Went in for an oil change and when they raised my car they caused damage. Service advisor Josh Lindsey kindly showed me the damage immediately and advised me that all repairs would be done at their cost. So far he has kept his promise and my car is currently in the shop. They loaned me a brand new car while mine is being fixed. Appreciate all that has been done so far.

The team members of the service part of the dealership have been organized, efficient, and friendly. I had my first service the other day and it was a good experience. They also fixed a part that had been recalled without issue. I have only had one appointment so far, but I was happy.

Phenomenal experience! I ve been hearing a noise in my car since i purchased it almost 2 years ago. NOBODY at other dealerships can hear it, but your guys found it and diligently worked to get it fixed (and it was a huge pain in the butt for them, but they did it!). I am so grateful. Everyone was professional and polite and I ll definitely make the longer trip to your location

We took our new Sorento in for it's first oil change and to have a sensor fixed, Josh called me mid day with some bad news and said some random lady was driving through the rear service area and hit our car. Josh called the police and did everything he could to help and was very professional about it, overall the service was great and a huge improvement over what it used to be. Now I just have to deal with the insurance company to get our car fixed.

We purchased a pre-owned Toyota Highlander from Jake Sweeney Kia and couldn t be more pleased with both the service we experienced and the vehicle we purchased. Cam, our salesman, was absolutely awesome. He was amazingly helpful and patient with my tons of questions and worked with management to get us the best deal possible. Be sure to ask for Cam if you go in- you won t regret it!Thanks for giving us a reason to drive over 2 hours to get the best deal around! They truly know how to win your business.

The staff was very helpful. Jesse the mechanic was honest with me and talked to me like a friend. He didn t treat me like a woman who doesn t know anything like most places do. My truck had broke down and they was able to help with getting me something to drive quickly. They worked with me and my payments are what I can easily afford. The service department is clean and they have snacks and drinks available. I recommend Jake Sweeney for any of your automobile needs.

Thanks especially to Donovan and the tech folks. They got me in late, last minute cause I was out of town and needed to check if my dash warning was too serious to get back home before getting it addressed. Him squeezing us in, let me get back home with my family with piece of mind. Seemed like they all cared even if there wasn't anything in it for them directly. Would definitely recommend, would definitely go back

I brought my car here to have a couple of recall issues fixed and was really impressed with the service department. The guy that greeted me was very friendly and helpful, and the mechanics did a great job on my car. While you wait, they have coffee, snacks, TV, and places to hook up your laptop. I'm very pleased with the experience at Jake Sweeney and highly recommend them!

Highly recommend the service department. Donovan was super helpful. My engine blew while I was 2.5 hours away from home. He was able to get it approved and replaced within 2 weeks.

Had a minor hiccup at the end of the visit. The service manager and his team worked to resolve it as quickly as they could, and they were patient with me as I vented about that and some other things that had nothing to do with them. The issue was resolved quickly and they offered me a future benefit for my trouble. We have bought 4 cars and had them serviced here over the past decade, and we will continue to recommend Jake Sweeney.

Easy access, greeted as I got out of my car and told which way to go, no wait for attention to my presence, taken to the service tech, taken to the waiting area, clean and organized waiting area, wait time appropriate, directed to my vehicle and asked if I needed assistance getting out of service area.

Great customer service, my sales rep Keith kept me informed on availability on a vehicle we had wanted and called us the moment it was available. He put it on hold for us because we live over an hour out and the whole process was one of the quickest and easiest car buying transactions we have had. It's a great car as well, very satisfied!

From making the appointment for service to drop off and pick up Sweeney service never disappoints. The Service team keeps me informed as to the status of my car, checks for any questions or concerns I may have. The car is completed at the time promised and all service is performed correctly.

The body shop always does a great job on repairs. Your manager, Woody, is always so helpful and so pleasant. He is wonderful. His assistant is also very nice, pleasant and helpful. You have a great team. Thank you for that.

They exceeded my expectations! I had previously taken my vehicle to the Cincinnati location and they were horrible there, so I was a little hesitant to try this location but so glad I did! They provided me with transportation to and from work while they had my vehicle and actually listened to me and discovered the issue that the Cincinnati location swept under the rug and dismissed. My part is ordered and the repairs will be scheduled soon. They even vacuumed my rugs and wiped my interior down and it looked good! Thank you guys for being great!

I was in for an oil change and tire rotation on Saturday 1/31/2024. Very good and quick service. I was in and out. Car was cleaner than before I came. Joe Hill and staff were great.

This was the first time using Kia service, as my Carnival is new. I dropped my car off around noon for an oil change and diagnostics on my Bluetooth - I had to call around 3p to get a status. They noted the diagnostics had not even started. At 430p they called to say the car was ready. As it was a Friday and we had plans, we ended up picking the car up Saturday morning.Once I picked up on Saturday, no one told me where the car was located. My husband drove me around the lot to try and locate it. After not finding it, I went back to the service counter. They indicated if not in main lot, it'd be in separate lot. After finally locating my car, I couldn't believe they would ask customers to get out of this lot on our own...... The lot was so packed with cars, I had to back out/re-maneuver my car multiple times to ensure not to hit other cars. The pathway out was so tight I also had to ensure I didn't bump any cars to my right and left. The Carnival is not a small car, so this was ridiculous to ask a customer in my opinion.I will not be using Kia to service my vehicle after this very bad experience.

I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and computer update. The visit was perfect. Timely and friendly service coordinator who kept me abreast of my work. The service was excellent.My appointment was at 8:00 in the morning and I thought it would take two hours to get my upgrade done but they completed the job an hour.The service man was very professional and explained the work that was done. I will recommend Kia to my friends.

Second trip in for a oil change. As usual, fast, efficient, courteous, and friendly. Staff is amazing. Snacks and drinks are plentiful as well as we were offered pizza! lLeft with a coupon for free car wash. Love the Sweeney family. Whole process was smooth and efficient. Just pull in and they take it from there. When completed the car was waiting in the entrance for me. Would definitely recommend
