the proper Equipment and abilities to fix the truck the way it should be the first time then I strongly suggest going to Peterbilt or Kenworth dealerships otherwise you re just throwing your money away on liars and crooks. How the hell do you justify charging someone $2400 and you didn t fix a damn thing you just wasted their time, the fact that they couldn t that they re not capable of fixing the problem because they don t have the Cummings computer programs I don t hold that against them, it s the fact that they lied, knowing they didn t have them programs and they weren t capable of fixing computer problems, but still got me in there just waste my time and take my money, I know I m repeating myself over and over but I am freaking pissed as hell!

This guys they are great people the deeply understand the problem of truck driver and try to help you at their best, thanks a lot Mike for working hard the whole evening to put me back to the HWY(5star) and you did it, and thanks David for arranging a tow truck, and bringing the parts right away, I came to the shope around 8:00 pm and by 10:00pm the truck ready thanks again Mike, if I would have enough hours I should be back to the HWY, the even dropped me at the hotel, they are so kind, and coperative guys, God bless yoy keep it the good did. I highly recomend for Northern kentucky.

Thieves! I call them for diagnostic he said we diagnostics than he told 145 to come out plus 3 per mile I broke down on the pump at TA he come and check he said u need cpc he went to through the dealer he grabbed cpc he said I return ur cpc I told did u ask me about my cpc I cal the dealer if they have my cpc but they don t they sold me my cpc and still my truck has the same issue they charge me 4071$ for no reason I told them am not paying this blc my truck has some issues and you guys did nothing for me long story short if want to spend ur money for not reason you can go ahead but am telling you don t waste your time here

I will definitely give them more than 5 stars , because they are professional, friendly, on time, fair and good price, no extra charges and care about your time. What a nice and respectful team I saw here. I send my trucks all the way from Houston, TX to fix it there.

I hope to god i never need to use them agin for anything they will rob you blind $1346.59 for one drive tire never asked me what tire i need the trailer or the truck i said passenger side rear axle inside tire gave them the tire size mobile machine came without a tire he already had trailer tires in his little box truck oo was that a trailer tire no its the truck oo now i need to go back and grab that tire that another feee stay away let them go under i would sink the ship if it robbing people zeroio stars

I got a wheel allignement and oil change, and they even straightened my steering wheel.I have had two allignements elsewhere but none of them went out of their way to straighten the steering wheel.They recommended that I change my oil every 30,000 miles because they used synthetic oil.I use synthetic oil at other shops and they always insist I change the oil every 15,000 miles.They even let me know that I had air leaks and showed me where they were.Also, they alerted me about worn out trailer brakes.Their prices are reasonable and I would recommend them to my parents.

Thieves! Modern thieves. I called this service 22-april. Their technician came and charged 671$ for nothing. After that he said this should be towed to their shop, their towing fee was 200$, yet, after i gave my card information, they took 700$. We are trying to retrieve voicecalls, and i'll process legal case against them. BEWARE! always record your phonecalls while talking to them!

I went for alignment but nothing have been done and they over charge me $614 .After a week the truck was shaking badly . They don t have qualified mechanics . Another truck driver was complaining about over charge too

Guys don't go there, so expensive shop for 3 hours of labor they charged 820$ just take off parts and put back, even is was necessary only 2 parts he special changed whole kit to make more $$$, very rude attitude for truckers.
