These guys were incredible. Got stuck on my way home to Canada late on a Saturday afternoon and they offered efficient, knowledgeable, TRUSTWORTHY, and extremely affordable service. I even saw them top up my washer fluid for free in the shop and they didn't even mention it. Can't imagine better service anywhere else.

Came in for some body repairs on the car (Suspension, Ball Joints, etc.) and was informed by Raul that there was a "Silent recall" on my engine, where if it dies, I can ask to have the dealer review it, and if it is due to this reason I get a new engine for free. Low and behold 1 month later, my engine dies, and rather than scrapping the car, I was able to get a Free new engine thanks to the advice My Guy Auto gave me. They do great work, are very timely, and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Don t bother calling to see if they can do the work. They will tell you they can do it. When you get there they basically tell you that they didn t listen to you, they just said yes to try and get the sale. Asked if they work on Vanguard motor/engine. They said yes. When I drove there they inform me they can t work on it and have never heard of it. Just say that on the phone instead of wasting someone s time

took my car here because another mechanic put my gas pump in an the car didn't start. so they say they fix the problem but they didn't.. the car only ran for 2 days an I didn't start back up

I should've let AAA tow it where they wanted. Instead I picked My Guy off Internet because ratings seemed good. When we refused their $800+ estimate to replace the starter, they insisted we remove the car very quickly from their lot AND they charged us $148 for the diagnostic. That seems a bit high but we had no choice but to pay it. Then while I was paying the fee they felt the need to share their opinion on my choice of donating the car to a charity that I had researched and vetted and instead recommended a different one saying that the one I was going with was lying to me. Was hoping this would be our go-to shop at our new home but definitely will not go back there.Service: Vehicle Inspection

We went here because we broke down on a trip. The only good thing about this company is they are open on Saturdays when most repair shops in the area or not. We brought the car in and they said we needed a certain part, but that they couldn't find it. We found the part at a car parts store in stock, under 15 minutes away. We hand-delivered the part to them, and they installed it in under an hour. It was an easy installation. Ended up charging us way more then a normal installation cost. We needed to get home, felt like they were holding our car hostage.

I had my car towed here and did not get good news BUT they were very honest. They told me the truth instead of just trying to make money, and that means a lot! I had to wait in my car till my daughter drove over an hour away to come get me. The mechanic checked on me and offered to grab me something to eat when he went to lunch. You just don t run into genuinely nice thoughtful people much and that meant a lot to me.

The owner is great! We bought a jeep a few months ago and have had some issues with it. This is a local shop around the corner from our house. They ve helped us out twice with a c02 code popping up in my car and then my battery and alternator went out. We got there Saturday afternoon around 1 o clock and he took a look at it right away. Not only did he call us within the hour with the problem, he got it back to us back to us the same day (6pm)because I mentioned I had work July 4th and they are closed for the Holiday. I really appreciated that he wanted to get it back to me as soon as possible so I could get to work Monday! Great owner, super friendly and respectful. He also did it for a really fair price! We will definitely be back for any problems we have in the future. I will need a break job soon and will not consider going anywheres else besides here.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Battery

Had an emergency tire situation coming into Cinci from Florida. Had to quickly get off the highway and find a repair shop. These guys were amazing and fixed the hole in the tire in 5 minutes. So nice and sent me on my way free of charge! So grateful I found them.Service: TiresService: Tires

My car died getting off the florencr exit. Tire discounters said it was the alternator and that it was $995. Luckily I called around because I knew I could find it cheaper. However my guy auto repair tested the alternator and it was still good but the battery was toast. I bought a used vehicle and the salesman recommended this place. What a gem. This is the best repair shop I've ever been to. Knowledgeable, fairly priced, family run business. I brought the new/used car in for some problems I knew about when I bought it and was so impressed I brought my other car in that I'd been waiting to fix because of the expense. Fixed right and priced right. I had to get towed there late in the day, obviously without an appointment after my car overheated on the highway.They were very easy to deal with, and had my car fixed a lot faster then I was expecting without a laundry list of "other things that should get changed".Definitely recommend them.Service: Engine repair

Stay away from these guys. I came for oil leak in my car. After 3 hours they called with a wrong diagnosis carnk shaft seal. When it was leaking from the valve cover gasket. I originally had my brake lines repaired at another garage who botched the job. NOT great when you're alway carrying kids in your car! The bracket that holds the brake lines were damaged and hanging from my car & that garage was closed on Saturdays. I found My Guy & they fixed me up. They have extended hours which was a Godsend for me! To be honest, the customer service alone won me over, too.. George was very professional and personable. You can't go wrong choosing My Guy!

The my guy team are great group of guys. They made sure I knew exactly what was wrong with my car before they did anything. They will also help you finance any work if it is out of your budget. Highly recommend. Traveling from Tennessee today, to the Creation Museum, I lost my alternator on the interstate. Immediately jumped on Google Maps & asked for a repair shop and found My Guy. Almost didn't make it ... truck was Barely running off just the battery! We ended up killing the battery too, but these fellows got me up and going at 5:45 pm on a Friday !Bless you Boys..!!

I bought four tires - purchased road hazard - hit a pothole and damaged the car - had to have changed while on the road - took tire back to My Guy Auto Repair- says potholes are not covered by road hazard insurance - does NOT have a copy of the policy to show me - guess we will have to go to Boone County Small Claims - my thoughts are (1) pot holes are covered and (2) why would he not have a copy of the policy IF he is actually purchasing insurance?Service: Tires
