Michael s Garage is extremely thorough and the price is definitely fair. Michael spent the time to explain the issues, went above and beyond checking out everything! We will definitely use Micheal s Garage in the future.

I have been going to Michael s garage for years! He s the most reasonably priced and does absolutely phenomenal work. On my first car he replaced the entire engine for a completely different number the dealership was offering. I have noticed in all of my years Michael is without question the best mechanic I ve ever driven/towed my car to. He is a good hearted individual and he deserves all praise. Proof that there are still great people in this world! Michael saved me in a pinch when I was out of town at work with a flat tire, on a Friday afternoon at that! So grateful for him and his quality work in fixing my tire and getting me back on the road safely. He should be your go to guy for anything car related! Michael was awesome to work with. He did a great job on my car, explained everything thoroughly, and was done quickly. I'm always a little leary of garages I've never been to just because of past experiences I've had, but Michael made it easy and quickly dispelled those concerns.

I was referred to Michael's in 2016 initially for a used car purchase inspection, and now I wouldn't go anywhere else! Michael has an incredible work ethic and he takes pride in and stands behind every job completed in his shop. He also gives advice as to suggested maintenance without being overbearing. I always leave feeling secure that my car has been checked for safety and reliability to the best of his ability -- always a good job at a fair price. I can t speak highly enough of Michael and the customer service and care that he provides to his clients. He went above and beyond to help us when we ran into car trouble on our way home for Christmas and his advice and recommendations helped us troubleshoot a solution and path forward. We wouldn t have been able to make it home without him!!! We only wished we lived closer so we could use him as our regular mechanic!! Go see Michael for any of your repair needs. So my family of 7 was traveling to Georgia from Michigan during the 2022 winter storm in Dec. We were driving a tesla model x and just made it to a charger. I had to roll the window down to see backing up, and thats when the trouble started . The window failed to go back up. So now we are stuck in (-9) deg weather with a window that wont roll up and nowhere to work on it. My original goal was to just find a semi warm place to temporarily (if needed) fix the window. I knew the big stores wouldn t let me use their bays so I called Michael s just hoping for some luck.Well, glad I didn t need luck because Michael told me to come on by and he would empty out a bay and help us out. We got there, he backed a truck that he needed to work on that day out and had me come in. Michael spent over 2 hours trying to get the window fixed and working but there was just too much wrong and would have taken another 3-4+ hours. He got the window up and sealed so we could keep going on our trip. I tried to pay, but he refused multiple times.The shop was one of the cleanest I have ever been to. The service was top notch and he was extra meticulous with the car and very kind. If i was within 4 hours of this shop, i would easily drive out of my way to have it serviced here if i couldn t do the work myself.Services: Auto power window repair, General repairs & maintenance

Michael, the owner is such a nice person and he his proud of the work he does and it shows through. The cleanest garage I have ever been to. I ve been taking my car to the dealership and have been pretty disappointed with the work and care they to put in. Michael was able to fix a brake problem that Honda dealership couldn t after multiple attempts and the problem always ended up coming back. It s been six months since Michael fixed the issue and it has yet to show any sign of problem.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Had a great experience with Michael's. I live in Texas and bought a car in Florence, KY online. Micheal's did the pre-purchase inspection for me. The inspection was meticulous. Everything was checked from the seat heaters to the tire pressure, suspension to engine. These guys are true perfectionists.Michael took the time to speak with me himself and made himself available. He was very courteous and professional. I could not be happier with the service I received and at a price that was very fair.

First off, Michael and Staff were very courteous and the shop was very maintained. I brought in a steering knuckle with the bearing hub was fused on to Michael s Garage. I had tried everything that knew to get the hub off but to no avail. Michael was able to get hub off. I would have been happy with just that. Michael went way over and above to sandblast the knuckle and fix some of other issues with the knuckle. He didn t charge me an extra for it. I will be bringing more business back to him.

Was leaving for a trip when I had a problem with my electrical system. The owner graciously worked me into his schedule and had us back on the road the next day. We will be bringing both of our cars here for now on.PS: they documented everything showed us before work and after work being done along with a detailed explanation of everything that was completed and why. Best of all the price was very reasonable for work done.

We have been taking our cars to Michael's Garage since he opened his shop, and we wouldn't go anywhere else. Michael goes above and beyond with his customer service. I recently had a flat tire at our pediatrician's office in Florence. With just a quick phone call Michael was to our car within 10 minutes and started working on my tire while we were still seeing the doctor. He got my spare tire on for me, and had me come into the shop the next morning and had my new tire ready and waiting to be put on. Took 15 minutes and I was back on the road. If you are looking for a mechanic Michael is your guy!

This shop was recommended by a neighborhood Facebook page. Both my wife's Yukon and my Lincoln needed service. We tried hers first at Michaels Garage. Her rough idel had been looked at by another garage. No luck and expensive too! Next stop was Michaels Garage. He not only fixed it, he turned it in a day and the price was very reasonable and less than the other shop! Next, I took mine in with a list of 4 things to address. He said I had tire problems and needed new ones.I checked around to a national chain and his price was better. The other problems that I had were minor and he fixed those quickly, perfectly and at no charge! Are you kidding me?His shop is spotless and well organized. That told me a lot when I came in. Very professional, provided pictures of what he saw while doing the work, and very careful about my car while he had it. We had a hail storm while my car was there and he found a way to garage it! How is that for care?His service WAY exceeded by expectations!

