The staff is always friendly and super helpful. They have free coffee and snacks in the waiting room!! They did a great job fixing up my car, then they hand washed the exterior AND cleaned the enteroir. They are just awesome!! Highly recommend

I didn't have a choice on repair shops unless I waited another week or two because it was an insurance claim. Anyway, I had a great experience the work is amazing and my car was taken care of. I also love that the inside of my car looks better then when I dropped it off. Great customer service and timely return.

Towers are full of lies works for money only I hope you die using the money you got from me. Didn t even knock on my window as I was in my semi started to tow. I hope you choke on the money I paid!

Last night your employer Joe charged me for 400$ , I stopped my truck at the gas station for 5 minute to set my route well. He showed me his inhuman act. At the website your company lying to all of us that we drivers leave our complaints to a wrong company. I assure you that one day your company will be brought to justice. You have no idea how we all drivers make this money on this not easy job. The Lord sees you all .

I was threatened by one of their drivers who was hooked up to somebody else's vehicle which had nothing at all to do with me. I simply pulled into a local speedway gas station to get some snacks and the driver immediately came up to my truck and started threatening that I would have a $4000 tow bill if I didn't leave immediately. The speedway employees were very apologetic at least. Extremely unprofessional.

Eddie is the best! He and his team have always taken good care of my cars. Years ago on my 1st visit he said to let him know if I ever needed anything and I took him at his word, which he has upheld. 10/10!

A deer encounter put my vehicle in need of repairs, and this place was recommended for its quality work. I found the people of this establishment very helpful. They gave me full attention and didn't try to rush me through any part so I was actually able to understand everything going on. They kept me updated on the status of my car repairs very well. The only downside was that it took over 20 days to get it repaired. That is a long time to be out of a car. The Manager Eddie Thomas even offered reduced rates on a rental car (that was very nice but still too pricey for me at the time). However, the repair job was perfect. My car hasn't given me any trouble since. Perhaps the only reason it took so long was because quality work takes time ( I am unexperienced with car repairs so I cannot say how long it should take). I am rather pleased with how it turned out. And if that repair time is normal for cars (a couple of panels [and something with the AC] had to be replaced) then consider this a five star review.

Took my car there to have the front end damage fixed after an accident. Spoke with Josh over the phone several times during the repair process. Everyone was professional and friendly. They did an amazing job and used good high quality parts. They were very fast and efficient while processing the vandalism claim on my car. They dealt straight with my insurance company but they were still there to answer any questions or concerns that I had. My car ended up being totaled out. They gave an excellent and fair price to replace my car, which was a manual 5 speed transmission. It is really hard to find a manual 5 speed in newer cars. They make these weird automatic 6 speed. It's only a manual if it has a clutch and you shift it with the shifter not some little buttons on the side. That's just weird. PERIOD.

Highly recommend this body shop. I had $5000 worth of damage to my vehicle and they walked me through every step of process to make sure I knew what work was being done and explained my options as far as having non-covered work completed. Within 3 weeks, my car is better than new. The staff is extremely friendly and all are knowledgeable about the work being done.

I have taken my cars to APB several times over the last few years and they have consistently excellent service and attention to detail. Very happy with the outcomes and recommend frequently. On my most recent service project, Kasey did a great job of PROACTIVELY keeping me up to date on the progress. Very helpful and flexible on the dropoff and pickup experience. Trust her and APB to get it done right the first time! Thank you Kasey and Eddie (and APB Team!)

I have been using Airport paint and body for over 10 yrs for all my cars body repairs. If it s a small dent to a big front end collision repair I always go see these guys. I highly recommend them for all your auto body needs. Great staff and owners.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

After APB quickly and professionally got my wife back on the road after an accident a couple years ago, she was quick to recommend them when I needed to replace a side-mirror housing for my car. Belle quickly responded to my inquiry, looked up my part number and gave me an accurate estimate of the work. In two brief visits, I got the color-match for painting and then had the finished piece installed. Great service, friendly associates and excellent work!

All the staff at Airport Paint & Body are amazing! I worked with Jameson and he was fantastic! He followed up with me several time even when Safe Auto was being impossible to deal with! He really went above and beyond and helped keep me at ease during a stressful situation. I appreciate all they did and will send all my customers, friends, and family to them in the future!

Honest and quick! They have been so quick to let me know what is going on with my car. No surprises they have been extremely detailed with everything and they have been so considerate since my repair is due to an accident. I highly recommend them for anything your car needs. These ppl worked on my car did a awesome job but come to find out the re arranged things in my car that I had n a certain place and they stole a pair of brand new Stacy Adam's out of my trunk and left the top of the box in there like I wouldn't notice. Don't leave anything in you car you don't want stolen if u use this shop. BTW those were a gift for my father thanks for stealing from meServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I've been getting my body work done here for 15 years-even after moving 400 miles away. I've not had better quality body and paint done anywhere else I've lived (Washington, DC and Huntsville, AL). Most recently, Eddie and his crew in Erlanger replaced the driver 's side front door and repaired the rear door of my daughter's 2018 Honda Civic. It looks better than when it came from the factory. Thanks Eddie, Danielle and Josh and all you folks behind the scenes doing awesome work!!! I'm sure we'll see you again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Amazing place to have your vehicle inspected and/or worked on. The office staff Becca & the other ladies are outstanding. I will always bring & refer their business to everyone.
