Michael Meyer has been a pleasure to work with! Awesome attitude, and very knowledgeable. Fast and friendly, service and hands down the best car buying experience i have had in my life time. I had a great experience at Jake Sweeney Kia in Florence. Noah Darpel was very helpful and brought a lot of insight that was needed in my car search. I had very specific ideas on what I wanted and Noah did everything he could to make it happen. Would highly recommend everyone to go there!

Overall great experience at Kia. Noah was my salesman and he was such a great help. He did everything he could to get me in the car I wanted. Very knowledgeable about the inside and outside of the cars. Would recommend him to everyone!

What a great experience with a car service center. I made an appointment to get a spare tire put in my new kia (I know... I can't believe that new cars come without a spare tire)...I made an appointment which usually doesn't mean much at most service centers. I was surprised when I was quickly checked in.... But still expected a couple hour wait.I sat down in the waiting area and fired up my laptop. Before I finished reading my first email I was greeted by a friendly gentleman who offered me a cup of coffee and a variety of snacks. The wifi connection was fast. I started thinking this isn't a bad place to work for a while.Before I finished my first cup of coffee one of the services reps called my name. I thought she had some questions about what I wanted done. To my surprise said the car was done and waiting for me. She showed me the work that was done and gave me a coupon for a free car wash. In and out in less than a half hour!First time I ever gave five stars to a car service center but these guys deserve it!

Very helpful and polite staff. Mike Meyer was very professional and pleasant to work with. He got myself and my mother a great deal. I highly recommend Mike if you are looking for a great deal and vehicle.

While our purchase experience was great, the dealership has failed to pay off our trade in AFTER 30 DAYS!!! The Finance department is clueless! I buy new cars ever couple of years. Have never seen such incompetence.

I came in just to look around and Noah Darpel was very helpful. Mr. Darpel was easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable. The young man made it a pleasure and I plan on going back to him when I m ready to buy!

My sister had a 2013 Kia Sorento that she bought new. She had it serviced at Jake Sweeney Kia on Friday and then Sunday morning it spontaneously caught fire in the driveway and is destroyed! This has been 2 months and no one fromKia corporate or Jake Sweeney has provided a temporary car for her to drive or resolved her problem of having no vehicle at all. A quick google search reveals thousands of Kia and Hyundai vehicles with non-collision fires. Thank God no one was hurt but something needs to be done!

Very helpful staff. Offered refreshments and a ride to the mall while waiting for repair work. This was an emergency stop as a tire blew out. They worked me in quickly and got me back on the road.

Fit me in on a busy day with almost no notice. Lots of toys and amenities to occupy my kids while we waited. So friendly and fixed things quicker and better than I'd hoped for.
