The staff there are knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are affordable and the parts are usually of great quality. They offer a military discount for all veterans.

Couldn t have had a better experience. Went in for a battery and my car was listed as difficult to install and Sean went out to take a look and was able to change it no problem. Saved me a ton of money not having to bring my car into a shop or dealership. The lady at the counter was super friendly as well. Highly recommend this place and staff.

This spot has the best supply of parts compared to almost any other local parts house. I think they're a local hub store, which is probably why that is. They frequently have stuff in stock that autozone or koi needs to order in over multiple days. Even if they need to order something in, it usually comes in quicker. The only downside of this location is that the staff turnover seems pretty high, so the quality of service goes up and down pretty dramatically throughout the year.

Never been a big fan of this place. Walked in to return a part that they sold me (part was completely wrong) and 1 young lady working te counter while 4 others walked around doing nothing. Took almost a half hour total time to return 1 part. Sad sad sad

They have all of your automobile needs . If they don't have it they will order it . Very nice & friendly staff.

We had an amazing experience at this O Reilly Auto Parts. We asked the store manager, I believe his name was Dustin, a simple question about the A/C in our Mustang. He came out, got his hands dirty and did more than he needed to do to help us out. Fantastic service and very kind staff. This experience has led me to exclusively shop at O Reilly. Thanks Dustin!!

My go-to place for anything I use. Parts selection is good. They have a few options of quality when you get the part. When they have to order your parts, it's always on time and they have a better reputation for giving you the correct parts for the vehicle. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful if you don't know exactly what you need.

One of my wipers on my car broke and I had to replace them so I went to O'Reilly's. The Man behind the counter could not have been nicer extremely friendly and very helpful he not only measured them to make sure they fit he put them on for me so I would give this place 10 Stars if I could

Came in looking for a battery and the kind lady at the counter was very helpful. They ended up not having what I was looking for, and she gave me what I needed to search for the right replacement. I may not have bought a battery today, but I will buy all the auto parts I can from there for as long as I live in the area.

Chose them bc cheapest price on parts I needed. Was told on phone they had parts in store. Got there and they didn't have them so I had to drive to another store to get them. Was annoyed by that. Plus girl took like 20mins to look it up in the computer and search for it in the back then came out to ask a coworker for help which took another like 20mins. So I basically stood there for for almost an hour just to be told to go to another store.

First time in there, I try to buy an NPT fitting and they're trying to sell me a metric screw. Now co-worker tells me they're turning brake rotors. I go there, there's Jesse, knowledgeable guy. My rotors have the wheel bearings in 'em, he understands the problem, tells me to remove the seals and grease and bring 'em in. I'm back, no Jesse, guy at the counter clueless at 7am and doesn't even care. Call three days later, no Jesse, store manager reluctantly tells me he'll look at them at 1p. No call of course, I stop by after work only to learn the store manager said, they couldn't do it. I ask for Jesse, the dude behind the counter gets pretty upset, tells me 'Jesse's way down here' as he points towards the floor, 'the general manager said we can't do it so that's it'. These stooges didn't even understand what it took to take these rotors off for nothing. Just hope Jesse finds a better place. Don't go there, they hate you for coming in!

Went looking for some special wiper blades my car took & a low beam bulb. Spoke to a man named Jerry in the parking lot as he was on break with food in hand. He still helped me and was so respectful. This is best service I ever received at a auto part store. Definitely going back!

I highly recommend this particular store I had a screw missing on top of my engine that the dealership missed. Gentleman named Tayler came out took out a matching screw took it in figured it out the thread count the screw size and exactly what I needed and then put the screw in for me and I didn't have to do it thing he didn't know that I was disabled and I have a spine disease and that I really appreciate it I just want to give it a shout out to Taylor whenI walked away from there with my car fixed.

Poor customer service skills, and bad attitude. Asked for a light buld replacement and was given one out of my price range. I couldn't afford it, so I left. Worker informed me I wouldnt find it cheaper anywhere else. I looked online and they have one for half the price. I called to make sure they had it in stock and was hung up on.

The gentleman that waited on us went above and beyond to match the part needed for my car. He explored every option help problem solve and figured it out. His shift was ending store was closing and he did not try pushing us out the door. He was very helpful and patient.

They always have excellent customer service and you can get tools that you need without buying them you just rent them to fix the car. These guys have done everything from change my battery to change my windshield wipers check the fluids for me they're really great.

Always love O'Reilly's service. Was able to get my complete anti-lock brake package for both front and rear with a same day order, as well as an awesome deal for the premiums. As a matter of fact, I will be calling them today to place another order first thing this morning when they open back up.

I bought a battery here after Auto Zone couldn t install one for me. Daniel was knowledgeable & his customer service excellent. He installed my new battery efficiently. I am a happy camper & will only shop here from now on for my auto needs.

My heat went out.. and I need to use their tools to replace my resistor.They were Amazing! And very helpful!Helped me find the right tools and let me use them for a minute.Really saved the day! Thanks O'Riley's

I had stopped at Autozone first, but didn t find the wiper blades I needed and when I asked for assistance the clerk regurgitated what I d read in their antiquated book hanging far from the display so I tried O Reilly s. I was able to find multiple price points to fit, and the right sizes except one. When I asked the clerk to help, he told me they were BOGO free AND he would happily check in the back for what I needed. Meanwhile his coworker was struggling with a non English speaking customer but really doing his best to communicate and still maintain customer service. He even got out his phone to use the translator to communicate what he needed to say. My clerk offered to put my blades on, and even helped his co worker with the receipt tape. I ll definitely come back here Autozone is totally overrated.

The staff was awesome! I walked in needing a battery, and needing it installed. They took care of both. The battery was fairly priced and a two year warranty at any O'Reilly's. The staff was fast and friendly. Thank you for everything. This is one of the reasons I always shop O'Reilly's.