Mike went above and beyond to help me. My vehicle had electrical issues and I was stuck on the side of a road waiting almost 2 hours for a tow truck. I had it towed to his shop expecting to just leave it there. To my surprise, at almost 7:30 p.m., he was still there working. I expected to explain to him what was wrong and have him tell me when he could get to my car. However, he immediately went to work on it and put what he was doing on hold and started running diagnostics on my car. After about 30 minutes of looking it over and running tests, he had found a simple blown fuse. He replaced and reset the computer in my car and I was on my way! I could not thank him enough. He saved me so much time and headache that night. Mike is an good and honest mechanic that goes the extra mile.

Michael saved me a boat load on a broken actuator. Went to 3 other mechanics and the dealership. They either didn t want the job because of the complexity or they tried to rob me. Dude is a honest perfectionist as well, great trait for a guy working on your car. He ll get all my car business from here on out!

Michael goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. We have cars that range from 2003 to 2019 and they all run great do to Michael's great service. I can't say enough about the great care he has given our vehicles over the years.

I had just finished a workout with my son at LA Fitness the Saturday before Christmas. I made it to the exit onto Houston Road in front of Best Buy and my car(93 Vette) stopped running. I couldn t get it started. It was total chaos as holiday traffic was off the hook and extremely heavy. There I was stranded in one of the worst spots in Florence, KY.I called Michael at the shop and he came over immediately to assist me. He drove me to get gas thinking the gas gauge was not working properly which is common on the old Vettes. That wasn t the answer but it was worth a shot for a simple fix. The issue appeared to be a fuel pump. I ended up having to call for a tow. Michael took my son with him back to his shop and stayed open for me until I arrived with the rollback and my Vette at around 5 PM. Please note that Michael initially came to assist me around 2 PM or so. He had plans with his family that he missed, to come to my rescue and help me with my unfortunate situation. Also he made a spot for my Corvette Convertible inside the garage as he knows how particular I am with my cars.I have had vehicles repaired by him several times and I always get top notch service and a worry free experience. He does tremendous work. His shop is immaculate and Michael cares about his clients. He goes the extra mile and is fair with his pricing.

The experience I had at Michael's Garage was nothing short of perfect. I talked directly with the owner (Michael) and felt this facility was the most trustworthy service center I had ever been in. They did excellent work, talked openly and honestly with me and there rates were very reasonable. I will continue to recommend this facility and will continue to bring my business here.

After trying some other shops in NKY a man at our church told our men's group about his neighbor that owns a mechanic shop....I had Michael work on a car and now I take all of my auto needs to his shop....I even purchased an entire set of tires from Michael for our Acadia!!! JUST look at the garage, that's all you need to know.....it is so clean you could eat off the floor...haha. Michael will tell you how it is.....SOMETIMES pretty bluntly but that is how it should be....sometimes painful truth about your auto....he is very knowledgeable about cars and his associate is an ACE in the hole. You can trust the work done here AND THAT IS WORTH EVERY PENNY

Called to get a price change on a distributor cap and rotor change, didn't like the attitude of the guy on the phone and felt like it was a bad experience so I left a review. The owner of the company called and we hang a half hour long chat that went about as well as the first call. Afterwards, however, owner called again to make it right and left a voicemail offering to fix the car for free. If you've got a small repair, think about doing it yourself, these guys are more interested in larger jobs.

Michaels Garage is a class act! When you enter the garage area and see the organization skills you already know the service will follow. I inspect what I expect and this was an impressive experience. I had a need now situation and he stopped with what he was doing and fixed my problem then and there. If you want knowledgeable information and quality work.. Michaels Garage is the place to go.

Michael attacks issues in a different way than most mechanics and garages. In the years I've gone to him, I see his troubleshooting workflow begins with solutions that are less aggressive (if applicable) and he moves along troubleshooting until a solution has been discovered. This has saved me a lot of money where other garages jump to the most expensive option first. He is a master with brakes and now I even buy my tires from him. He learns your vehicles and he has a very good memory of what he has done to them. Look in his garage bays, they are in order as he is. Maybe he is a little OCD... but that's the way he is with customer cars too. Some repairs may take a day longer but I'm okay with that. He drove my daughters pre-owned car for a weekend to troubleshoot all that was wrong with it. It ride GREAT now. So I will also take future prospective vehicle purchases to him for review before buying them:-).

Michael is a straight shooter. I've brought my vehicles to him several times, he's honest, charges fairly and I don't feel like I'm getting swindled. Which is rare these days when getting work done on a car. Great find.

This guy is great. A friend recommended him to me. I stopped by his garage and he was able to help me. He called me back the same day after fixing the problem I brought to him. His garage is very clean and well organized. I highly recommend him.
