These guys are phenomenal, had my volvo xc60 towed there. It has never driven better. Great people, great work, great price. I've got 3 more vehicles I'm planning to take to them. I cant say enough good things about them.

I had my tires replaced, wheels aligned and balanced, oil changed, rear differential serviced, transmission serviced, brakes and rotors replaced, and rear suspension replaced all in one day no problem. AND they figured out this solenoid issue behind my dash within minutes that was driving me up a wall for over a year with its constant clicking and tapping. They have a warm welcoming staff at the door and very broad and professional spectrum of knowledge between the guys in the shop and I wouldn t let anyone else work on my truck. Justin is awesome!! if you require anything done on your car, please go!! I thought my car needed just the valve cover gasket and a radiator hose, but turns out I needed the water pump as well. Got all that, and oil change, and went above and beyond to make sure my car was drivable and safe!! I really appreciate this business, I will totally be coming back when I need more work done! Also, super affordable!

These people are just wonderful. I highly recommend them. I was having a issue with my front wheel assembly, they fixed it, it drives great and they have been letting me pay the repair off month to month since I'm on a fixed income. Most places would never do that. They are friendly, super nice and I couldn't ask for better people to work on my car. They have a customer for life. Plus today, when I'd normally come in to pay my bill, I wasn't feeling well and I called to tell them I'd be in tomorrow if I was feeling better and if not I'd call them and Justin was ok with it. How many places would do that? Not many I'm sure. You can't go wrong coming here for a car repair. I'm so glad I found them.

Can t ask for much better. Guys are honest and fair, and do a dang good job. In one day I got the heat fixed in my wife s car (thermostat) and then they pointed out we had a couple of bad tires, and was able to order same day and install. Worst mechanic shop I've ever used the receptionist is unpeefessional. Mechanic did not diagnose the problem for my vehicle or do any work on my vehicle but tried to charge me a ridiculous amount just to diagnose it (over $300 )When I asked if I owed anything the receptionis told me that I could pick it up I didn't have an outstanding balance I could pick it up I wanted to take it somewhere else for a second opinion upon pickup they tried to say they worked on for an hour and I owed them over $100 when I called them out for lying to me they gave my keys over to me but the headache of the whole experience will not make me a repeat customer. If you get any work done here I would get a second opinion for sure because I got my car fixed for half of what they were asking just to look at it.

Incredible veteran owned business with reasonable rates and spectacular service! They humored all of my silly requests and did exactly what i asked for. Also their 4 wheel alignment is 2nd none, my car so so silky smooth now! Gas mileage is through the roof!

Wow! Is the first thing that comes to mind. I have never dealt with an automotive SPECIALIST more easy to do business with. Justin and his staff are welcoming, fair, and purposeful with everything they do. I use to do all of my own repair work but Justin gave me all the reasons not to. His prices are more then reasonable and made doing it myself a very distant after thought. Justin updated me on a daily bases with where they were at in the repair of my vehicle making my daily scheduling of picking up kids from school and work hassle free. I knew what to expect from the beginning to the end and there were ZERO "surprises" after they sent me the estimate which was very refreshing. Another great surprise you won't see anywhere else. They offer a loyalty card for oil changes your 5th one is FREE! There isn't a question if I will be back and I would and will highly recommend anyone and everyone in search of a great, honest, and fair automotive specialist! Lube Rack Kings is a great auto repair business. The owner is hands on and always willing to talk to the customer. The honesty and affordability of the mechanics and the overall business is unlike any other. I took my car in to drop it off and have it looked at. I wasn t in a rush to get it back and asked if they could look at it sometime that week. The next day they called me back with the issue and cost and didn t try to upsell me on a bunch of other unnecessary fixes . I don t even live in eminence and had to drive 30 minutes just to get there. I would do it all over again!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning

Strongly recommend this shop i come all the way from the south end of louisville to LRK for automotive repairs and services. Friendly employees and extremely knowledgeable and helpful plus cheaper and better work than anything in Jefferson county by far . 100% will be using them in the future.
