I have been going to Valvoline for years! Always a good experience no matter where I go. Until I came to this location. The first time I came the gentleman didn t speak to me and gave me short answers. I thought nothing of it and just thought he was having a rough day. Well fast forward about 3 months and I need my next oil change. I come back here because it s in route to some other errands and this was probably the most uncomfortable experience. First off I told them I had only come for an oil change. When this new guy tried to upsell me on some wipers I said I wasn t interested. Furthering the service he asked if I wanted another service done. Me being interested I asked how much it would be with the oil change. He told me the price and I said sure. Not long he came offering another service. So I asked what it brought my total to. It was double the price. I asked why the service was that much and he explain the other service I agreed to was X amount. (Told me that service in addition to my oil change was the set price but later revealed that was the price of the additional service alone). So not only was he not honest with me about the price, but he kept adding things to my ticket and trying to get additional services started without asking. When I asked to cancel all the services, a young woman comes out and asks what s going on. He immediately takes over saying that I misunderstood him spoke very negatively of me while I m sitting there with my window down listening to all he s saying. when she came to me and asked why I canceled I tried to explain but he kept speaking over me. Finally when I got a chance to speak with her he kept interrupting and physically getting between us. Even to the point of apologizing and asked me how much of the service I could cover and he d pay the rest. Nice gesture but only after bad mouthing me and only apologizing when his boss comes. I understand you have to sell things. But not to the point of being dishonest and coming correct when your boss is around. Will not be coming here and have been debating about coming back to valvoline at all for that matter.

Went for an oil change, the whole team was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. They answered all my questions. I was very happy with the service and will definitely use them again.

Once I started going here, I knew I d never go anywhere else to have an oil change. They truly care about their customers! Very friendly and professional staff. Prices are great considering the quality of their service, job performance, communication, and peace of mind knowing their work is reliable. Received a token for a free car wash, too! Highly recommend!

Very unorganized, it would have made for the best 3 stooges episode ever!!! Sat there for an hour. A bunch of lost puppies running around. I will Not be there again!!! I recommend heading to another Valvoline. Management did not have things under control!!! Very unhappy!!!

We got oil changed today and whatever else needed. Want to shout out to Caleb, Austin, Jason, Michael and Halie! I have nvr met such courteous young adults as these. Polite, and so nice. Refreshing. Thanks guys!!

Always efficient and everyone is friendly. Staff is always quick to offer any services I may need, but it s not high pressure at all. I work right down the street and I appreciate that I can come on my lunch hour to get quick, awesome service. Michael, Isaiah, and Mikayla got my car into shape. Are usually use the Valvoline on Dixie in front of planet fitness and they are awesome. This place on the other hand has a guy that clearly gets commission because I had to tell him several times I did not want something and he still try to add it to my bill and tell me my total, I knew it sounded high so I asked to see of course I seen that the items he added I did not want and have them removed . Then I tried to use a coupon for 25 off and he told me that he already put a better coupon on there when I got home and looked at the receipt there was no coupon. Had to call the customer service and get the 25 dollars put back on my card. Highly do not recommendService: Oil change

I always have a great experience here. Staff is very friendly and always let me know what my car needs done. Been getting my oil changed there for yrs now. The Carwash is the best in town.

I did not use this place of business for anything on my vehicle, but I did use the car wash beside the Valvoline. I got a quick rinse for two dollars and the machine charge my card 15. I did not know at the time why it had charged me 15 and I had some questions. I did not know that the car wash and Valvoline were not associated. It just seemed to me that they were. And it also seems that when they re on the same parking lot 3 feet apart from each other that one would be with the other. So I went into the Valvoline and asked them why they charge my car $15 when I only paid for a two dollar rinse. The guy underneath a truck changing oil YELLED at me and said we have nothing to do with the car wash bud!!!! I said excuse me!? because it was so rude and I asked them how I could get in touch with someone who does have something to do with the car wash and they yelled at me and screamed and said There s a number on the back of the door!!!!! But I did not know where the door was. And they just yelled at me and pointed in some random direction expecting me to know where the phone number was. I will not be coming back here ever again! Every single one of the employees were the most rudest people I have ever met in my entire life!!!!! It s people like these that make businesses go under. Absolutely terrible employees! The manager of that car wash should be horribly ashamed!

great, quick staff that are very friendly :) I wish I could remember her name exactly but it started with an R and she had curly brown hair, she was extremely helpful and efficient and kind! I would definitely come back just to have her service my car and chat, the whole staff is great and welcoming. I usually put off changing my oil for months past when I need to because car people make me anxious, but they did great and didn't make me feel like I should be embarrassed for putting it off! very good staff and good experience, I'll be coming back the next time I need an oil change

Please stop attempting to vacuum my oil from the dipstick tube. Drain it ALL! That's why there is a drain plug!

