I love taking my car there and highly recommend them! They are always friendly and helpful.I recently had the pleasure of dealing with the car dealership and I must say, their level of professionalism surpassed all my expectations. From the moment I stepped foot into the dealership, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who went above and beyond to assist me.The team at this dealership exhibited immense expertise and were always ready to address any queries or concerns I had. Well this could have been a 5 star rating Kerry Hyundai, overall pretty quick in and out for an oil change a little over an hour. Got home after a few stops and smelled coolant, looked under hood and the tech had spilled oil and coolant on the motor, radiator and splash pan under car. Took back to Kerry the next day and they cleaned the engine compartment and splash pan. This uncalled for return trip was 60 miles round trip and 2 hours of my time to get this taken care of.

My salesman Jacob is a stand up guy! A man of his word! Jacob and his manager Ronnie made the searching and getting the car I needed and my wife wanted an easy task! LOL I was in an accident 3 weeks ago and the car was totaled. The Kerry team made the task of getting a new car smooth! Thank You Jacob ! And Thank You Ronnie !

Service was top shelf. I bought my mustang here and was told by sales person that a few minor things would be taken care of. At first there were questions but the service manager took care of the problems. Friendly personnel from check in to check out on each service. For me they get Five Stars.

This visit was just an oil change, tire rotation and warranty question. They're GREAT as always. The text you receive when your car is finished is perfect. It gives you all the information you need to understand what service was performed on your car. These folks are great!

This dealer is absolutely amazing! Took my truck to them with several issues after another Nissan dealer said there was nothing wrong with it. These technicians diagnosed the truck needing a motor and transmission plus found a battery drain from the radio. The girls up front put me in a loaner suv, told them I really needed a truck. Several days later they called and put me in a truck. Just them remembering me from the hundreds they deal with daily was really impressive! So far they have been outstanding.

TL;DR - Rogue is a great car. Sales folks at Kerry are great and easy to work with. Experience buying the car was great! BUT the service department sucks. They don't return calls or emails. They promise to call you when backordered parts show up but don't. They promise to call you when your car is done being serviced but they don't. Takes forever to get parts and then have service done.Final Thoughts: Buy a car from them but get it serviced elsewhere.5 stars for the sales team1 star for the service departmentAverage - 3 starsTimeline:April 18 - Showed up at showroom and met Corey (awesome sales guy). Test drove the Rogue. Decided to buy if they could get the color/options we wanted.April 19 - They got the car we wanted quickly so we bought it. Noticed a large scratch on the bumper. They tried to buff it out. Agreed to fix it. We took the vehicle home.April 20-May 2 - Called/Texted many times to know when to bring car back for repair.May 2 - Dropped vehicle off to have bumper fixed. They tried to buff it out again and realized they needed to replace it. Picked vehicle back up and told I would get a call when the bumper part came in. It was on backorder.May 3-June 3 - Again, had to call/text many times to find out if/when parts would arrive and schedule service. Kept being told it should arrive "next week" then heard nothing from them until I reached out.May 26 - Had a baby, so I've got a ton of other stuff to deal with besides keeping on top of the service department.June 3 - Part has arrived and I only knew this because I kept reaching out to them and happend to reach out on this day and was told, "what a coincidence, it just arrived today!" or something like that but they never reached out to me.June 5 - Finally able to schedule the repair.June 6 - Take vehicle in for repair. Told to give them 1-2 hours with the vehicle. They had it all day. I called twice to get updates and told I would get a call back when it was ready. Website says service department closes at 8pm. I tried to call at 6:30pm and nobody answered (usually the case) so I went to the shop only to find that the service department closed at 6pm. Saw my car in the lot but nobody called me to tell me it was done or to come get my car. Went to sales dept and they went into the service area to get my keys. Also told me that the bumper guard was not replaced because it was on backorder. Promised me that I would get a call when it is in so I can come back and have it installed.June 6-July 18 - I haven't reached out to them once since June 6th and they haven't reached out to me.July 18 - Received an email from a Kerry Nissan Sales Consultant telling me to schedule my first service (I've had the car for 3 months and 1000 miles, not sure what service it needs). She also asked how the car was and said that if I need anything to reach out.July 19 - Responded to the email and asked about the bumper guard.July 26 (today) - Still haven't heard from anybody regarding the bumper guard.In response to the response... I spoke to Mitch so many times in person and always received the same salesman pitch with promises to gas up and clean my car when they finally did the repairs and thanking me.for my patience and all the hollow epithets. Btw, the promised things never happened. So no I didn't call him back. I was done talking to Mitch. But yes eventually I did call the service dept back and it "just so happened" that the bumper guard had arrived just that morning. So they did finally repair it.Honestly, the whole thing had a major "let's hope they never notice it and don't say anything" kind of feeling to it from the very start. But whatever, it did get fixed.To their credit I had to take it back in for a recall fix a few days ago and it was quick and easy. Scheduled online. Took about an hour. They even gave me a shuttle ride home and then came and picked me up. So things may have improved over there in the past 7 months.

