Fast friendly knowledgeable employees. They carry a large stock of items at the store. I was in there today. Helpful staff. And lower prices than Auto Zone or Advance.

I Love the staff is willing to answer questions and help customers find the right solution. They are honest and easy to work with making car issues a little less stressful. The prices are in line with other auto stores however their level of customer service at this particular location makes it our go to auto store.

Wouldn't help my son when he went in one evening. The two employees were too busy chatting with a buddy. My son is 16, already owns his own car and was a potential new customer. You blew it.

Sammy, Brandon, and Jim are all great parts guys. They have a LOT of parts on the shelf and can get most everything else within a day. My go to parts store in the area for a lot of reasons.

Don't go by yourself if you are a female....staff wants to argue with you about what you need...even if you know 100% what you are talking about....they finally helped me after he figured out that he was wrong and tried to apologize....ugh

Sold us a bad part, but they did make it right. Just make sure the part is good before you leave to avoid the hassel.
