I haven t even started writing, and I m already fired up.I should have never returned here for any further work on my vehicles after my 2017 Honda Fit was totaled in 2022. The GM of this location did not inform me and my insurance company that she had MY car transferred to their other location in Alexandria for storage because SHE didn t have room on her lot. Completely deceptive. What s changed in almost 2 years? Sadly, not my decision to bring in my brand new 2023 SOUL CRYSTAL RED METALLIC Mazda 3 Hatchback for repairs, or the deception.I knew that they couldn t properly put the parts back on or install them correctly due to previous work, but I never thought it would be such an effort or burden to recognize that Candy Red and Red Metallic are 2 completely different shades of red period, but also NOT EVEN CLOSE to my special edition Mazda Soul Crystal Red Metallic. Not only did they try to blend this orange-toned color with my original paint, THEY ALSO PAINTED OVER MOST OF MY ORIGINAL PAINT THAT I SPECIFICALLY PAID FOR to get THEIR paint to somehow match!!!! After expressing my genuine displeasure with the repairs, the same GM nastily screamed at me to take my car up to Mazda and they would tell me exactly as she did, that the paint would never match or look the same. If that s the case, then why even put in the effort to blend or color match at all when doing repairs, or just painting a car in general? Hmm. Riddles.Good thing that dealership is the exact location where I bought my Mazda. Too bad for Caliber that a sales manager and myself brought a Soul Crystal Red Metallic Mazda 3 sedan to her location and parked it next to my car. She refused to come out after being so adamant and confident that she was correct. She also refused to write down the actual paint code that was given to me BY MAZDA, and after being told that my color doesn t even have a batch # after she gave me one!Well, I hope all of her screaming and yelling and abusive disrespect towards me over the years has paid off after there s now a formal complaint filed against Caliber. Maybe now people will get OEM parts, no reckless damage to their driver s side mirror And the correct color.

The staff was absolutely fantastic! Super friendly and professional and VERY knowledgeable. My repairs were completed sooner than expected which was amazing. They went the extra mile and washed and vacuumed out my car so I got my car back in better condition then when I dropped it off. I m so glad I decided to take my car there and will definitely be recommending them to anyone and if I ever need repairs in the future (hopefully I won t any time soon) I will absolutely go back to them!

Exceptional experience at Caliber Collision, Florence. Manager Jessica, along with Isaiah and Tony, provide professional service and are knowledgeable and kind. Their attention to detail and customer care exceeds expectations. Highly recommend for top-notch collision repair. 5 stars.

They did a great job on repairing the car. However, when I got the car back, all of a sudden my brakes are grinding and destroyed the rotor when I took it to my brake pads were like brand new I will never go back there again.

There was no estimated time for the repairs to be completed. And I actually had to call Caliber to get an estimate of when my car would be complete. Overall, they did a great job repairing my car.

They did great with my family s car - It seemed to be an amazing color match and they were very fast with the turnaround of getting our car back to us, and the staff was very compassionate and helpful, eager to assist us! I've had 2 vehicles repaired by Caliber, and both times they have done a wonderful job. Very professional, fast and always kept me up to date on the progress. I wish there were more places of business like this one! I was in an accident over the weekend. It was the first accident I ve ever been in and I had no clue what I needed to do. I called this afternoon and the staff were so helpful and reassuring. I m not sure if my car is going to be totaled but if it s not I will absolutely be going here for my repairs. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars I would!

They had my car for a full week before they informed me that they didn't have the equipment to fix my car. They did not inform me of this when I made the appointment, they did not inform me of this when I dropped the car off. Instead they kept my car for a week hoping to transfer it to another location that had the equipment. They also did not inform me that the other location had me on hold bc their equipment wasn't working. They could not give me a reason why they couldn't fix my car until I went in person to pick it up a full week later. My car is still not fixed. I'll be telling everyone not to go there. They lied to me and could not explain the issue over the phone. They lied to me when they said they could fix the car. Terrible customer service.

The staff here were very friendly and professional. The date that my car was completed was pushed back a few times, so I was calling in each day to find out when it would be ready, and they remained patient and helpful. Caliber collision is the best. I have my 2007 Ford F-150 pickup truck there for repairs. It was there for seven working days and completed in that time time frame. R i l i e, who is the body shop supervisor and floor manager, he kept me well informed during that period of time about what was going on and when I was expected to get my vehicle. It all worked out just the way that he said it would. My truck looks like brand-new where they did the repairs. I highly recommend caliber collision. If I ever need to again I will go back. I used Caliber Collision in Florence KY, as they were a preferred provider of my insurance company. I was definitely impressed with their customer service and the quality of work. They kept me informed during the process and the work on my car was excellent! They returned my car to me clean, which was an unexpected bonus! I would definitely recommend to others. Caliber Collision did an amazing job repairing our vehicle. We were updated almost daily with the repairs that were being completed and our vehicle was ready in a timely manner. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone that may need work done to their vehicles.
