They were not there this monday morning . There were 15 or so people there and left. Been doing business with John and recent owners for twenty years! If u haven t got the decenty to not let your customers know why u r not opening up then leave a sign. U didn't even do that! I went to Sargent great service screw u!

Excellent care by the staff. They take care of you try to help you with the cheapest possible tires if you don't have that much. The only thing is that the prices on tires go up every now and then. Dut I have found out that Whitt's Tire Town have the cheapest tires around.

Fast, affordable service. Unfortunately I had to get two tire holes repaired in the same week. Both times they got me in quickly and repaired the tires for an affordable price.

Came in for a brake job. Left with a horrible knocking/rubbing. Brought back before I made it down the street. Couldn't find the problem and said if it didn't go away on its own to bring it back.Waiting for whatever is rubbing to wear down on its own is not an acceptable solution. I'm back and I'm waiting for their next solution.(Update):I'm giving them a star back because they did fix it. One of the pads wasn't installed correctly. I still missed a day of work over it though.(Final update):It's been a week. There is a constant grinding while the car is in motion. Like the pad's warning wire is already rubbing. The car stops but not without some more grinding. I went back today and requested a refund. Total price was almost $200 and I got back a whopping $39!! If I had done this myself like I normally do, I would've spent $120 and an afternoon of 90 degree heat. To me, an $80 convenience charge seemed fair. But having to take it back the next day and miss work because the mechanic put the pads on backwards cost me at least another $150. So yeah, 39 dollar refund when I'm now out $355 was pretty despicable. Back to one star you go. Don't take your car here.

I came to Ashland for my family Christmas and I'm still here for a while. I had a tire go out, (a busted belt) and some other things I needed fixed for a long time. These people are who I used before. I knew if I went there, they would be honest and helpful. I was right! They went far above and beyond in customer service, honesty, affordable and caring. I can't say enough good things about them! If you need help, please remember this place! Hard to find trustworthy, honest, and CARING people in this world who WANT TO HELP because that is what they are supposed to do! These people are awesome!

Dependable, fast, affordable service. They have worked on a few different cars for me and I have never had any problems! I've also had a few tires changed there. They are always friendly and affordable! Great place!

Put a screw in my brand new tire. Had to take it to them twice. To get my heater fixed now I have no back up light my radio dose not work. My dash light don't work. I will never go back to them.Service: A/C installation & repairService: A/C installation & repair

They charged us out the yang for some simple work done on the brake lights. For a locally owned place of business they really could use some kind of discount to be offered to the loyal customers.

Took my work vehicle in to get the oil changed and they forgot to put the oil cap back on. Oil went all over the engine. I took it back to get it fixed and get them to clean the oil off the motor and they failed to properly clean up their mess. Worst company ever. Will not recommend or use again.

Very rude and unprofessional. Had my oil changed there and like a week later my engine started acting funny I check my oil and not a drop on the dip stick. I put four quarts of oil in the car and the engine is basically blown up. I take it to them and I get the response that it's not their fault. Found out also this has happened with them more then with just Mexico so definitely be careful if u go here.

Had vehicle that needed fixed. They fixed it and then it went bad again. They quickly fixed problem again and honored all warranties without hesitation. Kudos for making it right!! Great caring and understanding staff

Worst Auto shop experience I've ever had by far! They told me a new fuel pump cost 300 when market price for a brand new one is only 160, on top of that it was another 200 for labor so 500 totalService: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

I m not so sure about this place anymoreI had a ball joint about ready to fall out and they said nothing was wrong- went up road had fixed in an hour - now they had my car 10 hours the other day due to my brakes and rotors- said nothing was wrong - maybe because they put them on wrong? I ll ebit this when I find out what s exactly wrong with the brakes/rotors - they get 2 stars as of now but it could drop to one when I find out what s wrong with my brakes and rotors that they INSTALLED!UPDATE Took car to Rick Hurley today and they had my car fixed in 10 minutes due to whitts for INSTALLING MY brakes on wrong.So I took them the bill and they refused to pay - told me to get my lawyerI suggest you don t waste your money nor time hereIt s not whitts anymore the old man is gone ( RIP) and the place has went to hellDo no go hereWarning Do not take your car to Whitts tire townThe bill was 50$ by the way as well so I ll get a lawyer and I m also calling the better business bureauI rate whitts -5 Stars that s a minus 5 Stars

Very rude and unprofessional. Basically hung up on me. Said they were busy and when I asked when they could get me in they said I don't know? Sounds like they're doing just fine and don't need any new business.

My neighbor recommened Whitt's and in the last few years I've been going there I've been happy with the service and treatment by the workers there. It's the only place I go to for everything.

I went in prior to leaving town with low tire pressure. They got me right in and patched my tire. Affordable as well!
