I called to see about getting my headlights replaced, and got right in for an appointment at a reasonable time slot for same day service. I don t know much about cars, but Adam was extremely helpful. He not only took the time to explain everything in detail so I could understand, but also checked on some other much needed repairs my truck absolutely needed! I didn t feel like I was being sold additional repairs, but what was actually in need and that is something I sincerely appreciate

After going to several mechanics I brought my vehicle to Midas. I was able to describe the symptoms of the problem and they were able to diagnosis a bad wheel bearing that apparently no other mechanic could. Not only were they able to diagnose the issue but they were able to fix it same day. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. They gained a life long customer today.

I am considering buying a car from a dealer down the road and had it inspected at this Midas location. The guys looked at it thoroughly, provided GREAT and honest feedback, and answered all my questions patiently. Andre and Chris are very personable and provided EXCELLENT customer service and guidance regarding the potential purchase! I can t thank that team enough!!!

We took our vehicle to Midas to get a detailed estimate of all the major components that need repaired.Every detail of the car was inspected and backed by photos and computer diagnostics to give a full ASE review of what was needed, Midas mechanic DJ was on point and even put our spare tire on for us as our current tire was in bad shape! We have a 3 month old and are struggling parents so the impeccable service Midas provided was a super stress relief!!We completely recommend Midas 8220 U.S 42 Florence, KY location and ask for DJ, he'll take full care of any questions or concerns.

DJ at Midas in Florence, KY does some excellent work. Friendly, Professional and quick with repairs. If you need your car repaired, there isn t a better mechanic.

The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. The manager there was able to diagnose the problem my truck was having and was able to explain it to me in a manner in which I could understand, thank you Andre for giving me an experience I thought I would dred and making it one I will pass on to my family and friends and will recommend this location to them and others as well.

BEWARE.. took my car in for its oil change and the first text tried to tell me that my oil filter harness was broke. The second tech told me that wasn t true and that it was likely a leaky seal. My car is under warranty and they tried to tell me that my car warranty company wouldn t cover almost 700 of the repairs come to find out they were trying to bill me for services they didn t even tell me I needed. My car warranty company advised me to take my car to another shop which I did. My oil filter harness wasn t even an issue. The staff and management suck at this location.

The expert technician Dj Ferrera made my experience wonderful. Guided and explained to me every step of the process and went about it swiftly and to the point. Will definitely be coming back to see him and recommend others to do so as well!! 100/10

I love this location. I've had work done here and I've had them check out my car a couple times and they actually said there were no problems. I'm always worried that mechanics will make something up just to charge me, but the fact that they've given the all clear twice, but performed work another time makes me more confident that they're honest in their inspection. They can often get me in same day (not always, but often), so I appreciate the speedy but reliable service. Great work!!

This florence location has decieving staff working for them. There is a guy with hollow rings in his ears. He told me that the tread in my tires is fully gone and that I needed new tires. I had went in to get a flat tire fixed. Apparently, Midas has free flat tire repair coupon. In order to not give me that free repair, he lied to me by saying the tread on my tire is gone so that I would buy new tires from him. I brought my car to Firestone and I got correct analysis that the tread is not fully gone yet and the flat could have been easily fixed by Midas also. I have spent about $3500 at this location in past 1 and half year. It is expensive and they are pretty much looting customers in broad daylight. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Midas if you do not want to be duped by malpractices.

Great prices, friendly service. Punctual. Everything was done exactly as it said it would be on time at the right price. No surprises. The manager and his crew that I worked with was very friendly and very polite. Great place recommended the service/business to everyone..

Updated. I came in a couple months back, and they didn t put my lug nuts back on. I didn t have a wheel lock so I am now finding out they won t go back on, but I was never disclosed the information. I called back and the manager fixed the issue no problem. I won t say I ll go back, but I will say the manager is a respectable guy and he will fix an issue that was incorrectly made if one has been made. Overall 4 stars

The staff were all very sweet. Service was excellent took my car right in and fixed the issue quickly. Definitely would go back and recommend to everyone. Adam is the manager very friendly. Top notch service.

