Do not buy a car from this Dealership you will never be able to get service when you need it. We needed emergency service on our vehicle and they were not able to even look at it until a month out. We had to take it to Columbia Hyundai for service. We bought 2 Vehicles from this dealership at one time and never will again. Go where you know you can get service. Very bad customer service. Never again.

Always great! The service techs that have worked on my car have done great work! I appreciate that because I purchased one of the N performance vehicles and I'm pretty picky about it. The only complaint I've had about this place was the fact I wasn't given something to drive after a fuel injector failure 60 days after purchase. The GM let me know they didn't have any vehicles available because of the shortage during this period so I guess it's understandable.Hyundai corporate did reimburse me for my rental fees.I guess my only complaint would be they should at least have a recommendation or have a rental company that they work with for these situations where they don't have cars available. Other than that. this is a very modern, nice professional dealership!

Ready to take my new sonata in for service. I called to get an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and was told I did not need an appointment that I could just come in between 9:00 and 5:00 Monday through Friday and it would take an hour or so to do my work without appointment. When I showed up the next day I was told I need an appointment. I protested but that was the best they could do. I left and later called for another appointment. Again I was told I don't need an appointment. Just bring it in and they'll take care of it. I went back in and was told it was going to take 3 hours because there was four cars in front of me. Not good service.

Great service experience at this dealership. My first time there and check in took a minute while they got all my info. Service performed in less time than expected. Lounge was clean and comfy and quiet. Only complaint was temperature - it was FREEZING in there! Overall very happy. I will not hesitate to give this place my business again in the future.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Got an oil change and a tire rotation that is standard with my warranty. Left my car and went on to work. Got a text and a call to let me know that it was ready, which is nice.Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.My car looked exactly like it did when I dropped it off.

Uneventful 1st oil change. The salesman remembered my name after nine months! Took 45 mins longer than estimated, but I suppose that's pretty good these days?

When I first arrived the receptionists sat at their desks and did not acknowledge me at all. There was no one else in line and one of them was eating. A good morning or hello we'll be right with you would have sufficed. But I had to say something in order to be acknowledged even though they clearly saw me standing there. I advised the rep I wanted 4 new tires on my car and that I would keep my 1 good tire as a spare. She claimed she understood yet when I picked up my vehicle she informed me they kept my one tire on and added 3 new tires. I reminded her of what I actually requested to which she nonchalantly brushed it off without even so much as an apology for the misunderstanding. I love my car and have owned 2 Hyundai sonatas over the last 13 years but the staff I continue to encounter in these northern Ky establishments leave a lot to be desired.

I would love to rate it higher. Alyssa is extremely friendly and nice and was wonderful to work with. But the mechanic team did not rotate the tires, something that i had paid for them to do. I caught it right away and Alyssa got them to correct it in 15 minutes. That was a very concerning experience moving forward though. The wait for completing the service was also 2.5 hours. They did a good job catching an issue with a tire that needed patched. So there was still a lot of good. We have taken cars for years at Kerry Toyota and it s been a great experience. We are newer to Kerry Hyundai and it is just so much different.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

They went above and beyond on this visit! Loaner car MIA gave me 2023 Mazda SUV. Reduced my bill because one part under warranty. Love it saved me money big time! Always friendly and waited for me even tho was almost closing time. Big thank to Amy!

The service was good. The only thing was your phone system. I don't know how many times l called, even tried selecting other depts. NO One answered the phone EVER!! in any dept., I can't imagine how much business you must be losing, and I hate to say it, but I will actually think twice about coming back because you can't call to schedule an appointment or anything else.Service: Air conditioning

Recall service for my 2021 Kicks. Been trying to schedule an appointment all year but call keeps getting unanswered. Finally talked to someone and my appointment ended up being dropped. Person checking me in didn't record my number correctly so waited over 5 hours. My car has the only car seat and I have a 2 month old at home. I have no choice but to Uber back and forth. Amanda, my service advisor is relatively new but very friendly and helpful. She genuinely tries to help you as much as she can. Troy (I think is his name) worked on my car (an Ioniq 5) and as usual, does a very good and thorough job. He even put my car on to charge when it was done. Tracey took me to work and picked me up since I had multiple repairs/recalls. She is very friendly and made the rides comfortable and enjoyable. I had two vehicle serviced in the same week. People I dealt with were professional and nice. Picked up one of the vehicles, after hours, which was in for an oil change and tire rotation. When pulling out from dealer lot I noticed a vibration. Turned around and brought vehicle back. Spoke to service department the next day and told them I felt one of the wheels was not tight. Received a call back within the hour to confirm I was correct and that problem had been corrected. When I arrived to pick it up that night I received two free oil changes which was unexpected but nice. The other vehicle was serviced without incident.

My engine had seized up. A recall had been issued on my Tucson. Kerry Hyundai got approval for the parts from Hyundai. They replaced the Long Block Assembly into the engine. At no cost to me. Otherwise, it would have cost me around four thousand dollars. They loaned me a nice Santa Fe for the six weeks. They had my Tucson. They treated me very well

Where to start? I purchased my Hyundai sonata from them in 2018. Upgrades were included, but took longer than expected for the car to be ready.A little over 5 years and 130,000 miles later my engine started knocking. Took vehicle to my mechanic. He mentioned that Hyundai has had this issue and I should take it to the dealership to see if they could help. Dealership wouldn't see my vehicle for over a month. When I finally delivered the car to them they told me the battery needed to be replaced (I had replaced the battery 6 months prior). They then told me that I could pick up the battery and return it to where I purchased it for a refund. When I went to the dealership to pick up the battery they said it got sent out with the others.Two months later they informed me that my vehicle was out of warranty and they would not be replacing my engine. I have yet to hear about pricing, cost, or timeline to replace the engine.I can not wait for this horrible situation to be over. I will not be doing any business with this dealership or Hyundai in the future. Thank you for sending multiple text messages for my feedback.

Came in to buy a new vehicle and had a great experience. Salesperson-Bill (best I remember) was the best. Absolutely no pressure. He listened to what we were looking for and then gave us options to look at. Showed us the vehicles then let us look at them on our own. Loved that! Drove from Somerset KY to purchase from them. Thank you for a quick, no pressure purchase.

One Kerry dealership is bad, they all probably are. I wouldn't ever go to a Kerry dealership again. ANY Kerry dealership. Kerry Mazda lost my business completely... I'll spend my money elsewhere. Anyone who values their hard earned money should seriously consider doing the same.

Clean facility. Staff unengaged. Came in only for a recall that focused on software, they tried to up sell non-related service. Two hours to complete what the recall notice cited less than an hour.

Horrible service sept. They fixed my car and as soon as I drove it again my engine light came and they couldn t get my Kona in until August 25th. Ridiculous. Also I would like to say they had it in the service sept for 9 days. I had to get my brother to pick it.
