KOI is a local staple, but the last handful of times I've been in this location they haven't really been helpful. They seldom have the parts I need, and if they do the prices are ridiculous. It's basically not worth going here unless your a shop or a commercial garage.

They were able to fix a hyrolic hose on the spot without any issues. Very good service and knowledge of their inventory.

I love it that the parts that everyone else seems to have a tough time getting, or have an extremely high mark up I have typically a very easy time finding here at very reasonable price. Never thought to look at KOI until this year. Now I don t imagine going anywhere else. Though some times they re a little high, still... it s worth it for their knowledge and speed of service.

The usually have the needed parts, have to price shop though as they are sometimes higher than their competitors but they will typically price match or come close. Some of the staff however could use some remedial training as they seem to be very challenged at doing their jobs efficiently. Example, finding the correct account, charging the correct price the first time for the correct part the first time. I've had this problem multiple times at the Florence location in the evening.

When I ask for the cheapest price on a part 3 different times I've been giving the most expensive price from the Florence location So I called the Crittenden location there's always been one cheaper or not more in Florence's excuses will that's what came stock on the car. I know dumb girl I know stalking with the cheapest is

Went in to buy a pair of wipers and not only did they help me quickly, they put them on for me. Side note...While I was in there a man was buying something and just being grumpy about the whole thing. Staff maintained a professional relationship with the man the entire time.

Great place to shop for car parts. I found they are cheaper on some parts and others they were more expensive. Just one of those places I have to add to my price shopping. Very knowledgeable staff just wish they had online shopping available for the general public.

I'm going to start out by saying this location made the worst day amazing. My fiance and I decided to try and save money at Smyth automotive in Florence and it turned out horrible they gave us the wrong rotors and fought us to return them. We normally use KOI but due to money running short we strayed away. But we learned out lesson and decided to go back to the tried and true. When we arrived the gentleman at the counter helped to provide us with the best customer service and was very timely and understood our problem. He was able to get us parts that were in our price range whi h he didnt have to do. The only thing he asked was for us to continue to come to KOI and stay out of the other places which we definatly will do! Thanks for saving the day!

I went in and ordered a fuel filter for an 08 Jetta and the staff there went out of their way to make sure that I got the part delivered the same day. That includes them leaving their doors open 15 minutes past closing time just to please a customer.. not to mention, in my opinion they still carry the better quality parts than the other local auto parts stores.

Very poor customer service, the prices are good but they don't really honor the dates they give you for your �tem ( s ) to arrive, i order an item that was going to be at the store 2 days later after i ordered, but instead it has taken more than 5 days and the Item still not at the store.

I don't understand why they charge you for the core when you buy a battery after telling them that you wouldn't return a core. Otherwise the sales people were nice and they have about anything you wanted.

Understanding auto place that knows their stuff. Happy customer service. They even deliver for car shops. Ive bn to some other auto parts stores where someone didnt know there things or customer service wasnt good. This was fab.

My wife's Escape had a manufacturing change in brakes half way through the year. I always seem to forget this when changing them, or asking my mechanic bud to do it. Thanks to this charge from Ford, I've ended buying the wrong sized parts from the generic auto stores over and over. KOI knows to ask for a manufacturing date, so I'm extremely glad I went there for try #2 at pads! Never, ever again will I go to some Zone related place. KOI or Ford direct for the critical parts!

Order a lot of parts through this company this is an old company but like everything old seems to be out doing all the new businesses because the old company still knows what it takes to stay on top these guys are awesome thanks and keep up the good work guys

If I could give this store a half a star I would , very rude staff I was called a liar today over a exchange of a federated battery that I paid good money for, they would not exchange it without a receipt. Even though it s a month old and the brand is only made by KOI

What can I say very poor customer service went to have an air condition line Made they told me to take a couple hours I was good with that however I return to the store to find out that they didn't have the equipment to make the line and did not offer a sorry or anything of that nature nor they didn't act like they even cared for my business so sad KOI Florence used to be the place for parts now they can't even compete with advance auto parts. Alvin get a job at o'reillys at least there you'll know what your store can do. You lost a 200 dollar sale today. And future bussines.

Usually very knowledgeable help with decent prices. Usually not the cheapest but best selection and get parts quick from warehouse if not in stock at the store.

Constantly sending us the wrong parts you call and order 4 coil packs and 4 spark plugs the send two knock sensors and 4 of the wrong spark plugs allways sending us the wrong parts.
