Excellent service. Staff is very knowledgeable and professional. When you move to a new area and don't know anyone, it can be difficult to know where to go for car service. I'm glad we took a chance on Walker Automotive. We really appreciate the personal touch as well. They went above and beyond to have our truck ready on time! My 2000 Ford Windstar Van was running rough upon start up. Took it in got a premium diagnostic. The next day I get a call from Walker Automotive, the guy proceeded to tell me I need a Air flow system, tie rod end and a motor mount. And gives me an estimate of 2200 bucks. I would not recommend these guys because that's just a ridiculous amount of money.UpdateIf I had have let these guys do the work. I would have been out 2200 bucks and my Van would not have been fixed. It did not need motor mounts. It needed a counter balance of which the Fowler bothers quickly fixed at a reasonable price.

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Fixed my corolla and now it drives like new! Definitely will use them for future issues. Earlier this week I took my 2016 VW Jetta to Walker Automotive to have my spark plugs replaced. They finished the job by Tuesday afternoon and my vehicle was ready to be picked up. However, I only got about 10 minutes down the road when my car started overheating and smoking. I immediately called Walker's back, but they were closed so I left a message explaining what was going on. I thought I would be stuck for the night with a vehicle I couldn't drive! To my surprise, Eric called me back immediately and had a tow truck to pick the car up within an hour. The next day they realized that due to a freak and undetermined accident, the main hose to the radiator had somehow come off. They fixed the problem at no charge and I picked my vehicle up on Thursday problem free.Now, I don't know if the shop caused the overheating problem, but here's what I do know: as soon as I called about the problem, they immediately took care of it and fixed it. That is phenomenal customer service and great business! For this reason, I would definitely recommend Walker's Automotive!

I took my car to Patriot Chevrolet in hopkinsville because I would drive down the road and it would shut off and on off and on it was a 2005 suburban they charged me $1,200 to fix the problem as soon as I pulled out of the lot it did the same thing again they told me it would be 2 weeks before they could get me back in the shop disgusted I called Eric at Walker automotive he told me to bring it in. 15 minutes after I was there he brought my vehicle back around confused I asked did you find out what was wrong. He said yes and it is fixed. I replied are you kidding me already what was wrong. A main connector wire had gotten corroded and was it making good contact with the computer he fixed the problem and charged me $20 that is a whole lot better than 1200 that Patriot Chevrolet of hopkinsville charged me. Excellent, great experience. The people are very professional and courteous. When they tell you they will have the job done, they have it done. They worked on my jaguar and I couldn't be happier. I will always be a customer as well as recommend them to anyone. Especially when it comes to foreign automobiles. Can't say enough.

Service and Support I have not experienced, just amazing. Wanted to get my sons car fixed for him. I live in a different state and it was not convenient for me to have hands on for this repair. I made a call to Walker Automotive (Eric) and he took care of the rest; towing, diagnostics, and repair, he did it all. All costs were upfront and agreed upon before repairs started. All repairs were done professionally and in a timely manner. Eric never made me feel like I was less because I wasn't there face to face. They took great care of the car and continued to go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction.I will surely do business here again! I wouldn't even consider another repair shop, not after this experience. Thank you to everybody at Walker Automotive! My son was ecstatic when he picked the car up. All smiles, all around. Great job!

Office staff was AMAZING as well as the actual mechanics. I was stressed about getting to work. Mandy told me to come in I could get a loaner car for no additional charge just had to provide the gas. I was able to keep that car until mine was fixed which didn't take long. They kept me informed on everything they were doing as well as the charges. I would definitely recommend them and would go back if needed.

I was referred to Walkers Automotive a couple of years ago and have been very pleased with the service and the reasonable prices. Everyone is always very professional and friendly. They really helped me out recently with getting my car in and out in the same day. It wasn t a major repair but they could have easily said that they would need a couple of days. I would recommend Walker Automotive to anyone.

The best mechanical experience I had ever had in my life! Eric is very knowledgeable and profession and explained thoroughly the diagnostic process and findings He and his employee spent many hours working on my mechanical problems, at a very reasonable charge for their service! I took my 2014 BMW there for a routine service after hearing friends recommend this place highly. From initial appointment schedule to payment, the entire process was perfect. I am so happy to have a knowledgeable BMW service tech nearby. I highly recommend!

My wife s 2000 Buick Regal was repaired by Walker Automotive. We live out of state and were very pleased by the excellent service work we received. We received good detailed estimates of what the car required. Even a last minute request to change out dull headlights did not delay the delivery of the car. These people were amazing from day one, My Saab was already at another repair shop before Walker Automotive yet I walked away with a bill and no answer...Thankfully after more research I found Walker Automotive and I walked right into the business that fixed my Saab the first time! Thank you all for the many great things you achieved during my Saab repair!

Erie Walker automotive is the best auto repair shop that has done work on my Mercedes . Although this vehicle is 16 yrs old, I don't I would tread it for most NEW cars on the road today at even swap. Eric kept this auto operating as if it was new..I am very happy to do business with EAR and the crew. I highly recommend his service. They are not the run of the mill. They work on just about Any brand.. Give him A try !!!

I had been through the ringer on my daughter's volvo and was referred to Walker Automotive by another garage that was honest about their inability to do the work properly. From start to finish the Walker team was a pleasure to deal with--highly recommended!

I don't feel like a number. They make you feel right at home with the up most courtesy and with such professionalism. I know if I ever have a problem with their work I can go to any staff member with it and they will always make it right. I will always be bring my vehicles to them.
