Bad business. Called to get a key replacement for a lost key. This was the only Alfa Romeo dealership that had the replacement in stock. They are 4 hrs away from me & I was willing to come that far to purchase the key. They flat out told me they won t sell it to me because I dont live near them. That is completely ridiculous.

Left messages, no one called me back. Had trouble scheduling service. Parts needed never got ordered, so I have to go back a second time. Used to be efficient, now they re disorganized.

I have tried calling 5 seperate times to schedule a recall repair because my car NEEDS it and everytime they transfer me to the department i have never gotten an answer I ve left 3 voicemails and never heard back and this is the only place that will service my car since the recall website scheduled me for a dealership that doesn t even work on fiats. Hope my car doesn t die because you won t answer the phone honestly so frustrating at this point. Things happen I get it but I ve tried 5 times and have gotten literally nothing.

Highly recommend this dealership and Skip Jones. I was in search of a specific car - the only one in the country optioned like it was - and Skip helped me snag it! I should mention I live in Houston, TX and Jake Sweeney Fiat is just south of Cincinnati, OH.This was the best car buying experience I ve ever had. I asked for a price, Skip promptly responded with a fair price (enough that I jumped and didn t need further negotiations). We were near the end of the month, so the pressure to make a sale is always on, but I never felt that from anyone at the dealership.I flew in and the picked me up at the airport - in a lime green Alfa Romeo - very memorable. The porter was super nice. Once we got to the dealership I was in and out in 20 minutes.This is the place to go - if Jake Sweeney sells any brand of car your interested in I highly urge you to go here vs the competitor.I might even buy another car out of state from them - it was that pleasant.

Great job, guys. Thanks! We live across from Louisville, and the drive to Florence is well worth it. We don't trust our car to the Louisville dealers. Your Florence shop has always been a great experience.

Brought my 124 in for an oil change. I arrived a half-hour early as I needed to join a work meeting. They accommodated me very nicely! The Wi-Fi service was fantastic without any glitches, and the complementary sodas and snacks hit the spot! The service was performed in a timely manner and it s great having a dealer who doesn t get oil residue all over the inside of your car. I ll definitely return for future services.

They were very courteous and managed to fix the original radiator and pump problem, but it seemed to create another one as now the A/C and heater do not work. So we'll have to bring it back in. The other thing is that there is absolutely no communication. They never answer the phone or give a call back to messages. It seems that they hide behind the answering machine. But they did give us a loaner which was nice. So, I hope they can fix this problem, but waiting for a call back.

Used to be 5 stars changed to one. Messed up the easiest and most important thing in a car. An oil change. Left the oil plug out and appears to have damaged the car. They asked us why we didn't ask them to do an engine test. That like a surgeon asking the patient if they want them to stop avbleed they crated. 5 years of service and they're bound to mess up something but take responsibility.

The service here is consistently top notch and the staff are superbly professional and courteous. My big beef, however, is that they no longer offer Saturday appointments. It s a major inconvenience for those of us who work M-F to try to get there during the hours they have available. If you need to limit your service hours, please choose a different day of the week to be closed.

Took my Fiat 500 in for service. I worked with Tyler M. to get this done; he was very friendly and kept me informed by phone throughout the entire process as the technicians ran into (expected) issues. The technicians did a great job of fixing my car. The other employees I encountered as I picked up my car were very friendly and helpful also.

Brittany went above and beyond to fix a problem with my fiat. I really appreciate her kindness and hard work! Thank you!There was a recall on the exhaust system of my fiat. Josh was very helpful getting my fiat scheduled and serviced. I picked it up today. Josh explained all the work done. He was very nice and pleasant. Thank you!6/08/23Just got 4 new tires on my Fiat! came into here with a completely different car in mind but Kaleb helped me through deciding which car fit my needs the best and was super easy to talk to. made my first big purchase really simple and not intimidating, had people even stay late when we ran into problems so I could drive away with the car the same day. Great experience!

I will never take my Fiat anywhere else if I can help it. The service dept. and especially Tony are truly the best. My concerns are always addressed, problems are solved and literally everyone I have had dealings with there seems super nice! I cannot say enough positive things abt my experiences there.

Don't believe the purchased reviews! I bought a car through Carvana (not the dealers fault) but the dealer and the warranty company don't communicate & the dealer refuses to take an extra step... because of their lack of paperwork retention, change in staff & misplaced documents. Now in warranty company denied the claim because time lapse. Once I provided the documents. After really being called a liar! They still said they were never paid. The service guy said "look I don't fix problems with Carvana or the warranty company. If you want the part you got to pay for it or leave. Because I'm not in the business of arguing with people. " says a guy whose car runs. I hope he never treats anyone else like that!

