Thorough checkup of multiple things. Kept me informed. Explained any and all options. Did not feel pressured to buy items such as fuel or oil filter even after showing discolored item. Left decision up to me. Highly recommend.

I sent a family member for an oil change. After you upsold them on everything you could think of the bill came to $361.00!! You should be embarrassed and ashamed!I can't go everywhere with my family members. I expect honest service. You are criminals.

I rarely submit surveys, but my recent experience at Valvoline on 1619 North Dixie Highway, at Elizabethtown, KY requires recognition! The best customer service I ve ever had from a great group of young men and women ( Cade, Lisa, Bre, Jenna, Dante, and Courtney ) . Great attitudes , great teamwork, understanding .. I could go on and on

Used to bring my vehicle here quite often never really had any problems, Don't know if it was just new people or I think they need to train them a bit better especially on specific vehicles, they cracked my oil housing on a 2014 Dodge Durango here last month, I took it to my mechanic that has been a master mechanic for over 30 years and he said they torqued it too tight, $891 later I say that was quite an expensive oil change, unfortunately I would never bring my vehicle here ever again or any lube shop for that matter I'll just let my mechanic do it for now on.

I really enjoyed my service today with Doug and his team mainly his associate I forgot her name but she was so kind . After my oil change was done my car wheel making a noise and the associate was able to help ! if not I probably could have gotten into a bad accident Thank you all so much!!

Staff is supreme. The older gentlemen was kind and thorough. Chloe was funny and personable. As we pulled out the employee announced bay 1 was leaving, every staff member yelled out to have a great day. Phenomenal service!

Got an oil change. They managed to mess up my oil cap and the mechanic girl was frantically running around the shop asking other mechanics what they should do. I figured at the time it was an oil filter that they messed up which they already replace. I heard them go into the office because I was at the left-most bay, near the office. They kept the door propped open and I overheard the manager say it would be too expensive to replace, just torque it down and check the pressure. They were whispering around standing in a group to the manager. They said it would cost hundreds to replace it with a new one, just torque it down. They literally put in my service notes they torqued down my oil cap. Now my car is leaking oil all over my driveway and any spot I park at. Of course at the time I left the shop not knowing that this was the deal. It took looking at my service notes and seeing oil all over the road to come to the conclusion that they messed my car up. Own up to your mistakes Elizabethtown valvoline manager. Now what? Do I have to pay with my own money get my car repaired because you destroyed my oil cap? I m sure it will cost hundreds. I will make sure all of my friends and family know about this and never go to your location after that. Just horrible. Beware!

Used several times. Service almost perfect. This time though, they dropped the ball. Didn't check my lights like they usually do. Didn't ask about any other filters or the wipers like usual. Pulled my oil dip stick to check oil level before draining like usual, but didn't even pay attention to the fact that my engine was still running. Always like that they are all about safety, yet didn't even make sure my keys were out the ignition...

They forget to perform services cause they are running from bay to bay to quickly. I went in with a low air light and low pressure when they pulled me out in was still on. When I asked if they put air in it I was told yes until I called them out for lying - then it was all apologies from that point........ but they still didn't offer to air up the tires. Windshield wiper fluid was empty when I got there and was also empty when I left. Plenty of other places in town will not use this one again.

First off, the want to be Manager Dan, trying to be the man is very unprofessional! I have had my oil changed their every single time and I've never experienced an individual in that garage just watching their short handed team drowned. He was literally just there from what I seen for lip movement. While standing there he never helped his team out by scanning in the cars to help business flow. After being there for 30 min. He sends a employee out who I actually felt very sorry for, because she had to deal with him. He told her to tell me I had to go get my own filter for my car, when I've had my oil changed there multiple times.... Heather was very perfessional and apologized for Dan and even offered to go get my filter, because I had been waiting for so long. Someone needs to give Heather a raise, she went above and beyond. I just left, as for future car maintenance I will be doing business elsewhere with all my vehicles. Valvoline needs to evaluate Dan the Man as a employee, never in my life have I seen a poor Manager like that, as long as I've been a manager myself!

