Came in with an appointment for a simple alignment. Over 2 hours later I left finally with over $1,000.00 of suggested service. I was called to the alignment bay and see my wheel off the car and the technician trying to sell me pads and rotors. This was done as if my time was worth nothing. Held hostage to be upsold. Just do what the customer asks for quickly and professionally. You will get 5 star reviews every time and repeat customers. I will not be using the lifetime alignment again. Waste of time.

Technician 06 Daniel at the store on US 42 did not do what was paid to do which I ended up not paying for at the end of it but he did not rotate my tires which was being paid for he does not check my suspension which was being paid for he did not check my power steering which was being paid for He did not do anything and then he just tried to pawn everything off on like well okay and the lead person service advisor 3 Garrett admitted that he's talked to this individual several times about not doing what he supposed to be doing you have a safety issue here I have reported this two customer service and the case number is 279-4022 if you wish to look it up I am very unsatisfied with your service and I will never use your service again and I will recommend to everybody online Facebook and everything never to use your service. Your service sucks your employees suck You're trying to steal money from honest people

They ruined my tires and tried to say they were already like that .they are new tires .although the spare has never even been drove on. Rips and gouges of rubber have been taken off the sides of the tires. They (Joe) were not helpful at the store. I need my new tires replaced. I would not recommend this place. I made a mistake by going there.

I was traveling through on Labor Day absolutely nobody was around and I had about 30 minutes until this tire plus closed. The worker contacted the owner. They got some stuff worked out and got me taken care of. It was very very cool how it all came together and they made it happen. I cannot say enough about these people. They could ve simply said I m sorry we re closed at five like the nine other people I called, but they did not. They took care of business much respect to this place owner and employees.

Amazing services. So here s what happened at 6 AM. I pull into my parking spot and I hear the loudest earth shattering sound. You can imagine I pop from my back rear Tire. Oh yes, it was going to be a wonderful day when I heard that a four letter word came out of my mouth. That car was not moving anywhere. Let me tell you child. It was not so I called my insurance company in to get a ride to this tire service shop. Insurance company says gonna be $300 for the missing one out so I called another tow company. Not really relevant to the review but kind of important to the story. I get there I drop it off. They said it will be $100 to tow the car. I get to the tire shop. Now here s were at the tire shop folks just in case she got lost they told me it s gonna cost me $249 with taxes, but I got a free tire alignment. That s an Extra $100 normally but for free. I like free stuff so I took the free tire alignment it took about maybe three or four hours I would say I dropped it off around 10 AM because you know I had to wait for the Place to open up, I got it around 4:30 PM. No, no correction 3 PM winning paid my service be wonderful because now I don t have to worry about having a flat tire and driving on the rim. I want to see you driving on the rim you don t wanna do that folks new sirree Bob that is not something you wanna do that will destroy your tire rim. I know it makes for some great you two going to but trust me it s cheaper in the long run just to replace the tire. And yes I did get the extended service agreement.Despite the protest of a couple prior saying oh, we won t need that. They re going to need it when that tire eventually pops in they need help. But you know they do amazing work here very professional, very courteous, the kind of place I will definitely refer anyone to indefinitely. Return if I ever need it again.And remember folks never patch always buy brand new.

Took car in for an alignment and was shown that my shock on my tire had collapsed so I was basically riding my kids around in a time bomb. I was told the alignment would not help and not to waste money on it really nice honest people that could have easily taken me for some quick cash but chose to do the right thing. Thank you.

This place is a JOKE. Took my car in twice for repairs. They blatantly ignored my request the first visit. Second visit they had it for a week before they worked on it. Employees will not call you back, rather you must call and request an update. Left several messages for GM to call back, but ended up having to call back to get ahold of him. He couldn t care less about his customers. Got ahold of corporate twice about needing to speak to someone higher than this store. First time I heard nothing back, second time the regional manager had the GM call me back. Honestly don t know how this place is still in business by the way they treat their customers. All in all, my problem was not fixed and they requested I take my car somewhere else (after over 2 weeks of having my car). Only good thing about this place was that they paid for my rental after I inquired several times about this. Will not be back.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Terrible customer service. Go somewhere else if you want your car serviced in a reasonably timely manner. My partner had two separate appointments to bring his car in for an issue and they sat on the vehicle for almost a week each time without providing any updates. What is the point of scheduling a time slot for a vehicle for it not to be looked at for days? Each time we called to check on the status either the phone rang off the hook or a different person would give us different/incorrect information about the status of the vehicle. They'd tell us they would call us back by a certain time and they never did.