My wife and 1 went in for a test drive on a Altima Nissan and Jake helped us out! We did leave to check out other vehicles but ended up back about 2 hours later. And again Jake was right there till the end. Thanks a lot Jake, and everyone else that was involved!

Everyone from the first person that opened the outside door and directed me where to go for service, to the person at the desk who got me all checked in and made sure I knew where the lounge was and got me a bottle of water and followed up with me after the oil change was finished, to the cashier that explained the reward points program and even showed me some great key chains, met me with a smile and enthusiasm to serve and made me feel like they genuinely wanted me to have the best experience. It was very refreshing as I have had a bad experience at another dealership in town. I will definitely be bringing my car here for all maintenance and service needs.

They did exactly what I needed them to do. I dropped my car off in the morning and had to make sure it would be ready for me to go to work in the afternoon. They had the ready and waiting for me on time. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the work I had done wasn't overly expensive. Everything was reasonably prices and it seems like they do good work. When I need another service or when I'm ready to buy my Golf R I'll be back to buy it.

Customer service was excellent - from our salesman to the finance manager to other staff hanging around to chat. We felt comfortable. It felt like I was buying from a friend. Negotiation process was quick and easy, no hassle. I felt like the whole process was honest and transparent. We are already talking about buying another vehicle there.

I had a service appt scheduled on 12/02/23. I showed up on time and was greeted by Patrick in service. He was extremely rude and lectured me on how I should not have been able to schedule an appointment on a Saturday. He was more focused on lecturing me rather than providing exceptional customer service. The sad part was this was my first time at this location as I just relocated to Kentucky from Virginia.

In early February 2024 I was in the market for a 22/23 Toyota Tacoma. After some internet searches, I found one at Kerry in the color and model with the features I was interested in. I drove nearly two hours to view and test drive the vehicle. It met all of the criteria I was looking for with the exception of a roof rack (which I didn't want) and it had some fairly deep scratches and a couple small dents on the drivers door. I asked if the roof rack could be removed and the dents and scratches fixed, and if so I would like to purchase it outright. It was a Saturday, so the sales person and Manager said they would have to see about it on Monday. I called back around noon that Monday, however there was still no update. The sales person was unsure if they could remove the rack so there were some back and forth calls. I called my local Toyota dealer and got a price on having the rack removed by them, which was no problem. I then called the sales person at Kerry and asked if they could simply have the scratches and dents fixed. They said that shouldn't be a problem, but they would need to call me back later for conformation. Later that day, still no answer, so I called back. The salesman said it shouldn't be a problem, so I asked if we could get that moving along. I then told him that I had had a difficult time locating a truck in that particular color, so I would like to place a deposit to hold the truck for me until we could get the deal finalized. He stated that they did not accept deposits on used vehicle, but I could go ahead and buy it. We then negotiated a price (Salesman, Manager and I via back and forth phone calls) that we both agreed on and I accepted. At this point it was late in the day, so I told him that I would come in when the dealership opened the following morning and we could finalize the sale while I waited on the scratch/dent repair. The salesman said that would be fine. I called the sales person's cell number the following morning as I was in route to the dealership only to be told that he didn't come in until noon that day.. I went to work and arranged to leave work at noon that day. I called at noon to tell him I would be in route and was put on hold. When he returned to the line, I was told that they had already sold the vehicle. After stewing on it a bit, I called the dealership back and asked to speak to a manager. I was asked what it was pertaining to and was placed on hold. The person then came back and stated that all of the managers were in a meeting. I asked for a return call which I never received. I called the dealership back the following day to give them one last chance to try and make this right and possibly work with me on another vehicle purchase, however I was place on hold for over a half hour. I called later and once again asked to speak to a manager, however no one was available, but they took my number and said someone would call me back. Its now March 18th (approx. 43 days) and I'm still waiting on that call. Apparently these are some pretty busy folks. I ended up purchasing a new Tacoma from a nearby dealership with no problems. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.Update 3/26/24. I changed my rating to 3 star due to the manager reaching out to me. He stated that he was unaware of what had happened and offered an apology along with a fuel reimbursement for my travel. He offered to work with me on another vehicle purchase, however I have already bought another vehicle. Although this was a frustrating experience, I'm appreciative of someone taking the time to call me back and listen to my concerns.

