In 2012, I bought a 2005 focus from them. The service was good. The alternator went out shortly after purchase, and they fixed it right away, and got me a rental, free of charge. Drove it to 160k miles. In 2019, I decided to get a new car; I bought a 2018 Focus with 42 miles. It came with a 5 year/60k mile warranty. I've taken care of all maintenance up to this point.It's been 47k miles, and 5 years 38 days. I'm having major transmission issues. The only person at Airport Ford who will talk to me is in the service department, and they only want to talk about how much money it costs to fix. Keep in mind, it would have been $0.00 to get fixed if I would have had the issue 40 days sooner.I've even called Ford directly, and they "have no assistance programs in place."No human empathy, just the dollar bill. 16 years of driving only Fords, and it ends here.

Have an F150 2023 and the people here are fabulous. Spotless clean. Very personable and professional. The F150 is a dream. An absolute dream.!Solid and dependable. And20 MPG WAKE UP highway. Very highly recommend Airport Ford.

Hands down my best dealer experience! My family has bought four Fords from them, and each one has been better than the last! I'm not sure if Mario still works in the service department, but he provides the best service out of any dealership I've ever been to! We couldn't be happier with our experiences at Airport Ford

If I could leave zero stars I would. Took my 2020 Fusion in for the known cracked flex plate issue on January 18th. The first time they called me the gentleman tried to sell me on putting a new transmission in it at a cost to me of over $6000. When I told him that I knew it was just a cracked flex plate and it was a known issue with them he said well we always advise everyone to change the trans so it there are issues later. They give no communication, we called on several occasions and the person we talked to would say it hadn t even been looked at then the manager would say well we are just waiting to get it in the shop. They had all the necessary parts to complete the repair just kept saying they couldn t get it in. Why make appointments if you can t service the cars. Fast forward to when I went to pick it up 35 days later, I went in to get it I stood at the counter for 5 minutes in front of someone only for him to say go to him if you need help very rudely. This place has horrible customer service if you need you car quickly or need a car stay away. They wouldn t even listen to ford when they asked them to put in for a rental. Terrible experience!!!

I ve been reading the reviews regarding service at Airport Ford, and they are not wrong, but spot on, it s terrible. If there is something other than an oil change or preventive maintenance from the Airport Ford location get ready to wait and, be ready to call them for updates, they will not call you but when you call get ready for lame excuses. I have had oil changes from this location in the past and I had to call and find out if my car was ready so this is an ongoing Service Issue at Airport Ford.I dropped my 2023 F150 off with 6K miles on it Tuesday January 9 at Airport Ford, it s been 9 days since I heard from Airport Ford. I heard from them because I , the customer, had to call them but, they John and Ed don t return calls or give any real updates.Here are the updates, lies, I received over the last 9 days from the service team, again, I had to call THEM no follow up from either of the service team members I ve been in contact with. I cannot call it working with me/ them when I m the only one putting forth an effort to communicate- We are short staffed, there s a foreman looking at it now, we are getting the right guy for the job and the best one from Ed, Covid is why we don t have any cars to loan, it s difficult to rent cars today. What a terrible excuse, I ve been renting cars for business and vacation with no issues the last 2 years.I did escalate the case to Ford, but of course it s phone tag and the representative cannot even setup a time to discuss this lack of customer service from Airport Ford or their subpar product they sold me.Stay away from Airport Ford, Customer Service is not a focus for Airport Ford or even Ford, they just want to sell the product and who cares if there are issue getting your kids to school, going to work, or just trying to support the everyday life of a family of five with 1 car. You think you d have reassurance buying a new Ford 150 Truck, not the case at Airport Ford. It s obvious to me why Ford is losing money and laying off workers, Airport Ford reflects Fords commitment to sell subpar products and deliver extremely poor Customer Service/ Focus.Congratulations Airport Ford when this lease is up my Ford days will end.

Sent my spouse to this dealership since we had luck the first time with up keep . Her vehicle had started making a noise while braking . They charged her 574 dollars for rotors and brakes that it did not need and no resolve to the original complaint. NOTE : I drive the car on the regular on Sundays . They told her the car was dangerous and needed rotor and brakes on the front because of warping issues . Straight up disgustingly false . The vehicle stops on a dime doesn t shake or pull . I ve turned wrenches almost all my life and now Build axels for Dana DRK . These people are crooks and prey on the people they can scare . ILL NO LONGER DO BUSINESS HERE AND YOU SHOULDNT AS WELL !!!

Customer service is not something that this dealership strives for. The oil change took an hour and twenty minutes. Refused to honor a coupon that I thought was just a general Ford coupon, but turned out to be a competing ford dealer coupon. Then I asked if I would be getting survey to leave feedback and apparently this dealership doesn t do surveys. Everything was blamed on the owners of the dealership. Needless to say, I won t be back for service or to buy any vehicle. Save yourself the trouble and visit a more friendly Ford dealership.

