Excellent service! Just general maintenance but had a loaner car ready for me so I didn t have to wait. Everyone was very professional and the price was very reasonable! Highly recommend Jake Sweeney Alfa Romeo (North and Florence).

This is my third Alpha Romeo lease from Jake Sweeney. Their service is outstanding and they take such good care of me and my car needs. A special shout out to Skip and Tammy who make the leasing experience so much nicer.

My experience here was great from start to finish. Skip & the staff were extremely helpful and I was able to get my dream car with their help. Absolute enthusiast cars and a great dealer (which is rare) to support the brand. Id gladly recommend this dealership to anyone looking at buying an experience as much as a new car. Dont let the nay sayers in the forums dissuade you with their data points from the 1970's, Alfa has truly done a 180 and is producing some exceptional cars. Ill be enjoying my quadrifoglio for years to come.

I am a professor at Indiana University and drive to Kentucky to get my car serviced because I value the service I get at Jake Sweeney Alfa Romeo. They treat me like a human being. Service Dept is the best I have dealt with. They are honest and fair. Best I've dealt with in a long time. I also have a BMW X1 and have had mediocre to bad service at the BMW dealer comparatively. I will buy from this dealer from now on. By the way, did I say that their cars are fantastic? Went back for another oil change. They did such a good job. Quick and efficient. Nice people! Update.... still the best. Fantastic service.

Sweeney Alfa Romeo in No Ky is as stellar & driven as the car itself! I can not say enough about their concern & care for the customer. It s all about relationships! Skip (business development) is front & center; experienced; quickly follows up; looks out for you! Coby Sweeney (Owner/Leader) truly truly does care customer first; business second! I recently ordered my 5th Alfa Romeo thru this Dealership they deliver on every promise they make! I highly recommend that if you want to experience the same as I have, go see Skip & Coby.

Our experience at Jake Sweeney Alfa was great. Our salesman Skip sure knew the car and all of it s options. Without any pressure to buy, He offered us a great price from the start and explained throughly how our out of state purchase would be handled. When we arrived, we found a salesman who truly loved his job, enjoyed meeting new people and taking about alfas. Our experience with the finance department was also great, with no surprise add-ons, and all of the numbers adding up just like Skip promised. Our new Alfa Giulia was in front of the dealership sparkling clean and waiting for us with a full tank of gas. When we finished our five hour drive home, we received a check up call from Skip to see if everything was working fine and to answer any questions. If you re in the market for a new or used Alfa, give Skip and the team at Jake Sweeney a chance to earn your sale. You ll be happy you did.

Besides unbeatable pricing, we found our experience to be simple, smooth, and seamless. We met some great employees throughout the process and we so appreciate the time and energy poured into our purchase.Skip was patient and professional at all times. They have usually been decent when servicing the vehicle the last 2 times we went out car was returned cleaned. This time it wasn t. We ponder on getting another Mercedes and decided to go with Alfa Romeo instead this go around, but I feel like Mercedes free wash and interior cleaning with service is a great perk. The car itself haven t been disappointed in it other than the battery going dead and it messed up the settings on the moon roof blind and it won t close now and Jeff Wyler said they would reset it and didn t when I sent my boy to have it serviced.

This review is a cumulative experience after one year of ownership of my 22 Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio. I initially had given a 5 star review. I am changing that to 3 stars based on my maintenance/service experience.First of all, Skip Jones is fantastic and the buying process was great. If you want an Alfa, Skip will take care of you. I can t say the same for the maintenance department. My car has 3600 miles on it as of today, and in that time JS AR has replaced a rear end differential at 600 miles due to excessive noise, as well as a PCM and blowdown tube for an engine light for excessive crankcase pressure at around 2000 miles. The rear end noise is the same, which has now been attributed to the electronic LSD and not improper wear.Their service for the engine light was unsuccessful so I did some research and found that a sensor behind the left inner fender might be partially dislodged causing the issue. To get there I had to remove the left front wheel and left front wheel liner. While doing so I had three wheel lug bolts that were finger tight and the fender liner was missing two screws. Prior to the service for the engine light I had checked the torque on the lug bolts and everything was correct. The service department reported they had the wheel off and they were extremely apologetic and understood the danger they put me in driving 100 miles back home with three loose lug bolts. As it turns out, the sensor was dislodged and putting it back in place has fixed my issueI decided to give them another chance to get things right and scheduled my first oil change for 8:30 AM today. When I get there this morning I m told by the receptionist that I m scheduled for 10 AM. She ended up being able to get it taken care of earlier than 10AM (which I appreciate) but the point is that even the simplest things are made difficult with this service department.I rarely write reviews for businesses, but I feel like this warrants one. When you buy an $85,000+ car you expect your business with the dealership to be appreciated and I haven t felt that with anyone except Skip.If you want to buy an Alfa deal with Skip, but I recommend getting the maintenance done elsewhere. I will be from now on.

I purchased a Giulia from Jake Sweeney Alfa Romeo in 2023. I purchased it from out of state, which I was initially a little hesitant about, but fortunately the knowledgable sales rep Skip helped make the process smooth and relatively stress free, and with the incentives the price came in under MSRP.

Was looking at a specific car listed on their site, and is still listed for sale on the site it appeared to be a good price.However, when they brought the keys, they couldn t find the car and claim it s sold.It s sold?? You still have the keys in hand? Why is it STILL listed on the site after two days? Bait and switch much?

I have wonderful experience with my last oil change with my stelvio (bought used). The stuff is extremely friendly and helpful, assistance is immediate and care to the detail. Brittany is very friendly, helpful and humble at the alfa romeo service. I brought in my own oil and filter since I am too picky, but they welcomed that and did the entire service with charging me only the labor. Brittany helped me on getting the entire previous service history and went thru the trouble of printing the document without revealing the previous owner's information. This shows how much they respect their customers. The manager walked by and I received a warm greeting along with a new alfa romeo hat.definitely i will go back for future services.

Take caution from buyinng your alfa romeo through Jake Sweeney. Getting service done will be impossible. Please please do not consider going here. If one of their locations require you to take it to the body shop to check it out, DO NOT. I had a grill and sensor issue with my car. Back in February I had the service department look at it. They ordered parts (which the parts were not needed.) I dropped my car off for an entire week, and nothing was done regarding the sensors because they were figuring out what to do with the wrong parts. You'll be running around in circles with the service, parts, and body shop department.
