Talked with Mr. Tanner, regarding my daughter's accident and her car. Very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. The service provided for my daughter and getting her taken care of is the best we've had in a long time. Thank you. V/R

Outstanding!! Sally (my 2019 Mustang GT) had the ENGINE icon light up. Tanner's found that the oil plug was bad, replaced it (AND the lost oil) for an extremely fair price! No damage to engine at all. Tanner's For Life! These guys ROCK DA' HOUSE!!

My son was in an accident with is GF and newborn baby and the police called for this company to pick up the car and tow it. I called on a Sunday to see about getting it out because we could not afford multiple days and at first, the lady was willing to help. She told me the person left and she would have to try to call him about the cost and call me back. She did not call me back so I called her. She told me she could not get a hold of anyone. She then stated you know it is not drivable which I then made the comment It was pulled in park on the town truck so I am sure the transmission is screwed up too. She did not like that response and told me their business hours were 8-4 M- F and hung up on me. If you are answering a phone for a business you should know how much something is. You should know all the details. You should be able to contact your workers to find out the information needed. Poor communication is not a way to run a business. Hanging up on someone is not either.

Great service very fair pricing and great people. I was in a ditch and Mr. Tanner pulled me out and didn t even loose my bumper. Not to mention he arrived right when he said he would after I woke him up at 5 in the morning! I m definitely thankful for folks like them!

Car was towed on Friday night. You can't get your vehicle out on Saturday or Sunday. When i called Monday i was told it was $385 plus taxes and fees for having my car towed 9 miles. Talk about taking advantage of people. I mean there's nothing i can do about it but pay it or let them have my car. People should be ashamed to take advantage of people like that. I understand they have to make money but they need to understand people have to have money to live also. Very disappointed. I looked up general prices to tow and impound in Ky and they are off the charys.

I'm an out-of-towner whose "check engine" light came on while I was close to Tanner's. When I called, they answered the call quickly. Dropping by to have my car checked out was easy. The service was efficient, and the advice was helpful even though they were not equipped to fix my transmission problem.

My motorcycle was impounded there on a Friday, I didnt get out of the hospital til late. The next day I called to see when I could come get it. I just got the run-around. Come Monday I went to go get it. Before going I made sure to do my homework and learned a few things. I get there and he says that the title is not in my name I cant have it. Not what the law book says..... anyway it took bout $500 for me to get it out! They broke all kinds of laws and cost me.....CROOKS!! I FEEL ROBBED!!

We had our U-Haul truck stolen and Chris Tanner was able to keep it stored at his lot until we can pick it up and his service was very friendly and he treated us with great respect her took very good care of our vehicle while it was in his possession thank you

Needed a tow made the call came right out picked up the vehicle. Decided to also buy a set of tires from them for a good price
