I used two different bays and it stole my money and I usually wash my car at home but it looks like someone puked down my car this morning. I called twice left my number so I'm praying for my money to be returned. If not I won't stop calling intil it's refunded. I'm pretty sure the every bay is broken and needs maintenance.

Multiple of the bays took my money and did not work, finally I tryed the automatic one. It at least turned on but turned right back off. Also did not give me my change. I did get a receipt from that one showing it was out of change. I have called the car wash multiple times. Took a bit but finally got the money back for the automatic one at least

I'll give it 1 star to register, but for how filthy the trash cans and bays were, 1 star is too much. I hardly ever CHOOSE to go there anymore, so many others are nicer. But I cleaned out the cab of my truck, So it needed a good vacuuming. Glad that worked great. I only choose this business for the convenience of its location. A stiff broom and emptied trash cans would be a huge improvement. IMO

Today no soap just water . No wax just water . I would like my 5 dollars back. Happens once or twice every year . This car wash needs a supply check every Friday and Saturday night . Usally always needs trash cans emptied . It was really nice for a while now it it back to pure profit for the owners to hell with the customers......just try to find a posted phone number or suggestions box .

This car wash is in need of HELP doesn t clean your vehicle and left suds and I had to pay to hand rinse my car off so I could drive it again this place I will not go back to waist my time or money.

Don't think we'll be back last time we were there the automatic one didn't wash it right and the rinse was terrible!! We tried getting in another one to do it ourselves, but all were full so we quickly had to find another carwash and yes we were in a hurry a deadline to meet!!

Vacuums are either broke or full 80% of the time. Automatic wash will break parts off your vehicle, scratch the paint and/or use only water. Self wash bays are usually full of mud and trash.

This thing is a pathetic joke .How about fixing your junk and keeping after it . The auto wash is down right pathetic. Letting my vehicle sit out in the rain almost does just as good of a job .

Don t use the auto washer. Bent my mirror forward and shattered the glass. Didn t even clean my vehicle. $15 for a dirty ride and $35 for new mirror glass.

I just bought a black suv and thought I'll support local business tried the automated wash there was soap left everywhere after the wash I got out of the vehicle to checkout the job and discovered paint scratched all along on the one side tried to call them to inform them but nobody answeredService: Car waxingService: Car waxing

Went to automatic car wash, it took my $8 and the door never opened up, and I googled the phone number n called it 6 time's and no one answered. Lack of info on signs and lack of communication, very poor service. Won't be going back, will drive to hopkinsville .

It was terrible. Barely any water to rinse the soap off of the truck and didn't come close to getting it clean. I was scared to death it was going to RIP both mirrors off. Its rough and too expensive for the job it does.

Pulled in completed payment then it said car wash is busy, there was no one using it so I tried to pull in to see if it would start, no luck! No car wash and still got charged $8!!!

This isn't touchless anymore. I've had two vehicle through here and I think it's too aggressive. I'll continue to hand wash my vehicles.

Low pressure, using my debit card, it worked for 2 minutes at a time. Very frustrating.

Idk drive thru wash not worth the money bays where you wash it yourself are pretty good

All the over head hoses, leaked freezing water on me while I washed my car, opened my car door, water got all over my upholstery while getting into car, but, I'm glad your were opened
