This is the main store I do all my purchases from for my business. I will not buy from others unless forced too. Josh and Jeff are great guys and they do their jobs to the very best of their ability. These guys are very dedicated to keeping the customers satisfied. They always keep in touch when and if the part will arrive if not in stock at the time or a special order. Very highly recommended for all your mechanical needs. Thanks from Roscoe's Garage

Fast service, most common parts readily available on hand. Or next day delivery. Always helpful salesmen.Open till 5pm and half day on Saturday for those projects that run longer than the week.

Jeff is an awesome parts guy super knowledgeable . Koi is definitely a better choice than the other stores that hire kids that only know what the computers say. Can t replace experience.

New Store. Same parts as every other auto parts place. Hum drum de dum dum. Open shelves. Arts are stocked in half a decent array. I was in and out pretty fast so I'll give it five stars today. Keep up the decent work fellers.

When I ask Siri the hours of operation for this store for Saturdays she comes back with 7:30am to 2pm. The Yellow pages site also says 7:30am to 2pm but Google says Saturday hours are 7:30am to 12pm. Apparently you just have to call the store if you have any questions. Keeping all the websites you re affiliated with updated and all with the same information would earn you that 5th gold star.. Other than that I ve had no other issues with this store.

Best customer service you could ask for in an auto parts store! They go above and beyond to get you what you need to get back on the road. Bobby, Josh, & Jeff are some of the best in the parts business.

The store seems like it's still in the 1950s but it has all the new merchandise that you can need I love Eminence and this awesome KOI Auto parts store
