I have had my vehicle serviced by Rick for many, many years. He is always polite, professional, very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to ensure my vehicle meets all required safety measures. Rick makes bringing my vehicle in for service a pleasant experience and surpasses my expectations.

Took my vehicle in for a TSB notice. The techs were thorough in their diagnosis and got the parts ordered. A week later the car was dropped off and was ready later that day. The next day however I noticed the splash panel hanging from under the car and a gear oil leak. It took 2 tries, but they did get the leak to stop. They did remain professional and apologetic and I would still drive to e-town for service.

This was my first visit. I was impressed with the customer service and the facility. The place ran like a well oiled machine. The staff seem to like their jobs and it was reflected in every interaction. I was pleased with the work performed on my Prius and won't hesitate to use Swipe again when needed.