Very happy with this place. We have been taking our cars there for years. They always treat us well and honestly. They are quick but careful. I've never had a negative experience with or felt like they tried to sell me something I didn't need. I have more than once had them tell me that my manufacturer recommends something but they looked at that part and it isn't showing wear so I will have all the information when deciding.

This place is great! The staff is very friendly and helpful for routine oil changes. Not a full service shop but a drive thru oil change will help you keep your car running if you don't mind paying for convenience. You could save money by doing it yourself, but in this service based economy it's worth the fee to keep your hands clean. And, cherry on top, it's fast!

Pulled in to get an oil change In my commercial work truck, waited like 45 minutes in the bay while waiting on approval from Holman, was asked to park outside and wait, I informed them that I would pay with my company card, guy wanted to argue with me about. Just left I ll go to Ford and have it done.

My wife has used this place for a couple years getting her oil changed and tires rotated.After the prices just kept going up ($95 for an oil change and tire rotation on 2014 Ford Fusion), I decided to start doing the oil changes my self.After getting under her car, the bottom cover was improperly mounted. There are 11 screws that are supposed to hold this cover in place. You have to remove it to do the oil changes. There were 7 missing, so only 4 holding the cover in place. And these 4 were loose, and I removed them with my fingers! Not good, considering this cover runs about $80 at the dealership, if it were to fly off while driving down the highway.So I spent $20 to replace the 11 screws.The last time she was there, she was told that her lug nuts were "Swollen" and a tire rotation may not be possible. The lug nuts are not swollen, they are damaged from using the wrong size socket and an impact wrench. The corners of the lug nuts have been damaged and now the correct size will not fit on them. So now I have to order some lug nuts to replace the damaged ones. Last thing I need, is for my wife to have a flat and not be able to change out the tire due to damaged lug nuts!Do yourself a favor, and go elsewhere. We will not be using this business any longer.

Came in yesterday, and the guys looked extremely busy, but despite them running around, I felt like I got top notch service. I must admit! I had a discount...of $13 and a free car wash...but didn't use the car wash....the service was excellent...the employees are very good at the job they're paid to do, When it was time to leave...the gentleman had told me to pu.p the gas pedal. I thought I was doing so...he repeated himself several times..turns out I was tapping the brake pedal. Ugh I was a bit embarrassed and exclaimed that I was tired from work...

They are always professional and fast. Wish the price was a little lower, but currently everywhere is expensive for synthetic oil changes. Car wash is next door, so I usually time my oil change with a car wash. So far they have given me a car wash token with each wash, which is cool. But the 4 stars comes from the fact I do not need an appointment and they get me in and out very fast. The dealers around Etown require a week or more for an appointment to do the same job. Then I have to wait for hours once I get to the appointment. Dealers make it to complicated, this place keeps it short and professional.

If you did your due diligence and got a warranty plan on your new vehicle that includes oil changes do not plan on going here. Not sure why it matters who pays them but they didn t accept it. I tried to go in the office first to even verify it but the workers never came in the office so I sat in my vehicle for 20 minutes waiting to get serviced only to find out they won t even bother looking into calling my warranty company to get paid and just denied the service.

I got my oil changed here the first time and the last. They were nice, changed my oil quickly... but lied to me. I had a coupon for Valvoline and they told me they were cheaper than the other across town even with the coupon so they don t use them. Well, I price matched after I left because they charged me almost $70 for an oil change!! Needless to say, the other Valvoline was cheaper and told me they had another coupon available that would make them about $15 cheaper than this one. I called and let these people know and all they said was Thanks for letting them know. So, while the workers were nice- I will Never pay $70 for an oil change again and also won t repeat business with someone who isn t honest.

Went last time I needed oil change, other place I went to put anti freeze coolant in my windshield washer compartment.These guys did what I asked, no pressure selling. Told some my old truck might need and get checked on. Great place for sure. Highly recommend this place and u got a free car wash to.

The place had a touchless wash and a light touch wash for auto washes. I used the touchless as I prefer that with my car. It did a good job but there is no drying in the automatic wash. They had a power dryer separated from the wash that cost $1.00 but it was out of order which I didn't notice until the machine where you pay spat my quarter back out and onto the ground. After backing up a bit to get it back I noticed a trash can to the right of the machine that said out of order. Why not put a sign that says that over the thing that takes the money? Overall, it washed well for the full wash for $10 but their is no way to dry your car at all. I just got back on the road and dried the best I could by driving 50mph.