I cannot recommend Tory Luken at Kerry Nissan enough. It was my first time purchasing a car from a dealer and he walked me through every step of the process. He was willing to negotiate with me and when my first choice didn't fall in my budget, he walked around the lot and pointed out EVERY car to me that would. He answered all my seemingly ridiculous questions (I thought I was asking too many questions) and never once got annoyed with me! He was so compassionate, brought out waters immediately and treated my family like humans. I cannot say the same for the other dealers on the road. If you're in need of a new car, go see Tory!

We attempted to buy a car from Kerry and came very close. However, they couldn t take the time to detail the car before putting up for sale. Additionally they added things on and then added it to the price and we didn t want those extras. Finally, we inspected the car and found major issues because of a bad accident and wanted to do a second inspection only to be told the car was no longer available. Communication is awful, pressure from the manager is extremely high, and service and honesty are lacking.

It was fine. Only issue is the amount of time for an oil change and tire rotation. I wished I could make an appt and then get in and out of there. It was about 90 minutes.

My experience was pretty pleasant until it was time for the service manager to speak with me. I can tell you that it appeared to be more upselling on the maintenance suggested versus what I needed. I say this because at the time I paid for the services I did want the service manager then wanted to tell me about the technicians report. In that report it had more yellows than reds items marked. If it would have been served up as preventative I may have considered all of the work. In this case, it didn t happen that way.

I rarely write reviews, but I cannot recommend Jamaine and Jacob enough! It was my first time purchasing a car and had gone to 2-3 dealerships before coming to Kerry Nissan and was feeling super discouraged. Thankfully, right from the start Jamaine and Jacob were very patient and understanding with my situation and were able to negotiate with me and answer all my questions! When my first choice ended up being outside my budget, Jamaine immediately noticed I was upset and took me out to the lot to look at multiple models, both certified used and new. I came back a few days later after pondering my decision and decided on a new Sentra. I am so happy with my purchase and cannot thank them enough for their help! I would highly recommend them and can't imagine ever buying a car from anyone else!

The purchase went very smoothly, but over the phone the salesman was not completely forthcoming about the car s leather interior. It actually had cloth seats but he did not disclose that up front. He just said it s got an all weather leather package. He did not say that s the dash and steering wheel, not the seats. In the end I chose a different car with all leather. It was inconvenient to drive 4 hours and I would not have allowed them to pull my credit if I had known up front. I would have just gone to a local dealership. On a positive note I do like my car.

Our sales associate, Taylor was a pleasure to work with. She was polite, professional and courteous throughout the process. She made sure to answer any questions we had, and was willing to do additional research to make sure we had all the information we needed before making a buying decision. She and the sales manager, Ronnie made the buying process feel more like a respectful conversation than a contentious negotiation. We can't say enough good things about Taylor, and everyone at Kerry Nissan. It is just a class organization from top to bottom.

Kerry Nissan was great to us! We have been looking for over 8 months for a car for myself and was not having any luck. Megan Gregory was my sales consultant and she was amazing from day 1! She was very helpful and got us in a new car within a day. The service dept was also very helpful and nice! Love Kerry Mazda! Being a young female I hate going to get my car worked on because I always feel like people try to take advantage of that but at Kerry Mazda I have never once felt that like I used to living back in Louisville. The team at Kerry Mazda is super nice and very welcoming! Jason and Lauren are always so nice when it comes to getting my car worked on and I will definitely keep them in mind when I decide to trade my car in soon!

Brent Adams is a great guy to work with, I saw him helping one of his customers learn how to use a car charger and the chargers are complicated to use. I would go with him if I was looking to purchase a vehicle. He's an outstanding guy!
