Since they changed to oil changers, the customer service has been above and beyond. It's the only place I'll go to now. The guys are so sweet and helpful and will check anything you want them to. They explain everything so I understand. I can't say enough. I haven't had a bad experience whatsoever since its switched over.

I just simply needed an oil change. I did not have time to do it myself. I told the employee this and that it would save us a bunch of time if you just change the oil and don t bother asking me questions. This did not stop him or the other employee from asking me every repair option available on my vehicle. I lost it when asked to check blinkers and lights. Ridiculous, 0/10 do not recommend and will never go back. And they re extremely over priced. It made me add 1 star, zero stars isn t an option.

Decent place. Bearded guy knows his stuff there, friendly guys. They didn't do that to my seat. Someone else did.

The best service in the tristate in my opinion. They are straight forward and honest about your vehicle and they explain their options without trying to sell you on anything. Very very friendly and professional.

I have been going to this location for almost 4 years now. They always have friendly and knowledgeable staff who greet you with a smile. Add in quality products at competitive prices and it s worth the extra drive from Ashland to get my vehicles serviced. Thank you all for your hard work.

On 12/21/2023 @ 13:43, the three individuals working on shift there was incredibly professional and quick to get the job done. Staff went out of their way to check all the other fluids in my vehicle to ensure that everything was operating the way it was supposed to. 10/10 would recommend going here.

Kyle and the other guy worked hard and made sure I drove off safe and up to date on all filters! I know NOTHING about cars and Kyle made sure I had everything I needed up to date! 10/10 recommend going!

Was in and out in less than 20 minutes. They offered an affordable service and a premium service, as well as additional treatments. Staff was professional and polite. Will definitely be back!

I was at Fast Change about a week ago. Everyone seemed very knowledgeable. Dustin was the mechanic working for me and he was really cool professional while he worked on my car. Very happy with the service. Will come again. Thanks!

Just stopped out there to have my tires checked....always very friendly and courteous.....always get my oil changed there.....they are very fast at getting the service done....they explain things to you on the checklist to let you know what should be done....I HIGHLY recommend them.....thanks guys for outstanding service

The guy that worked on my car was so incredibly helpful and nice. I went alone, yet not once did I feel like he was trying to mansplain things to me, or buy things I didn t need just because I m a girl (let s be honest, that happens) that doesn t know anything. He was respectful, friendly and actually made my visit enjoyable just by simple conversation. Def will be going back.
