We bought my wife's Hyundai here used a few years ago and the team was great here. They had the usual stuff they try to upsell you on, but overall our experience here was awesome. My wife still takes her hyundai back when it needs service and they're always great!

If you are not taking your GM vehicle here for service, you aren't being treated right. Truly a top-notch experience. After two months of attempting to have my airbag for my SAAB replaced under the NHTSA recall, it was finally completed by Joseph Cadillac. It took them less than a week to get the part in. They were very courteous and efficient during the whole process. I was in and out in less than an hour. One of the gentlemen came and briefly talked to me because I have North Carolina tags and he had recently moved to the area from NC. They even washed my car which is something most places do not do anymore but should. The difference between ordinary and extraordinary is that little bit. Truly an exceptional and smooth experience.Background: Thomson-MacacConnell Cadillac had no idea if they could even work on a SAAB. When they figured out that they could, they said 2 to 12 months to get a replacement air bag in.Wyler GMC, Buick, Chevrolet said they would do it, but then called 4 days later after my second appointment had been set and I was told that the service manager said that they could not do it because it was a SAAB. I even had a previous appointment at Wyler GMC, Buick, Chevrolet and went to the appointment, just for them to tell me after 40 minutes that the air bag wouldn't be in until tomorrow and someone was supposed to call me the day prior but didn't. That appointment was on the 18th of March 2021.Kerry Chevrolet's service manager also said they could not work on a SAAB. This is what they told the corporate customer service representative. I truly hope GM fixes these issues with their dealerships because it does impact cutomer loyalty.I know SAABs are not common automobiles, but they were a GM product. GM customer service got involved at my request, and they were told the same thing by service managers throughout the area. The recall letters say, "take your SAAB to Cadillac dealers because they have the necessary training, tools, and parts." This was GM's attempt to get SAAB buyers to STAY in the GM family and hopefully buy a Cadillac for their next purchase, which was priced slightly higher in the GM brand hierarchy.GM's website says you can take your vehicle to any of other other GM brands dealers to have your vehicle serviced. An airbag is not unique to a certain vehicle anymore than tires. If a mechanic days they can't work on your tires because it is a "insert car brand here" you would laugh, but after the second time it just was ridiculous. I doubt Hummer, Saturn, or Pontiac owners are told the same nonsense.

Absolutely love the people at Joseph Subaru! They truly make you feel like your part of the family! From sales to service they cater to your needs and make you feel like you matter! Plus if you have a pup and bring them along for the visit they will absolutely spoil them rotten!!!

Had to wait to long. The waiting area carpet needs replaced. Horriable for a Cadillac dealer, but the service was great.

The body shop is INCREDIBLE! Reasonably priced, and they did a fantastic job. Rick Smith took care of me from the clerical side, and did a great job communicating with me regarding progress. Jeff in the office is amazing, too!! This was the smoothest, best car service I ve ever had. I can not recommend them enough! Thanks for taking care of my Toyota Matrix!- Anna Lyons

Edit: It has been over a month since I bought my car here. My temp tag has expired and only after I called about it do they tell me I need to get an Ohio driver's license (I just moved there) before I can get my plates. Why did it take over a month to tell me this?? This was not discussed during the purchase process.******************This was an interesting dealership experience- not necessarily bad, but not good either. I scheduled to test drive a used Subaru Crosstrek and Anthony, "Hillbilly", gave me the keys. Didn't show me the car or go over the features or anything. Ok, fine I guess. I asked him a couple questions about the car and he had no clue. Shouldn't a car salesman be a bit more knowledgeable about the cars he's selling?? I feel like they just wanted to get rid of this particular vehicle since it's a 2016. Maybe if I had dealt with the Subaru salesmen and not the Cadillac ones, they would have treated me a little better and known more about the car. Anyway, took it for an overnight test drive and then signed the paperwork the next day. I requested the car to be washed and cleaned on the inside, but since it was Friday, the cleaners were busy getting *new* cars ready for Saturday. So, they just told me to bring it in "whenever I'm in the area" (I live in Cincinnati). The back windshield wiper also needed to be replaced, but I guess they didn't have one in stock. I was worried about dealing with pushy car salesmen, but this was almost worse. I expect at least a little customer service when I'm making a big purchase.

They are wonderful here at Joseph Cadillac. They AlWAYS are !! Now, as far as Cadillac they should have recalled my and all the other many customers with the very dim headlights problems. Not cool . Toyota recalled something when my car was 10yrs old. Next time . Toyota!!