I have always gone to Midas to get repairs done on my vehicle. They have experienced technicians who get the job done right the first time. I highly recommend this location. Just try and schedule an appointment because they get busy especially on the weekends.

PLEASE READ. I took my car here because the power steering was whining and loosing power. The called me back in 1 hour with a quote for $2,800 to replace the entire system. I spent 1 hour looking up a video on youtube how to fix the issue and resolved it in 45 minutes by adjusting some belt tension screws and topping off my steering fluid (the reservoir had a misleading full stain from old fluid on the inside but it was indeed empty.)This location put almost no effort into diagnosing my vehicle and went straight to the most exspensive option. Stay away at all costs. God Bless.

I was 100 miles away from home and had glass in my tire causing it to be flat. After visiting two other businesses, Midas was able to get me in right away so I could get back on the road. It was also free of charge! Saved my day, I recommend Midas if you're in a jam like I was.

Bought my daughters tires there about 7 months ago she got a nail in it. So my son took it down to see if they would plug it and was told no several employees walked right past my son in the rain while he was attempting to change the tire.He told me I called to see why they wouldn't help a young boy change the tire since we bought them there and the employee flat out lied said nobody changed a tire in the lot today Shame on you Midas employees. I will never spend my hard earned money there again.

If you need something checked out and need honest answers, go here!! I had a problem with my jeep and they were very honest about what the problem was. My husband had his Kia fixed here and it needed quite a bit of work and they did great and it runs great now!!! Thank you guys for the help today! Im so glad I came to this location!

I couldn't open my back door from the inside and thought there's something wrong with the handle or cable. So I brought it to them and they discovered the child safety lock was on and they turned it off. They didn't even charge me, this is a good place you can trust.

If you live in the NKY area this is the Midas to come to!! As a walk in oil change I was dealt with promptly and professionally. Adam took care of me and my car and explained everything in a professional manner. 5 stars!!

Not only were they able to get my car in right away for brake repairs when they did an inspection complementary, they found a nail in my tire and actually fix that complementary!! Such friendly people and efficient work!

Scheduled appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Wanted to call and try to get me for new wiper blades for $80 but after picking up the vehicle the tires were never even rotated. Will not be back.

Had 12:00 appointment with assurance that it would be done by 1:00,had other appointment. Car brought in at 12:32. Stopped the process and got another appointment for 2:00. Car was brought in at 2:20 and took nearly an hour to have four tires installed.When tires were purchased at tire rack, Midas had install price on line of $78.00. When I got to the store, the manager told me that it would be $120.00. When I showed him the $78.00 offered, he said he would do it for $90.00 plus tax because he had other charges. I paid the $90.00 but it will be my last time to Midas.While I was there twice, one elderly couple that had brought their car in for an exhaust system, was told after being there 3.5 hours and watching the mechanic walk around looking at his phone, sitting at a counter doing nothing, and eating, was told the manifold was cracked and would need to be replaced. It wouuldn seem like it would take three plus hours to figure that out.

I had an appointment at noon for an oil change got the car there about 11:30 come back about 1:30 and they never touched it so I don't know why they would let me make an appointment if they're not going to stick with the appointment so I had to go someplace else to get an oil change and it took them about 45 minutes and was 15 bucks cheaper. Never even got an apology for not getting my car in no nothing just handing me my keys and turn around and walked away.

Stopped here on our way back from a weeklong Florida vacation heading home to Michigan and our wheel bearing went bad. So we stopped in and even with them closing at 6 and us strolling in at 5:15 John and Eric were able to help us immediately so we could continue on this adventure of a ride home. Super awesome staff super friendly not to mention bathrooms even clean. Thanks again guys

I think it is one of the best place in this area quality work and reasonable price. Since i am in the business of the renting car, i decided to take all of my car for maintenance here after talked with Adam. Thank you very much for your patience and give the best advice always.I don t have to go different shops for different things anymore, i will bring here for all of my works.