I have been going to this shop for quite some time now and have never had any issues until one of my struts started going bad. I had them diagnose my vehicle and they suggested having both struts replaced along with my rear shocks. They quoted me $1,347.92 in just parts! I can get these same parts at autozone for only $442.92. Whatever work they say you need done to your car, make sure and do your own research first before authorizing any work to be done, you can save a lot of money!Service: Steering & suspension repair

We are from out of town on vacation and had a tire issue. We needed a new one to be able to drive the 700 miles safely home. They managed to get us in on a Saturday mid-afternoon. They were friendly, timely, and professional. All in all, as a late afternoon walk-in, it was about a 2.5 hour turn around. I would definitely recommend this place and if we decide to move to the area we will utilize them again.

They typically do a good job. Got a good deal on tires. Took the husband's car back because they messed up the alignment, had an appointment and arrived 30 mins beforehand, to only sit in the waiting area with no update for well over an hour and nothing was done. Had to go up twice to the counter for any sort of update and all they said was we're sorry a truck came in with issues, we should get yours up and nothing happened. We had a scheduled appointment and didn't receive any service and no help.

First time there. They were not fast, and I'm not certain how effective my appointment was at saving time either, but they made it up by being very friendly and professional. I was impressed how thorough Morgan was with making things right. Customer service was a top priority, which I've found isn't the case at many tire stores out there. I'd trust them working on my vehicles, and I'll be back when needed.

I took my company car there to have the tires checked and see if my fleet company would replace them. I let them know my low tire pressure was on and it was due to a problem with my left rear tire. Its low but there a problem with the stem that makes it hard ti inflate.I pick up the car and they say they completed a wheel alignment but the fleet company did not approve tire replacement.I get in the car and the low pressure light is still on, no biggie it will go out before I get home. I arrive home 2 miles away and the light doesn't go out.I call the shop and guy at the desk tells me it could 5 to 10 minutes before the light will go out, In my experience it only takes less than 5 minutes as I usually drive around my neighborhood and it goes out in less than 2 miles.I check my tire pressure and the left rear is at 26, the other are between 32 and 33. They should be at 36 PSI.I JUST LEFT A TIRE REPAIR SHOP THAT DID NOT CHECK MY TIRE PRESSURE!!!Get your car serviced here at your on risk

I work a busy schedule which can change unexpectedly. I can't afford to be without a car for a day. The mechanics here pay great attention to detail. They aren't high pressure but will let you know if something is needed. They are nearby within walking distance. I'm happy with their work.

MICHEL tires plus/ affiliate FirestoneTires we need to have a talk about:1) Quality control2) Customer serviceWe had rack and pinion replaced in 9/21 in Richmond, VA.Wednesday 6/8/22 it broke again in Kentucky while on a trip.We were told to take our car to thhia Florence KY Michels tires, Which is an affiliate of @FirestoneTires according to the Firestone rep we spoke to so our replacement rack & pinion work could be completed under warranty.US Highway 42 Michel's Tires have had the car for a week.We called, each day, only to be given bad information.We got an appointment for Friday 6/10 at 11 a.m. We were told it was a 3 hour job. We called at end of day. The staff's excuse was the parts needed to come in.We waited patiently through the weekend, delaying our return home.By Monday the shop's excuse was that the part had come in but the technician which they had who could work on it had his day off on Monday and so he wouldn't be able to work on it until Tuesday. It would now be an 8 hour job.We called Tuesday. Then, their excuse was that he had another car ahead of ours and he'd would finish it by end of day Wednesday. Since it was, again, now an 8 hour job.Today, Wednesday, 6/15 the shop's excuse was that the "part just came in" & there was a car ahead of us.The person answering the phone acted surprised when I said that was NOT what we were told. "I don't know who told you that."Now, we're overdue for multiple obligations in Virginia.Michel has told us the earliest we can be helped is 11 a.m. tomorrow. No rentals available.You keeping track, @FirestoneTires / Michel tires plus??A week of "tomorrow is always a day away," deflection, false information, excuses.Each day I call & I don't get any sick Sisyphian pleasure from repeating this fruitless task for a week. Stuck. Told daily yesterday's info was wrong.Listen both the terms "Kafkaesque" and "gaslighting" are overused but unfortunately both fitting my unwelcome (and unresolved) "Firestone Adventure"(tm).I have a Firestone credit card. I have chosen to be a faithful client, spending thousands to upkeep my car with y'all.I thought going with a national brand would come with some quality control & customer service benefit.Well, we'll all wrong sometimes!I'm angry, but more than that I'm disappointed. Disappointed at you Micchel tires plus , but also at myself for being too patient & trusting.By the way my wife has an autoimmune disease. Her medicine is at home. Because we trusted the US Highway 42 Florence, Kentucky Michels Tires' faulty information & non-existent customer service, she's overdue on taking her medicine and we're an 9 hour drive away from home.Had we been given accurate information about our situation from the beginning ("It won't be ready for two weeks") we could have planned accordingly.We were NOT given true information. Now we're left in the lurch. No rental. No solutions until tomorrow @ 11 when we were told to call back yet again.

