Andrew (AJ) is a phenomenal salesman, very patient and kind. Andrew really knows how to work with someone and meet them in the middle. My only complaint was that Mark Williams, the used car sales manager was quite pushy and overwhelming. I love my new Tacoma though! Thanks Andrew!

It's worth the drive to Kerry Toyota in Florence, Ky. Freddie Rogers and Justin Miley were great. From the first email to the delivery of the vehicle was great. Their no pressure approach and upfront honesty was truly appreciated. I reached out to the dealership upon a recommendation and now I highly recommend Kerry Toyota if your in the market for a Toyota. Overall a great experience!

If I go out of my way to leave a google review, just know you re dealing with an absolute clown show of a company.I purchased a vehicle from them last year, in which they completely lied about the warranty, monthly price, and more but we will put all that aside for now.During my last oil change in January, they damaged the body of my $40k truck with the lift they use, and said they d order replacement parts and I told them I wouldn t hold my breathe.Thank god I didn t, because here we are 3 months later and they attempted to deny it ever happened.Once I got them convinced they did it and brought it in, the part wasn t here yet, so they got me a rental!So I once again scheduled my work day around these plans, only to arrive and be told there was no rental and I d have to wait a couple hours and let work know I won t be back.I truly wouldn t wish dealing with these people on my worst enemy. It s absolutely asinine and painful. I would leave negative stars if I could. I hope they go out of business.

Made a 1:30 appointment for a recall inspection on a battery bracket. At 2:35 still waiting, I wandered a bit on the lot and came back at 2:55 as she called my name, completed the paperwork and went to receive my auto and had to wait another 15 minutes as no one went to get it, flagged someone down and inquired as rep came out and finally someone went to find it.When making the appointment they told me it wouldn't take but a few minutes for the inspection, Did speak with Ryan Richardson on the lot about a truck, enjoyed our chat and would definitely refer him as a salesman, he was friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy.Not impressed with customer service in Service department.

Great customer service. Even kid friendly with a play room and employees joked around with our 2 year old the whole time (instead of ignoring him or getting flustered with his energy level). Thomas and Elvis streamlined the process for us. Definitely recommend this dealership. Jake in finance is very patient and kind. Chandler helped me the following day even though he did not sell us the vehicle, but still didn't rush me through anything and helped out a lot.

Brad in used sales lied about the remote start feature: he said the truck came with it. After o bought the truck I find out he didn t tell me it required a paid subscription.Dewey in finance told me I could not pay a cash down payment because I had decided to use my own financing from my credit union. I m wondering if telling someone they can t pay a cash down payment is illegal.Debbie in Service is the only honest, compassionate person I ve dealt with. Kerry Toyota is very lucky to have her working there.Carl in Service (he might even be the manager) also lied to me several times, which I am able to prove with the paperwork I was given when I picked the truck up after it was serviced.A lot of dishonest, lieing people I ve dealt with: Brad, Dewey, and Carl. Debbie is the only honest one. That s 3 out of 4 people at Kerry who have lied. It should be renamed Debbie Toyota.

Best car buying experience I've ever had!! AJ was wonderful. He did not hassle me or pressure me. He was very kind and willing to show me exactly what I wanted to look at. He made sure the transaction was smooth and quick. I will 100% return to Kerry Toyota and will definitely see AJ again for my purchasing needs. I'd recommend him to anyone!

I visited this dealership and was greeted by salesman Tim King. I purchased a new Tundra. Tim was not the typical salesperson who passes you off to finance and disappears. Tim goes out of his way to insure the highest customer satisfaction after the sale. He even picked me up from the airport after my truck came in for some additional detail work. Customer service and satisfaction are rare these days except at Kerry Toyota with Tim King leading the way! I highly recommend you ask for Tim King when you visit this dealership.

WARNING avoid doing business here at all cost. Unfortunately I couldn t rate lower than one star. Had a deal in place and agreed upon with salesman and manager. They let me know someone was looking at the vehicle we had a deal on and my only option was to show up immediately or fill out an online finance application. Couldn t show up immediately so I let them know I filled out the online application and they said they would do their part . They still sold the vehicle to someone else. So they stole my personal information, now I get harassed with spam calls nonstop and useless email offers. What a horrible experience. If reading this do yourself a favor, go somewhere else, anywhere, this place lacks professional and honest people. They are only typical used car salesmen.

Came in here last Wednesday 24/01/2024 and purchased my first brand new vehicle. 2024 Toyota Camry XSE V6. Never went through a process like this before but Sam Berkshire and his team made my experience the best. Sam was honest,upfront, and didn't try to sell a dream and made me aware of the possibilities. At the end they made it happen and I ended up getting what I wanted. Thank you Kerry Toyota, and thank you Sam Berkshire, Dave, and Dustin for making my experience one of the best. I'll definitely be recommending this location for anyone's used/new vehicle needs.

