Used Kerry Nissan service not volkswagon.Getting an appt is extremely difficult. No answer. No ability to leave message or schedule online. Required 10 attempts before call was finally answered.Blonde customer service attendant seemed annoyed with my service requests. I feel she did not accurately represent my concerns even though I respectfully stated them numerous times and even shared photos of a problematic sensor. She was almost argumentative.Following the service, no one went over what was done and the overall condition of the car. Just received a generic checklist type of report.Inquired about some of the benefits of the customer loyalty program (eg. what does complimentary trip service include?) and no one knew not even the cashier who checked me out and praised the program.This customer service experience was disappointing and I am not looking forward to returning. Katie (girl at the front desk) was great! She remembered my face from my last oil change 6 months ago so I really appreciated that. That alone speaks volumes to me. My car was completed very quickly and she was right out at the front desk when I returned to pick it up! Really couldn't have asked for more in service! The actual cost was unexpectedly lower than the online estimate cost of my sceduled maintenance. The paperwork detailing what they did to the car, in my case a full inspection, fluids, and tire rotation, is easy to read and shows me exactly what issues if any there are. Generally a great customer service experience as well.

Reception was great and the service time okay. However, though I was informed of a recall that required a fix, after routine oil change I was told that the recall couldn't be fixed because a tool or program was down. Remediation: to be done in a year time which is at next oil change check in. Make sense? No.....Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I had to make 2 trips to get a annual oil change. First time I went this girl said it would be a 3 hour wait because they only had on lube tech working. I asked if I could make an appointment but was told they were booked out for almost 2 weeks. I went back the second time and was treated very good by the lone service advisor but was told there was a recall on my car but I would have to come back again because the equipment needed to do the recall was not working. So with gas pricing where it is I now will make 3 trips instead of one for service. Poorly run operation in my estimation.Service: Oil change

Great service, and excellent customer service! Will definitely go there again. This dealership is approximately 40 minutes away from my shop. It was very clear that I was not buying a car because both the salesman I spoke to and the manager made it seem like a chore to talk to me. I wasn t angry or raising my voice. They just didn t want to deal with me. I went in because I bought a car less than a month ago from the store and the oil light came on even though the oil wasn t supposed to need to be changed for another 3000 miles. The sticker said it was changed previously at a Kerry dealership. Even when I talk to the salesman on the phone he said that was unacceptable and didn t make any sense give the specs of my car. I checked the oil myself and wiped it on a paper towel and it was a dark caramel color which is not normal for oil. I asked them to do it for free since none of that really made sense and it seem like it was on them and they charge me anyways made it sound like I did something wrong while asking them about it. Not bad service, even though every time I am there I have to explain to them I have a service contract for my vehicle. They then look at the computer and say, "oh, yeah I see that" . I was greeted and taken care of in a courteous and professional manner for my 15000 mile service and the wait time was very reasonable for it being a slower time of day. I have an appointment at 8:00 am. I drop my car 7:50 am in morning. My advisor wrote 9:15 am drop up time and out by 12:15 pm. Very frustrated. Need to improve timing.

Made an appointment when I was getting my oil changed for a cv boot leaking. Brought it in on the appointment date and time only for them to look at it and say yes it needs it. So had to reschedule another day to come back when they get the part to have it actually worked on. No reason they couldn't look at it while it was on the lift getting the oil change and actually have the part there when I had to schedule the appointment.Service: General repairs & maintenance

They was very nice and polite , the only thing that upset was time it took me 3 months to get in and 3 months to get my engine replaced , 6 months with out a car was very hard me , along with car payment and car insurance I had to pay double for rides because gas is so expensive !!!!!!!! I had taken a 1000 mile road trip and had some Hankook tire issues. I stopped in and even though it was busy and close to closing the performed a safety check on my vehicle for me. The staff were wonderful but couldn t help me fix my issue due to time and part availability. I had already contacted Hankook and started a claim and then reached out to Hyundai customer service both companies are trying to push the responsibility off on each other. Let me say if you want customers to stop going to outside dealers then help them at the factory dealers. I had to take my car to another store and buy another two tires to get back on my trip (850+ miles from home) as a dealer Kerry was great as a manufacturer both Hyundai and Hankook are falling short.Hyundai claim ##ch495450AndHancook claim #20183450Hopefully someone can explain why a 30k milesCPO car had all 4 Hankook tires band shift inside the tire. (Not unlike the 19 they are recalling now) due to manufacturing defect.Also, witching mileage but out by time Hyundai falls even shorter since it was a trip interruption and AWA could of been used. I shouldn t have to replace 4 tires that are still 6/32 thick and foot 100% of the cost.Ron Zastowsky