Cooper deserves a promotion/raise you don't find people who go above and beyond to help a customer. Gave exceptional service even though it was close to end of day. Will be back!

they do a good job on oil changes.do not go for transmission flushes, its not a true flush and they also overfilled my transmission almost destroyed it by doing that.had to get it re-flushed by someone who actually knew how.Update transmission failed

Great Service, Very good technicians, no pressure to get any extras on the service unless you wanted to or felt like it would help in your maintenence of your vehicle.Was just a mediocre bit pricey, is the only drawback to this.BUT OVERALL: I was satisfied with my service of my vehicle from them.

Took my 2013 Kia Optima there late in late April this year and once again received great service on my car. Great price, always receives my military discount there. They are very professional and knowledgeable technicians. Have used this shop for all of my car service needs, since getting this car in July 2019. They are fast and friendly here. They treat you like it s your vehicle. I had never been to a place like this, but went with my wife. I was thoroughly impressed with how efficient they are and how friendly the staff were.

I went in for an oil change. I d noticed a loud sound lately but just thought it was a belt. Ray let me know that it actually was my motor and it sounded like I was completely out of oil!!! I m so glad that I brought it in today. I did also need 3 belts replaced but chose to only get 2 (serpentine and power steering) as well as my rear windshield wiper changed. I didn t feel like he pressured me into buying anything. Ray seemed to be very honest and up front with me on what the most important things were to get done ASAP which was super helpful with my husband being deployed and not being able to be here to look at what was going on with it. All of the guys seemed to have things running efficiently and smoothly. They were all super friendly and customer service was great. I used to go to the Radcliff location before we moved to Etown and they were okay but not as good. I ll definitely be giving this location my service from now on! My SUV is SO much quieter now, I can barely hear it rubbing. HUGE thanks to all of the guys who helped me out today, y all are amazing!Service: Oil change

Valvoline Instant Oil change is hands down the best go to in town. For over 10 years, I turned to Big O for tires since they offered Valvoline oil change, i would get tires rotated and oil change in one stop. No more. Big O service has greatly diminished the past 3 years! I made an appointment and arrived only to wait an hour watching employees just hanging around outside the bays as the parking lot filled leaving no space to park from all the other customers in line, I left and headed to VIOC and I was so glad I did. I had a minute wait before pulling into the bay. The entire process is walked thru with you, and it is a full service oil change: tire pressure checked, fluid levels checked, filters checked, lights checked, and so much more. They offer other preventive maintenance services also. Watching your vehicle being carefully inspected and being able to be a part of the process just made me feel more confident in the service experience than ever before. (The staff is great, we laughed, yet still remained professional , I love it) Keep up the hard work guys! You are appreciated!

I went here today 8/6/2022 around 4:50pm to get a simple oil change and nothing else. My car is a Nissan rouge 2019 and has never had a single issue with it except today when I left not even 15 minutes later my car started having issues driving and making noises, 30 minutes later my check engine light came on and mind you I did not have a single problem with my car before I went there today to get my oil changed. I now have to take my car to a shop on Monday to see what in the world they could have messed up with my engine doing an oil change and no telling how much it is about to cost me. Safe to say I will never be coming back to this location or any other Valvoline locations again. I m not saying don t come here but I am saying be extremely cautious when taking your car here if you don t want more issues than it had before.

I have never had an issue when I come here, I ve been coming to this location for the last 4 years and the service is always amazing. The last two times Mike has always been the most entertaining with his sense of humor and happy go lucky work ethic. We did not get our oil changed here. But they helped us in a big way. We had our oil changed back home in Michigan. Got here and realized we were dripping oil. They helped tighten the drain bolt and oil filter. Topped us off at no cost. They were great guys so we bought them pizza for lunch. Thank you!

Took my van to get the oil changed when I left in a couple of minutes the engine overheated. I wound up busting my radiator. The repair cost me over 500.00. I have used the one in front of the mall for years. Looks like they don't want to help me fix it. Looks like I may have to get a lawyer involved. These guys do not not treat many of their customers right. Good buy Valvoline Oil Change. I will never be back.Service: Oil change

Awesome service and greetings. So polite and keeps you informed of maintenance needed. Mr. Travis and Mr. Poet assisted me with my vehicle and it was a great experience. Oil change and new battery can't beat the price I paid. Able to sit inside vehicle while fluids are changed. Recommend them if you're ever in town.
