This place was great! We drowned out a bike at Black Mountain and the staff suggested we stop in at Austin's on the way back to our cabin. I am certainly glad we did! We got the parts we needed to get the bike back up and running that afternoon; the staff and the customers in the store were all fantastic! They treated us like they had known us for years, engaged us in great conversation, tips on the bike and local places to check out.We fell in love with Harlan County on this trip.

What a great business the best friendly staff Charlie cracking jokes and one of the best mechanics in the business DJ the fix it king. Made my visit a great one stop on in he will give you a drink and make a joke about somebody you don't like free of charge.

I can t say enough good things about this business. Austin is a straight shooter. No B.S. My daughter had crashed out four wheeler recently. It was a significant amount of damage. Austin and his guys took care of it NP !! This man is as honest as they come. I ve run my own business for years and he reminded me of myself. He understands that your only as good as your last job!! Word of mouth can make a business when the owner does the right thing and is honest. He was in contact with me throughout the whole process of it being fixed and he did it at an affordable price. I would never go anywhere else. If I could give him more then 5 stars I would. I thought I was doomed and my brand new 4 wheeler was trashed. The guys there were fantastic as well. Good hard working people. Thanks again everyone!!

Looked everywhere for a valve steam for my Harley Davidson..found one here an had it put on an tire aired up ..reasonable price too..will do business again when needed..

I have 3 4wheeler a side by side a dirt bike and a street bike my friend Austin doze all my work and keeps all my rides in good shape and me on the road so if you need your ATV worked on you need to call Austin the man that well do you right

Great little shop. Charlie is a great guy lots of knowledge and good conversation. Prices are very reasonable and quick to get parts. Check out his boy for tours.
