I hit a deer and needed a pretty substantial amount of repair to the front end of my vehicle - Bowmans made getting my car back quick and easy! Excellent service and friendly staff - I really appreciate them helping to make this whole experience much less stressful! They helped me understand my options without judgment, and it really felt like their goal was to get my car fixed, not just make a buck. 100% recommend this shop!

Do not take your vehicle here! They are not even Bowman's anymore, they were bought out and just didn't change the name and they do terrible work now. Spent almost 2,000 dollars in repairs and my car sounds exactly the same as it did before I brought it there and is getting worse. And when we reached out to them about my car not sounding or acting just the same their reply was " well just give it a couple weeks to work out the kinks!" That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Trust me do not bring your vehicle to this place! And they were supposed to do a complete vehicle maintenance and managed to overlook that new shocks were very obviously needed for one, I mean when my car hits a bump you can hear it for probably miles away and that's not even all of what they somehow seemed to overlook. I will give them this though..they did do a good job of cleaning off my headlight covers to where I can see better driving at night but then again my 7 year old nephew could have done that.

Nobody enjoys having a fender bender, but when one of life's mishaps happens to you I recommend Bowman's in Flatwoods their professional service in a timely manner will help take the sting out of it when it happens to you

Great experience under the circumstances. Was emptying out my sons car after his wreck and had tire blowouy while there. Alex i think was his name, tried to air it up for me. It wouldnt hold air so he offered to have tire picked up and replace it. Good dude. Give him a raise lol.

Very professional and amazing customer service. I had an incident where I needed my tire and suspension checked before heading on a trip. They got me in immediately and checked to make sure it was all ok and safe without charging me a fee. WOW!! So impressed with the service here. I was driving from Michigan to see family and hit a deer just miles from my destination. Really, he hit me . So if you see a one horned buck wobbling around in Flatwoods Kentucky, he may be the one. They were polite (felt like old friends) and professional. They said it would be 2 weeks and IT WAS. (Weird, I know )I had no idea it would be detailed INSIDE . I can t say enough about how pleasant the experience was for me.Thank you Bowman s!! These guys have performed the best alignments on my non stock 4x4s... S10 and Monobeam F350. Way better than Precision Allignment. I've had these trucks at three other shops in the area and these guys are the only ones who got it right, 70mph on the interstate no problem.

They did a good job replacing my front fender and it looks great. However when I dropped my Honda off I had taked to a gentleman and ask him if he had enough paint left over could he touch up 2 or 3 little pings where rocks I guess had hit and knocked a little paint off. This was not part of the repairs, however he did tell me that he would and he did not. A person's word goes a long way with me. So in the future I might be a little leery on what someone tells me unless it is in writing. But I was disappointed when I realized that he didn't do it.

I havnt had the work done yet but for the service I have gotten already I'm very happy with most others in the area brushed me off for weeks if not a month the guy who gave the estimate was polite and knowledgeable and set me right up to come back with the truck within a week and seeing how they have been in business for a long time and I've grew up and been here also I know that their work is top shelf I recommend them forsure if you have never done business with them give them a job to do and you will be happy

Bowmans Auto Body Repair in Flatwoods KY repaired my truck this month , DEC 2018, because a deer hit me. They not only repaired the damage but detailed the inside. My truck is actually cleaner now than when I bought it. Their staff was very prompt and courteous. I would highly recommend Bowmans AutoBody.

Only place we found that can get stripped lugnuts off our wheels! Those fancy chrome plated lugnuts are THE WORST!
