My experience here was absolutely amazing. I came in with a price point in mind and the staff here truly worked with me to get to a price that was comfortable for me to pay. Eric Simpson was truly amazing and he is the epitome of what a car salesman should be. I highly recommend him and this dealership all around. I am so happy I decided to come here to purchase my first car. I am excited with my purchase and the staff overall made me feel comfortable, I didn't feel pressured at any point in the buying process. 10/10 service, I highly recommend you all and I hope to work with you all again in the future.

Eric Simpson - best car salesman hands down! He went above and beyond to work with us to find a price that was comfortable for us to finance a vehicle. I highly recommend not only Eric but the entire dealership. They truly care and value you and will do everything they can to get you in a new vehicle, paying a price that's comfortable for you. Mannie in service was very patient and helpful from beginning to end. I also got a free detailed video and paper work of other concerns which was great to have. My stressful situation was alot more stress free dealing with Mannie. Thank you

I purchased my '23 Honda from Jeff Wyler Honda & Marty was my sales associate. As with every car buying purchase I was there for hours and had to haggle to get the payment I told them the first time, things went as smoothly as they could have in that aspect. I didn't give 5 stars because I really hate being spoken to like I don't understand vehicles or financial contracts ("the numbers") because I'm a female and I definitely got hit with the numbers line and my opinions were dismissed because 'I've never heard of that issue before or my whole family drives Honda and that's just not the case'. I did my research or I wouldn't have brought it up.

I am so truly impressed every time. Was able to wait on my oil change for my 2023 crv. Dean greeted me when I arrived and took care of my car! Service people was amazing and efficient. came in for a oil change and tire rotation, technician suggested for battery change and break oil changes. Battery was changed recently from Autozone, so I went to Autozone and shown the report that jeffwyler gave they checked the battery and said your battery is good and it will work another 6months. I went back to jeffwyler and said the same thing what Autozone technician said, again jeffwyler technician checked the battery, this time he said battery is good, they said some issue on first check. almost same with break oil change, I did changed break oil from different service center, without checking jeffwyler technician suggested an break oil change, once I told them the break fluids are flushed from a different service center, jeffwyler technician mentioned we are not charged but gave that suggestion from the history.

If you value your LIFE- I would NEVER buy a car from this dealership! If I could give them negative stars I would. A few months after purchasing a minivan and driving it off of their lot in what I was told was "perfect" condition- I was driving down the highway with my children in the back and the front breaks FALL OFF! Yes they literally fall off of the car! (They "put all new tires and breaks" on the vehicle before I drove it off of the lot, it had not been touched by anyone else since then) I was instructed by their service department to have it towed to the Ft. Thomas location to be fixed where their mechanic said this was 100% their fault and negligence! Someone in their service department obviously does not know what they are doing and are making deadly mistakes! When confronted by myself, my husband, AND a JEFF WYLER mechanic they still refused to take responsibility for their mistake and pay for the van to be fixed! They would not even return our phone calls. A Horrid horrid HORRID experience and in the process of contacting a lawyer. I understand mistakes happen but this could have ended a lot worse than it did and all we asked was for the van to be fixed, which they couldn't do. NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS CAR LOT!

We were driving through area and our van door opened then would not shut. We were stranded with our small kiddos because we could drive the 5 hours home without the side door closing. I drove it to the dealer without an appointment(obviously since it happened while on a trip) and they were extremely kind. They were able to fix the door so we could close it and safely continue on with our trip. Outstanding service!! Highly recommend this place.

Do not ever do business with this place!! Wife bought a car in February they did brake service on it before purchase then a few months later the brake caliper fell off of the vehicle and caused severe damage the the front drivers side wheel. They refused to take responsibility and said it is not their fault. While they are the one ones who put the caliper on the vehicle. Why in the shop to get repaired the other front caliper was checked and the bolts for it were not even tightened and just days away from falling off too. They denied it was their fault and refused to help resolve the issue. This place will not answer or return your call and are too much of a coward to call u back and tell u that they aren t going to take responsibility and pay to fix their mistake. They will also try to delete your review even though everything said was 100% true. Don t waste your time with this place. Shawn is the one who sold us the car and he was great but everyone one else my wife or I have been in contact with have been absolutely pompous jerks. Not only could this have ended up a lot worse if my wife and children were injured due to their improper installation of the caliper but just the fact they refused to take responsibility is reason enough for this one star review.

Do NOT trust their assessments of repair. I was told I needed a $4000 transmission replacement. The car only needed a $200 sensor that an independent repair service center did it for. Wyler was adamant the car needed a transmission. What a shame that you can't trust the dealership. We were ABSOLUTELY satisfied with the sales staff and manager of this dealership. Very positive attitudes, polite and quite willing to work with us to send us home in the vehicle we wanted. Drove an hour to get there... but NOT disappointed! I definately recommend this Jeff Wyler location!

Went in to the dealership later in the day (night before Christmas Eve) to check inventory. I did not intend on making a purchase today. I have been shopping for awhile to make sure I get what I want. I had private financing so i wasn't in a rush and didn't need to haggle. Started talking with Noah. The patience, knowledge, and just conversation was appreciated. I was not 100% about the car as it was way off from what I initially intended on getting. I did decide to purchase the Accord, I know they are great cars and Noah and his team worked with me to make me comfortable with my decision. We will be going back hopefully in 6 months or less to purchase again and will definitely be working with Noah.

They do a great job at getting you in and out fairly quickly. Usually, you can get an appointment within the week. Staff is friendly and helpful.

This place is shady...watch out for hidden fees and loopholes that let them off the hook. Called and got a tire estimate...agreed on price "out the door.: Then the price went up when I went to get them installed - apparently "out the door" means uninstalled. Manager was nice and gave me a little break on price...which we agreed to a final "out the door...on your car" price. Come to find out there were more fees on top of what we agreed "misc." In 2019 Honda replaced the battery when I bought the car as part of Honda Certified. The service manager told me that "when Sales replaces anything it voids any warranty." I've bought multiple Hondas from this place, but they aren't touching my Hondas if they are going void warranties the minute they lay their hand on it and stick me with hidden fees.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

Be wary if coming here. They employ every single dirty little sales trick on each customer to make their sale. Do not let them take your keys, bc they will try. These are car salesmen after all.

Awful experience. Third party shop diagnosed a problem (for free) and recommended taking it to Honda for warranty service. Dealer refused to look at the vehicle or comment on warranty coverage, even after talking to third party shop, without payment of a $200 inspection fee. Paid the fee, inspection revealed the same problem the third party shop diagnosed and told Honda about directly, and dealer then advised no warranty coverage. Poor attitude from service rep from the outset when I asked him to communicate with the third party shop.

Elliott was kind and expedient, the only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because I was pretty severely misquoted on time. Polite staff. Efficient check in. Had appt but took longer than predicted. Service agent explained could not isolate warning light issue so took extra time calling Honda for advice. Unresolved but felt they were thorough.

Jeff Wyler in Florence has the BEST People working there!Everyone is Friendly, Helpful, Kind, Knowledgeable & Considerat!What ever issues we have run into since purchasing our CR-V they have handled & taken care of in a timely manner!NOT all Dealership are like Jeff Wyler in Florence!Carrie our Sales Person is wonderful! BEWARE OF SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Horrible experience had car for 8 days, had to go through many parts to get to the right part,and had to pay for all the parts even if they were good. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