Mother took her truck in for a simple oil change. They not only put the wrong oil in, but a day later there was a major oil leak in it after having no problems for the ten years we've had it! When we took it back they said they weren't responsible. $2k in damages and corporate would not help us. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

My door latch had broken and come to find out it was a recall. Even with the mix up about my appointment Brandon was able to get my car in and they finished in a timely manner, sooner than they thought. Brandon was very pleasant and helpful! I appreciate good customer service. They have a worker with an orange shirt older white guy I believe works in service (sorry didn t catch his name) but he also was very nice wore a smile was very welcoming.

WORST car buying experience ever. Mother in law was attempting to purchase a new Bronco and Steve in Sales dragged his feet for days before finally stating the price online was an error and that it was $15500 more than the listed price. When we pressed him on the issue he said the internet price was "a mistake." When I asked for manager he claimed he "wasn't there." Extremely rude and combative. Eventually bluntly said, "that car is sold." So he led us on for three days. Didn't return calls. Was rude and unresponsive. Lied. And then sold the car to someone else for more money. All after I confirmed with him TODAY that the car was still available. We have bought more than 10 Ford vehicles in our lifetime and would NEVER recommend this dealership in any situation if this is the type of treatment an 83 year old woman receives. Disgusting display. Awful sales professional. Poor management. Good luck if you decide to deal with them. ZERO STARS!!!

I scheduled my car for repairs took a month to get it in and then they tried to say they made a mistake scheduling it for the day they did and would have to reschedule it after I had waited a month then when they finally got it in they said they couldn't figure out the issue but I needed to fix other things that wasn't related so I did so I wasn't just out the diagnostic fees. I am scheduling it with another ford dealership and they said they have repaired the same vehicle for the same issues before. I love ford's but Airport Ford and their mechanic with over 35 years experience must be in poor customer service.

Highly recommend Airport Ford! This is the third vehicle that I have purchased from them and every transaction has been smooth and easy. And be sure to ask for Bob! He is great to work with and treats is customers well!

I have read some horrible reviews for this dealership, I didn't know what to expect going down to look at an Explorer on their lot. As a phone customer/walk in, I couldn't have been treated any better.They absolutely did everything they could to make me a satisfied customer, and, while there, they did the same for everyone, transferring insurance for customers and doing all the DMV paperwork so no one has to deal with that during Covid19. In my 40 years of car buying, I have never seen a dealer do that for anyone.The vehicle was as I expected with a couple small issues, they took care of those, and all was well. I felt their asking price was fair, but talking them down a few dollars seems to be what we all want, and I like round numbers, and $400 wasn't a lot, but it rounded it out.Overall, a good experience, these guys were certainly multitasking, they all had multipul things going on, yet managed to keep things in order, and while they are not a local dealer for me(about 70 miles away), I would go back.The 2 individuals responsible for my positive dealership experience are Jeff White and my salesman Steve Kramer, both awesome guys to deal with.A obligatory photo of the new to me Explorer is posted as well.

I had a horrible experience here. Showed up here to sell them a very nice 19 F150 platinum. And told them I'd be interested in purchasing a brand new expedition for my wife. Never have a I felt so disrespected after they offered me $25,000 for a truck that had a retail value of 38,000. I even showed them a big stack of cash for the expedition that I was a serious player. So after being completely disrespected on my truck I drove exactly 2 miles down the road to Jeff wyler honda and they cut me a check for $32,500 for my truck without blinking a eye. The person who appraised my truck I tried to walk up and shake his hand and smile but he just had this look on his face like he hated life. So anybody thinking about going here you will leave upset. I am no longer apart of the ford family we are on our way to a chevrolet dealership.

Hit or Miss at best.I live 4 miles from Airport Ford, and I ll be driving to Fuller Ford for the future. For the fourth time, Airport Ford service has not been able to help. I brought a vehicle in that developed an issue right before a family road trip, probably a simple fix for a beginner mechanic, they wouldn t even run a diagnostic on it.I understand that the world is short on mechanics, but even so, managing the staff so that you can look after a repeat customer when they come in is how you keep business. People need to be able to depend on you, when you work in the service business. Not be told, I only have one guy and he s busy. If you have one person, hire a second or a third. Grown the business!Sometime Airport is good, sometimes they are bad, at this point 2 good, 3 bad. That has been my experience.

I purchased a 2020 Dodge Durango in January with a man. warranty and unfortunately there was a warranty issue that needed to be addressed and it needed to go to a Chrysler Dealer, this also was something that was not resolved the first time and needed to be dropped off three more times. Airport Ford was an amazing help resolving the issue. They could have simply washed their hands once we drove off the lot but NOPE, they didn't!! Even though we did not buy a Ford, they still treated us like we did, HAHA! Thanks Airport Ford :)

Took my 2016 F150 with Sync 3 screen to get a system update and different Media hub so I could have apple carplay. During the process my screen cut out and hasn t come back on since. Airport Ford claims that it is Ford corp. fault that my screen stopped working due to the software of the update. 3 weeks and dozens of phone calls and they have no answer from Ford Corp. on if they will pay for it or not. Screen worked perfectly fine when I left it with them and now I have no radio/backup camera, etc. Nobody has made an effort in the service dept. and they probably won t ever. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I bought a Ford Focus there. When they are working on your car, if you are outside watching them they will close the doors so you can't see what they are doing. Furthermore, the car is a piece of junk, and I have since replaced it with a Toyota. I will never buy a Ford again. There is no reason to be afraid of the customer being able to see you work on their car. This is the only garage that has done that to me.

