Lack of communication. Scam. Was going to buy a vehicle off of then and they had told me they would call when they got it fixed. They sold it to someone else. I'd name the place UNRELIABLE AUTOMOTIVE

Lack of communication, rude, scams.Has kept my car for 3 weeks without any consideration for being out a vehicle. We have had to call in every week because he has zero communication skills. Has consistently lied every week on when they would have it diagnosed and finished since the first call made to him to drop it off.I called Friday morning before taking my rental car back and he assured me I would have my car back that day. 5 days later I still dont have my car and have missed multiple days of work to which he wanted to yell and talk over me when bringing what he told me Friday morning up again. He also wanted to be rude about calling at 830 when his business hours were listed 8-5 not 9 o clock.I should've bought a new car rather then taking it here. He's also raised the price $1000 more than what was talked about after discussing I wouldn't have had the work done if it was going to be much more. After getting my reciept there's parts and labor that were not discussed and should have never been replaced like my water pump.