For me, the prospect of buying a car is just as stressful as jumping out of an airplane. I don't enjoy dealing with the "plainsman" I get at most dealerships, and I don't enjoy the price negotiations. I do my research before I get to a dealership, so I have a fairly good idea of what's in their inventory and fair pricing for the cars. Jake Sweeney was a breath of fresh air. I knew what I wanted to see, and I asked to speak to the person who knew the most about Fiats. Skip Jones was knowledgeable, professional, and one of the nicest men I have ever met at a car dealership. He took the time to walk me through the features of the car I wanted, and worked with my loan company to make sure my loan was approved. He didn't try to up-sell me or talk me out of my first choice. Skip also introduced me to Brian, the maintenance guy, who was equally professional and told me how best to care for my new baby. All in all, the folks at Jake Sweeney Fiat were terrific, and I look forward to many happy years in my new car!

The service is very good. Most significantly, the people are polite and personable (and professional). They always know who I am whether I have an appointment or just drop in for an oil change. Whatever maintenance or repair is needed, they will let me know what's covered by the warranty up front. Once I had an oil change that took five or ten minutes longer than expected. They gave it to me for free because they missed their target time. I've had several similar experiences there.

My experience with Jake Sweeney Fiat was wonderful! I had much help from many employees there, such as Adam Wilson, Cody French, and Danny. Each of these people made me feel extremely comfortable and calm about making such a great commitment. The atmosphere was so relaxed and calming. The salesmen were especially careful to not pressure me into any car, but to find one that fit my desires exactly. I love my car, and I'm so glad I purchased from here!

I just want to say for the record that the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is comfortable. My wife and I bought a new 500L two years ago from them and it was a great experience.We recently had our vehicles stolen (one of them being the Fiat of course) but they police were able to recover all of our vehicles. We had to have the Fiat towed to the dealer to have new keys made and they quoted us a week. Yet here I sit two weeks later and still no keys. It's not easy have two kids and two working adults and only one vehicle. I asked them what is taking so long and they told me that the keys are on back order. I was/am very perplexed by this statement. I also asked if there is anything they could do for us in terms of a loaner vehicle or something for us to drive and he said that he could rent me a vehicle...... Rent? Seriously? I bought a brand new car from you guys and all you can do is offer to rent me a vehicle.They quoted us $400 for the new keys, but they said that the keys might not work for our vehicle when they finally do come in (whenever that will be). If we get lucky and they work then we owe $400. If we get unlucky and they don't, they have to replace something in the car that will cost an additional $500. I'm having a hard time wrapping my brain around all of these uncertainties, maybe this maybe that.Every interaction we've had before this has been great and handled timely, but this, let's just say, to keep it professional, has been handled poorly so far. I'm not trying to dissuade anybody from buying a vehicle from this establishment, I just thought people should be aware. Maybe we're just that unlucky.**Update**Three weeks have gone by and still no keys and no car... The guy in service seems aggravated when we call. They quoted us to the end of the month, which is another two weeks. This is, unfortunately, making my wife and I regret buying this vehicle. If it takes this long just to get a key, I'm scared to think how long other parts might take to get. We're making payments on a car that we can't drive...

We drove over 2 hours from Columbus, OH to see a pre-owned Honda Ridgeline. Our salesman Michael O gave us information over the phone and greeted us upon arrival. The truck was as described, we were able to make a deal and drove it home that day. There were some minor details that needed to be taken care of and Micheal made sure that they got done. We even had questions after we returned home and he contacted us promptly. Nothing but good things to say about this experience. Thank you Michael and team!

Great service and right on time. My appointment was for 11:00 and I was in at 11:00. They said it would be an hour and I got the car back in an hour. That s unheard of at other dealerships.

The service of this dealership is amazing. They really have done so much to get me in a new car and I'm very grateful. They are always pleasant and happy to see any customer walking into their doors. Its really obvious they really care about their job and their customer. Everyone at this dealership definitely cares about their customers, their name and the product they are representing. I couldn't thank them enough. They went above and beyond my extraordinary expectations. Joe Netto and Bill Hamm are some of the finest representatives I've ever encountered at a dealership. They were very well composed, and made me feel like I was at home. I couldn't thank them enough for all they've done to help my family get into a new Fiat. Will surely recommend them to everyone I know. I will do business again with them in the future. Overall, a very clean environment, and friendly and amazing staff is what sets this dealership apart from the competition. I would highly recommend them to other folks.