Great Experience with Chad Johns helped me greatly get a new truck, but did not like my experience with finance simply because a month after I purchased the truck and signed the papers, I repeatedly got calls about my work history and the finance person was implying I might need to resign all my paperwork and get a co-signer if I could not get a recent paycheck by the next day, and then called me 8 times during my working hours which I told him about already. Got it worked out, but didn t like the constant phone calls after my paperwork was already signed a month before.

Oil change completed in 30 minutes this time.They have great coffee and good work space while you wait for your car too. It's best to call for an appointment though.

I did not buy a car or anything, I came in for parts.The only reason for a 4 star is because I was sent to 3 different desks. No one knew what I was talking about and seemed a bit unorganized. Friendly enough but a 2 min stop equated to 15 mins of bouncing from desk to desk then watching them scramble to find my part I had ordered in.

Cars were nice. Prices were acceptable. Warranty and all of that were nice too. However, the main reason I m giving this 5 Stars is our salesperson. Thomas Simpson was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was honest and didn t try to sell us on anything we didn t need. I ve been through this process 3 times in my life and I can say this was the only positive car buying experience that I ve had. Thanks a ton, Thomas.

Mike, my sales guy was great! The manager that came in to seal the deal was very pushy. It worked cause I bought the truck, but I didn t like how he went about it.Then when I was talking with Nicole, who was also great, another manager came in and talked over her like she wasn t even there.Dewey was great as well.Felt like an old boys club Wouldn t buy another one from there only because of the management.

I went out there based on an ad I saw. I was informed that vehicle was no longer available. If I had not asked to see what was coming in that would have been the end of the visit. Fortunately there was a vehicle that I wanted that was coming in that or the next day. I asked for numbers to be run and the sales person took my info. Dave Courtney came out with numbers and we negotiated. I told Dave that I didn t even know who I was dealing with since he didn t introduce himself. When the salesperson came back he finally introduced himself.The Highlander would be ready the next day but he said he was off and I could pick it up on the next day. I said I was unavailable so that I could get it the next day. Dave told me he would be there and ask for him. When I came back, Dave was there but said he was in the middle of a deal. He introduced me to Devin who was wonderful. I told Dave that the former salesman should learn from him. Devin reviewed the car with me and I was off. Thank goodness there are employees like Dave and Devin.

Bought a brand new Tacoma a few weeks ago during the negotiation I said I didn t want the pulse breaking installed in my truck the sales manager agreed and I bought it, well I thought I could take his word, and that wasn t the case and had to go back and have it removed on another day not because they told me but because I found out after the fact. It doesn t matter that they did fix the issue they caused it s that the issue shouldn t have existed. Adding unnecessary nonsense like this to charge more is just a prime example of how greedy some dealerships are now. I d recommend go shopping elsewhere.

I worked directly with Lamar in new car sales. Lamar was fantastic. He is respectful, professional, and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend finding him when you walk in the showroom for your new Toyota.I also worked with Micah Arrowood and Devin Bruns in new car sales, and Mike Svach in finance. Dave Courtney congratulated me and shook my hand as well. Very respectable group of salesmen working here!As a single woman looking for a new car I was expecting to be intimidated and taken advantage of because I have had similar experiences in the past. That was definitely not the case here. All my questions were answered, concerns addressed, and thoughts heard.I purchased a new 2023 Toyota Highlander and am very impressed with the quality, value, gas mileage, features, etc.

I wouldn't recommend going here to get ur car diagnostic without a check engine light on. My car has been idioling weird and has loss of power. I did a tune up and all that and still having issues so I was like ill go to the toyota dealership they specialize in toyotas they should be able to figure it out. I'm there for 2 hours for them to tell me it's fine but it's not fine still having issues. Paid almost 150 for them to check it out and tell me absolutely nothing can't find nothing. Pretty much feel like I got robbed.

This is the best Toyota dealership in the region if you ask me. I come to Kerry in Florence from Cincinnati over all other available Toyota servicers in the greater Cincinnati/NKY area because Ben C is the best, most honest and hard working service advisor I've ever had. The man will go out of his way to help you, isn't afraid to get his hands dirty doing so and is polite, prompt and I trust him because of his phenomenal work ethic. He's the Yota GOAT This location has honest and fair pricing for service packaging and I fully trust them to take the best care of my truck.They have a lovely lounge while you wait, vehicle drop off service and shuttle services if you're close by.My wife and I have been very satisfied every time we visit for years now and will continue to come here for all our Toyota needs.