Had my oil changed and tires rotated there today. Chris took good care, consummate professionals. Fair price, quick turn around time, door to door drop off service. They are really good.

Not a very good service department. They kept my truck for six months. Only fixed a couple of the issues with it. Lied to my insurance company, and then they didn't even do the work that I specifically asked them to do. And said I would pay for outside of the insurance claim. The sales people are all very nice, and helpful. They also have a decent selection of cars. Also they have well trained, nice, professional mechanics. The service managers are no the best.

An amazing team of people. No high pressure. Absolutely working with me vs. just for a sale. I'll recommend them every chance I get. I've never been to a dealership so kind and comfortable. And patient! I had some unexpected obstacles and they were de-stressing me!

Just got my wife's Outback back from the Collision Center (distracted driver rear ended her at a light) and couldn't be happier (not that my wife got rear-ended, but that they did such a great repair job!)! Jeff and his crew did a great job and they went out of their way to take care of this. I highly recommend them!

Came to Joseph Cadillac service because of a not so good experience with Quantrell Cadillac in Lexington KY. From the first call the situation with my car and questions that I had were answered. All that and they hadn t even seen my vehicle. When I did take my care to them the service did not disappoint. Even though I live a distance away I will be taking my car back to Joseph Cadillac.

Had a pleasant experience. Drove over 2 hours to come see and buy the vehicle. The most disappointing part of the experience was being told that the vehicle and new brakes put on to later find that the rotors needed turned or replaced due to heavy shaking when braking. I felt a little misled since I had to dump $$ into the front brakes not even a month of owning the vehicle. When I contacted Joseph about some or any kind of reimbursement they wouldn t help whatsoever. Pretty sad they wouldn t even attempt to make it right as of other dealerships I gave dealt with in the past did because it was the right thing to do.

I haven't purchased a car here, but I've been taking all of my cars here for maintenance and fixes since I first started driving 15 years ago. The mechanic time cost is likely not the cheapest, but they do the job with above and beyond service and respect every time. In particular, Duane has been my go to guy for all of these years. His up beat attitude with lightning fast repairs are the reason I only trust leaving my car for proper fixes and honest recommendations for critical repairs of about to fail parts. Joseph Cadillac and Subaru knows how to hire and keep the right people!

I bought a 2018 Audi from Audi Connection -owned by Jospeh Group and now the paint is peeling . Tried several times to get Audi Connection to resolve and they have absolutely done nothing. I rarely do reviews but would hope before someone buys there , they view reviews. At any price point customer service should be better , but especially at this price point. The customer service is terrible and there is literally no real easy to reach the Joseph Auto group. I should have done more home work before buying there . I went by the Brand Reputation and I should have considered the dealer rep and service prior .

I purchased a Subaru through Joseph in August 2011. The staff was very professional through the sale and made the paperwork as efficient as possible. I have also used their shop for basic maintenance and any warranty concerns. They are usually able to get me into the shop the next day and start on my car as soon I arrive. I have nothing but positive things to say about this dealership and their shop. I had a warranty repair any they provided me with daily updates and made the experience as painless as possible.

Drove 18 miles on a Saturday afternoon to view a car I spoke with a salesman about prior to coming over. Got there and was told I couldn't test drive it due to safety recall issues and to call back on Monday. (Closed Sunday) Called Monday morning and was told car was sold on Saturday????? Guessing the manager flipped it to a friend? It was a nice car!

Every time I come here I get the up most respect and best customer service imaginable, I drive over an hour away to have my stuff worked on, fair prices and great work. I HIGHLY recommend Joseph Cadillacs service department.

Chris, the service manager is the best!! He always takes such good care of me and my auto. I've been taking my Cadillac there for over 10 years and they always, always, take care of everything! All the mechanics are great!

Went to look at a used car late on a Sunday afternoon. We liked it and were ready to buy, but being late on a Sunday, we just filled out the credit application and the salesman let us take the car for the night. Next morning had financing and payments set. Showed up, signed, and left. Easy. Thanks Thomas Robke for the good deal.

Quality service and quality employees. Chris has been a great help. As well as all service desk employees.Small job or big job, they have provided quality service everytime. From having had A/C repaired on a 31 year old caddy, $10,000 worth of body work done on an Escalade to an engine replaced in a truck, job well done, if any issues arose they were resolved. In the end, the result, I am a happy customer. Would recommend them 100%.
