I had an exceptional experience at Creed's Auto! While passing through Kentucky on a road trip from Warren, Michigan, our car faced a fuse issue, jeopardizing our scheduled delivery. The team at Creed's Auto stepped in and fixed the problem in just 10 minutes, completely free of charge. Their swift and generous service saved us valuable time, money, and effort. Creed's is the best ! They are honest and direct with what needs done and what doesn't need done. They are super responsive and when they say it will be done - you can depend on it. They won't over promise but make the auto repair process the best it can. I would highly recommend them for all your repair needs.

I dropped off my truck to have some routine maintenance done on it and was impressed by the excellent customer service and fair prices. The owner even offered to drop me back off at work so I didn't have to get an Uber. My truck was ready by the end of day. Hard working, honest and fair. I'll definitely come back for any future services.

Recently found this repair shop and am making this my go to. Needed a CV axel replaced called around for pricing and placed wanted almost double what creeds was quoting so I took it here and they did a great job could tell the difference the minute I got my car back, fast cheap and efficient definitely recommend you use this place for any repairs you need the past month I ve had 2 repairs here and both went great both were priced great and both I could tell the difference in how well my car drove after!!

Had car trouble while miles away from home, so I used Google reviews to narrow my search prior to calling Creed's. They were able to work me in, diagnose my issues, source the parts quickly, explain what they were doing, and get me and my F-150 on my way. Thanks Creed's!!

Was extremely impressed with the service from Preston , Paige and Will. They got me in quickly and repairs were done over and above what I expected fixing some things that I didn t expect at a very reasonable price. Thought I was going to end up trading it in, but it runs like a new puppy now.

Preston and Paige Creed and their team are the last honest mechanics in the area at the least and perhaps the country. They will only do the needed work without trying to convince you something needs to be done when it doesn t. I brought my mother s Equinox to Creed s because the unnamed dealer told her she needed some things replaced when she took it to get the oil changed. I was skeptical so I brought it to Preston. He immediately looked at it on a weekend btw and said everyone was fine. They are honest, professional and kind. I will never take a vehicle anywhere else. Thanks to the entire Creed s team.

I just want to say how awesome creed s is and that I highly recommend them! I was in town visiting family when my power steering went out. It was a Friday morning and the shop I took it too couldn t get it done till Monday. Every other shop I checked wouldn t work on it over the weekend. I had to be back in VA by Sunday to pick up my husband at the airport. Creeds got me in took a look at it and had me back on the road by Saturday afternoon. And the price was better than the previous quote I got. They are a super friendly family owned shop that know cars and will take care of you. Took my 99 Corvette to Preston and couldn't be happier with the overall experience. Customer Service the way it should be!!! I took my SUV to them with no AC at all, and by the end of the day they had it back up and running perfectly! The nicest people ever! And the pricing is just so much more affordable and realistic. I took my Hyundai in for steering issues. They fully checked out my car. They said my car was in good shape other than they discovered 2 issues with my steering and worked me in the same day. The car not only steers perfectly now but rides better. I feel like I have a new car! I was so impressed with their professionalism and excellent customer service. If you re looking for an honest, fair mechanic, this is your place. I was having some issues with brakes and an oil leak, they got me in the same day I called and had me back on the road within hours. I don t know much about cars and would probably be the easiest person to make a few extra bucks off of, and they ve been nothing but honest with me and only fixed what was needed, and given me fair pricing. I will never take my car anywhere else after my experience here. Nothing less than a great experience.

I brought my car in with several warning lights, Creeds was able to diagnose, order the part and had my car back to me within 4 hours. Before work was completed, they called me, went over the issue and pricing with me before any work was completed.I do highly recommend this company. Service here was fast and wonderful. My girlfriend, grandmother, and I were driving cross country in a newer vehicle when we ran into engine trouble in the middle of our voyage. After calling several other garages that would not look at our car for weeks, we called Creed's and they dropped everything to work on our vehicle. Creed s automotive provided the best interaction I have ever had with an auto mechanic. They were kind, open, and honest. They gave me a quote for the needed repairs and told me to feel free to call around and get other quotes. If I got a better one they said they would beat it. Turns out, they were the cheapest quote by over $300. Best of all, they fixed my car perfectly and I have had no issues since.This place even offered to arrange an uber for me to come pick up my car. I want to go out on a limb and say this is the best service ive ever received . From the quality of their work to the friendly customer support. Creed s Automotive was the shop near me that popped up on my first google search. The engine was blown on my 2002 Toyota RAV4. They told me engine was bad which I expected. There price was really good but I was skeptical about that because sometimes cheaper isn t better. After it was all said and done. Creeds did an amazing job. They secured me a new motor and had it installed all in the course of a weeks time. I got my car back today. And it runs perfectly like a new car. If you are around Erlanger or are farther out I strongly suggest u try Creed s Automotive. I am so thankful I found this shop and look forward to doing Future business with them. Great price.