I typically work on my own cars; however, if I don't have time or the right tools, I go to Tires Plus in Florence, on RT 42. I've had my vehicles serviced here for over 5 years. They always provide honest pricing and quality services, and they never try to up-charge for unnecessary repairs. They're so good at what they do, their services are typically in demand most days of the week. So plan ahead and drop of your vehicle if necessary.

Took my car there for an OVI after I got a car for Carvana, was told they couldn't get a hold of silverrock and that my car needed front control rods. Never heard back after they supposedly "ordered the parts". Also have made appointments and have been push aside for people who arive when the doors open without an appointment.*UPDATE: I finally got my car fixed, but they told me I would need Brakes and Rotors when my Brakes and Rotors are brand new. Nice Try!!

The people at this store are wonderful. They are patient they will give you all the information that you asked for. My car was done in a timely manner. I got four new tires put on. The price was great and it was the same price that I was quoted. No phone calls with you need this for your care they did want I asked for and did a great job at it.Thank you!!!

This place is a scam. Went in for a simple tire plug, sat for 2.5 hours for them to say the tire had multiple punctures and the other 3 tires (that were less than a year old) are all dry rotted. They re not, the car is garaged 90% of the time and again 3/4 tires have less than 1K miles on them. Someone was just trying to make a sale of 4 tires. Do not recommend.

Never again will I buy or take my company vehicles or send people to michael tire plus.. I spent $1,300 on 4 new tires.. I have a single rear tire that went bad. Only 9 months of having the tire in use and under 50,000 miles of usage.. I assumed the warranty would cover it. They offered $30 off a $280 tire. No thank you. I can not purchase anything more if warranty is not being up held. They didn't even inspect if the belt broke in the product they sold me.. sat there for 2 hours to be told $30 off and warranty won't help

They are excellent at getting down to what's wrong with your car. They exceeded in a timely manner. Customer service is great! They have coffee and snacks as you wait. The work is outstanding and they keep you safe on letting you know what is the problem with your car. Great company and people. Great prices. They have not let me down. Thank you so much!

The employees there were nice but the shop charged me more than what they quoted by $20 which I didn't even mind but they should've told me since they gave me the paper for the quote for around $160 then after service the total was around $180. Also the service didn't even permanently fix my issue. It was fixed for 2 weeks then the problem persists. Took to the shop for it to be looked at again and they couldn't fix it.

Going on a family trip in a couple of weeks; went in just to double check everything looked good. Got a call to let me know they were having trouble getting a wheel off, and asked if it was okay to proceed, and consequences if a lug broke off. Regardless, I told them to proceed, and they ended up getting the lug nut off without snapping the key or lug. All of this, and the grand total was $22 and some change. Great customer service for the past 7 years we've been taking our vehicles there.

Made appointment online, then I arrived. They had no technician to do tires. Took 2 hours for 2 tires to be put on. Wasn't even given a receipt. Was told battery was bad, took it to AutoZone where bought, tested 100%. Not happy with this place. Will go to another tire place in the future

I had a flat tire and took it off and brought it here cause I didn't have a spare. The employee that helped me was named John and was able to get my tire in and replaced in less than 30 minutes! Very nice and helpful employees! I will definitely be going there in the future.

As a young women (who doesn t know anything about cars) this is the one place that I feel doesn t take advantage of my ignorance. They never do more than what is necessary to rack up your bill. If they need to add to the original order, they always explain the reasoning behind it, instead of just telling me it needs to be done with no further explanation (which has happened at other local shops). They are fair and the workers are always pleasant.