I really wish I could give zero stars. We have been customers of Airport Ford for over 15 years. The service had always been fine with no real complaints, until now. We will never be stepping foot in here again. My vehicle, only having 40,000 miles on it, all of a sudden had electrical malfunctions going on. The only thing this location has ever done on this vehicle was change the oil. With them being around the corner from our home, we decided to go there as my husband's F150 has been taken there for many years, as well as one our previous Fusions (we have had 2 of those over the years). My husband simply asked if a possible unplugging of the battery to reset it, would fix the issues. The service manager was arrogant and was very rude to my husband and said "no that won't work". The person, when facing the manager, that was to the left didn't even look up from his computer when asked if a loaner was available. We dropped it off on a Thursday afternoon and was told, multiple times, they would look at it on Monday - which seemed reasonable. By Wednesday of the following week, I called and the person on the other end replied "no we haven't' looked at it. I called dispatch and they might look at it tomorrow or Friday". Then hung up. Did not say, 'I'm sorry, Have a nice day...' - nothing. I was very angry as not having a vehicle this day and age with kids, jobs, etc is not feasible. By Friday morning, when no one had yet to call to give me an update on my car that they had had for over a week at this point, we stopped in to check on the status. The man looked it up and said "oh no, we haven't looked at it". I had already called Cronin Ford and had an appt with them to look at it so I demanded my car keys back and left. We then googled the issue and found that others had had similar issues and the immediate fix attempt is to UNPLUG THE BATTERY - amazing considering the service manager had said that wouldn't work. We took it to Cronin Ford still to ensure there weren't any other issues going on. They have a much better setup and are very organized. Got to my car on the day promised, assessed it and I had it back in 48 hours. Cronin Ford had serviced my previous vehicle for several years with no issues which is why I had called them. Airport Ford needs to have a "come to Jesus" on organization, customer service, etc. The other Ford dealers have surpassed this location. We are in the market for a new F150 in the coming months and had originally planned to go to Airport Ford. Definitely not happening. We will drive the 30 minutes to Harrison Ohio. Our cars will no longer have oil changes, etc done at this location - this is the worst LACK OF SERVICE that I have ever encountered. Additional emails / letters have been sent to Corporate on this situation as this is not acceptable. Get your act together or you will continue to lose customers. We are only one so it may not make much difference but as the trend continues, so does the reduction in customers. Just horrible and very disappointing.

Went in for service under warranty. They broke more than they fixed. Had to go back. No loaner cars the whole time because they sent them all out to get worked on at the same time. Is that a good decision? To send them all at once? Was that smart?... Now the family is making extra trips to accommodate whoever can drop the car off and pick it up each time. Might as well roll the dice somewhere else on the next car purchase because I've seen how it goes at this place.

Why make an appointment when you get your truck back at the end of the day for just an oil change and tire rotation, my truck always has grease stains on the paint from the mechanics and interior as well and that makes me very angry. No respect.

The staff at Airport Ford was great to work with. Called on a weekday to schedule an oil change expecting it to take two weeks to get in but they were able to get it in the next day. They were fast and friendly the day of! Highly recommend and will go back for service in the future.

I ve been working with Airpot Ford since 2018, and I won t go to a different dealer. I ve gotten two vehicles from them and both times were excellent. Anytime I need to bring my vehicle in for service they are always ready and willing to help!

Ed in service helped us 2 ladies out on our way to Florida. We had no appointment, just drove in off I-75 and he was so nice to check out our new Explorer that would not set the cruise control. Ed got us all straightened out.Thanks Ed and Airport Ford.Great people

I am completely thrilled about my experience at Airport Ford! Jim Grefer, hands down, made it the easiest and best experience ever. Everything was straight to the point, no hassle, no nonsense, only what I wanted, and everything was explained with facts. I feel respected for my business and will recommend without hesitation. I also had a great experience with Zack in finance. I am truly impressed with my day at the dealership and am loving my Escape even more so because of the day with Airport Ford. Thank you!

Lucky to get one star. Service guy is rude and cussing at customers while on hold on phone. Phone customer can't hear but other customers like myself could. Only have one lift to do work on anything F250 size and weight causing simple things like an oil change to take all day.I'll drive an hour and half to my hometown dealer where they earned my buisness yrs. ago

My experience at Airport Ford was excellent. I purchased a new Explorer from Jim Grefer. Seamless is how I would summarize my experience. And I love my new ExplorerAnd I will add, the service department is always spot on!! Timely, honest, professional, knowledgeable, friendly. Thanks for being there when I have needed you.XLT.
