Service was slow despite having an appointment. When I got home I realized that they took off the nice quality factory valve stem caps and put on a set of cheap, mismatched, and bright green caps. They look obnoxious. They also left my wheels covered in the grease the used to get the tire on the rim.When I called to request my old caps the associate (I think his name was Todd) told me they replace them so that you know they were nitrogen inflated, and that my caps had been thrown away. I told him they should ask the customer before throwing away perfectly good parts, and replacing them with a mismatched set. His response to me was "I'm not asking for your opinion, I'm telling you the facts of how we do it."I then spoke to a manager (Jeff) who was dismissive of the whole situation. He told me he wouldn't replace the caps but I could buy my own, drive back to the store, and have the cost reimbursed as long as I brought a receipt.When you factor in the cost of the tires (same as other shops), the slow service, no alignment, wastefulness of throwing away perfectly good parts, and the rude service I'm not sure what incentive there is to shopping for tires here. I know I won't be back.

The guys at this Costco tire center are nothing short of amazing. My wife and I were in town for a wedding and picked up a nail in our tire 4 hours before the wedding. The guys at this tire center got us in and out in an hour. I was blown away by their helpfulness, especially in light of their busy schedule.

Pros: this is the best price on tires, particularly if you need four at once.Cons:- Costco does not do alignment, so you have to go elsewhere for this service- I was NEVER contacted by the tire service center about my tires or my vehicle. I had to call daily, sometimes multiple times, for an update. Really a poor customer service experience.- ALL of the tire service center employees (all male) that I spoke with cut me off over the phone and in person, sometimes multiple times. One call I had lasted only five minutes, and during this time I was interrupted three times. I called to check the status of my vehicle after being told I d receive a call later the same day after the service was complete. I never received this call, but when I called back, the service center employee was quick to interrupt me during our literally sixty second phone call to tell me the vehicle was ready.- You cannot pay for tires over the phone, you must either order online or go in person. No one communicated this to me when I initially got the quote for four tires (AWD vehicle) after I dropped a tire off for a repair. This added additional lead time to my order and service and put me out of a car for more than a week. When I gave feedback that this should have been communicated initially, the service center employee cut me off yet again to let me know he had in fact shared this with me previously. How would I know given a never received any of the follow up communication I was promised? Perhaps I simply was not listening given the fact that I was never able to finish any of my own thoughts over the phone or person.Overall, I d rather pay the extra $100 to have four new tires from Toyota direct. At least they will call me back and let me speak.

very bad experience after installing a full set of Michelin tires, the front driver's side got flat while traveling with my family on the highway. My cheap tires from Walmart were better than these tires. It was a big mistake to leave the good tires and Services at Walmart and go behind Costco Ads. I changed my old tires to get the highest level of safety while traveling - my old tiers were working very good - it was a big mistake to go to Costco and trust their customer satisfaction warranty, this travel interruption cost me more than $5000, in addition to the hard situation for my kids when my vehicles swung and lost the control on the highway, thanking God that we are still alive.

NEEDED A FLAT TIRE FIXED, TIRES PURCHASED FROM COSTCO, MIKE MET ME AT SERVICE COUNTER TAKING CARE OF TIRE REPAIR AND EXPLAINING SERVICE ON TIRE, GREAT SERVICE AND MIKE WAS GREAT AT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ordered 4 tires online (Michelin CrossClimate 2). All four tires shipped with different FedEx tracking numbers. FedEx lost 2 of the tires. I was charged for all 4 as soon as they shipped (even though they were shipping to a Costco store not me). When I would call Costco online I was told I needed to deal with the tire shop, they would tell me I had to deal with Costco online. It took 3 weeks and 6 phone calls to get my money back on a product I never had in my possession. The last call was 28 mins on the phone. The hassle they put you through is not worth the savings - plus when you consider that you will have to pay someone else for an alignment job, which they do not do - I don't think it's really a savings at all.

Good prices for good tires and fast service. Beware Costco does NOT do an alignment after installing your tires. Wish I would have known that because now I have to make an appointment somewhere else for an alignment. Other than that I m happy with my purchase/service

Drove on what Costco told me was new tires for a year and a half, thought I had a slow leak so I took it to a firestone to get it fix. Here I find out that there is already a plug in my tire. I have NEVER gotten a plug in it over the past year and a half, therefore Costco sold me a tire that was defective or previously used and was puncture. It explains why Costco sells their tires for so cheap. Be wary of what you are purchasing from them. I now have to shell out more money shortly after my tires were replaced. Don t trust them when they tell you your tires are new and unused!

Horrible experience. 2 1/2 hours to have tires rotated WITH an appointment. They replaced a tire sensor and didn't turn it on or sync it with my car. Had to return 2 more times to finally get it fixed. Still have a tire with a slow leak that should have been fixed on the initial visit!

Great Prices on Tires. They took my car in at scheduled appointment time, and installed tires while I shopped. I was expecting to need new tire pressure sensors, but they said everything tested good. Car drives really Great with New Tires!

Because it's coming from a box store you get the box store problem. Everybody and their mother wants to come over here without a reservation and then this causes trouble on location of particular product and needs. I highly suggest that you do get yourself a reservation and no already if they have the available tires you're looking for. And then hold on to the freaking paperwork if anything goes wrong.

I bought tires for 2 vehicles in the last 7 months. Both times I could not find anywhere that could come close to the price. Bought top dollar tires at rock bottom prices.

Amazing customer service, always willing to help! My membership expires this month and I will renew based off of my interaction with the supervisor of the Tire Center alone!
