I had both my headlights replaced because of a class action suit filed and I was notified of in 2022. It took a year for the replacements to get to the dealer and/or to be next on the list? Repair took two hours. I waited in the lobby. Lobby was neat and clean and I was able to watch TV. Courteous customer service. Lights looked great after they were installed.

I called and ask for a tire and wheel as my car did not come with a spare tire. The sales person was very pleasant and helpful. He called me when the tire / wheel came in.When I got there the service dept put the tire on the wheel. They checked the tires already on the car. They charged me $180 for an estimate basically. I was having major issues with it, so I brought my Tucson in to try and figure out what was wrong. They told me I needed a whole new muffler system and that would cost me around $3,600. Knowing my car is a 2016 and only has around 70,000 miles, I didn t think replacing the entire muffler system was necessary. I was right!! So, I paid Hyundai $180 just to be told that I needed work that I really didn t. I took it to a mechanic out in Florence instead, and they were able to replace the catalytic converter total price $417! I didn t need all the work Hyundai said I would. I saved around $3,200 by not listening to Hyundai. I still want to know why it cost $180 just to have a mechanic look at my car to tell me what the issue was?!!Services: Exhaust, Vehicle safety inspection

They were prompt on the service and finished quicker than they estimated. They also washed my truck after just an oil change. I would recommend Kerry Nissan to any potential customers.

Tons of Kerry Automotive group dealers around, this was a small VW one. I was welcomed, given details on services done or needed, and in and out quick for an oil change when I was passing through town. 5 stars I would bring my VW again if intown or lived nearby. I had this on here once and Kerry Nissan removed it. I went there to have my engine diagnosed, with a misfire code, they called me and said I needed a transmission, and radiator. And as far as the misfire they said the "aftermarket" coils could be causing the miss fire. And said the transmission is $6500.I took my vehicle for a second opinion and with in 30 minutes they called and said it was the spark plugs causing the misfire Said my transmission and radiator was fine, no worries, charged me $120We went in to talk to the service manager and to ask for our money back and he told me that that wasn't happening unless I took down my original post. Which they had already removed. See that is how they keep there good 4 or 5 star rating they either blackmaile you telling you, you are not getting your money back or they take the review down themselves. I WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN. I WILL CONTINUE TO POST THIS REVIEW, EVERYTIME THEY REMOVE IT!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Calls answered promptly. Friendly and professional staff. I had requested to have my vehicle serviced before I went on vacation. Dropping my Rogue off on Tuesday, requesting to have it back on Friday morning. I was told that the parts I needed , had to be delivered before the work could be done. I truly believe the service department worked diligently to meet my request .Service: General repairs & maintenance

Place was very clean, and they were able to get me in right away. I have an issue with my paint, and did not receive much guidance from them as far as how to resolve the issue, other then then telling me to go to Alexandria. My car is only two years old and starting to show small rust spots. And when I contacted Alexandria, after two weeks of calling and leaving a message they can t see me till the end of June.Service: Oil change

Brought my older Toyota truck (2002 Tundra) for a oil and filter change (this was earlier this year, actually still Winter time). Service writer asked me if I wanted to use regular oil or synthetic, one of the older service writers overheard the conversation and said that they don t stock the 5W30 that the Tundra required. I asked how much it would cost to use synthetic oil and the older service replied $100-$130 for the oil the change. I said thanks but I will do it myself.At that time my truck was on the lift so it would be available in a few minutes, I was told that the skid plate couldn t be removed because the bolts were stripped, and that repair would cost $160. I had already asked to get the truck returned, They brought the truck back and added water or summer grade windshield washer fluid (no charge) unfortunately it froze a couple of days later which made the windshield washer inoperative.Service: Auto maintenance

Bought a used 2015 very nice Hyundai Sonata at a different dealership that had a recall and the previous owner didn t have it fixed so I called the Florence KY Hyundai dealer got an appointment and had it fixed right away. I was in and out in no time. Very pleased with the service.

The staff was super friendly and professional. My only complaint is that there was a 6 week wait for the repair to be done and I had to spend a lot of money on a rental car in addition to the cost of the repair. Went to Kerry Nissan for oil change and tire rotation... I usually have exceptional service here..but this time I was told it would take an hour and twenty minutes tops and it took two hours plus my tire is making a strange sound..very disappointed
