I love bringing my vehicle to get its regular maintenance because of the employees. They are not only professional, but very caring and approachable. Everytime I arrive, I'm always greeted with a smile and they take the time to explain any deficiencies and when would be the most convenient time to get serviced, if I'm not available then. If haven't done so already, Amanda, Starr & Kat deserves recognition and a raise! Keep up the great work and continue adding employees to your roster who are just like them!! Thank you for all of your service!

Oil change, alignment and tire rotation performed as planned. Was impressed that the mechanic noticed my newer front tire that I recently replaced after a blowout and only performed a half rotation to ensure even wear of the tires on that side. Great catch. Service managers were courteous as always, treating me like family.

They gave me a fair and honest quote for the replacement of my transmission. Turns out it was covered under an extended warranty, so we didn't pay a dime. The staff was very upfront about the time it would take to evaluate and complete the work, and we had our vehicle back exactly when they said we would. The woman we dealt with was incredibly friendly and helpful.

I really enjoyed working with my salesman, Garrett Biggs. He exceeded every expectation I had for my salesman and I really appreciated his patience, pleasant attitude and attention to detail. I'm grateful he was the one on duty the day I made my purchase! I didn't know him before this purchase.

I brought my Rogue in to be serviced in July/August 2023 to repair a seatbelt light, air bag light, and the radio screen was going black. I paid $300 to have these repairs made. In January 2024, I again brought my Rogue back to repair a leading back window in which I pointed out the issue to the technician myself along with Victoria. My car had not been worked on at all for 10 days when I finally picked it up. No one from the office contacted me, I made all contacts. I was charged $310 for a diagnostics to fix a seat belt light that was still not working correctly from the 1st time they worked on it, I did not pay this. However, I was charged $155 for a technician to tell me my back glass was leaking....ridiculous. I had to leave that day without any of my issues fixed or even addressed, in fact, I had to vaccuum the 4 inches of water standing in my spare tire compartment bc my car was left out in the rain for about 4 days. I even called and left a message asking someone to please put a tarp over it or park it somewhere it would not get standing water in it. I will never go back to Swope Nissan Service Center in Elizabethtown, along with many friends and family members that have witnessed my experience.

Amanda was amazing as always. I enjoy that she seems to take a personal intrest in me everytime I come into the Service Department (oh did I say she knows me by name). With this visit I just stopped by to say hello and to see if I could get fit in for a required millage service as my 2023 Nissan Murano was being repaired at the collision shop which would not take so long. Not only did Amanda get me fit into for a same day service, she offered to go over to the collision center to get my Murano herself once it was repaired. Wow!

I get my oil changed and tires rotated there and have for years. I always use a coupon you send me in the mail for $39.95. Told them I had the coupon she told me to give it to them when work was complete. I go to pay and can t use the coupon because they said I didn t need my tires rotated. I was overdue for both. Makes no sense that i had to pay more because I didn t get tires rotated like I asked. I don t think I ll be back.

These people don't know how to do fair business, do not buy a white 2020 Ford edge st with close to 80k it was involved in a major accident and has transmission issues and they have it stocked for 23k, talk about getting ripped off. Tired of people thinking they can run us over no more will that happen!

Went in looking for an SUV and had the pleasure of dealing with Mike and Scott. Hands down the absolute best experience from a dealer I have ever had. They listened to what we were looking for and found exactly what we asked for, the process was super quick and easy. If you want great quality and a team that feels like family and amazing friends, Swope Nissan is where you should buy your vehicle!July 2021, I went to Swope Nissan to buy a used Suburban! I was greeted by a salesman named Mike!Mike is an outstanding salesman. I did not leave with a suburban. I left in 2022 pathfinder. Meeting Mike was like talking to an old friend!While closing the sale, Rico took over! He was such a pleasure to work with! About six months later when I needed help closing my GAP, Rico help me efficiently!Throughout the last two years I have taken my pathfinder in for oil changes and recalls! I have meet Amanda, Kat, John, and Victoria in the service department. These people are absolutely amazing and make sure satisfaction is number 1. Personal, I also feel like I have known them my whole life.Brad in the parts department, goes above and beyond.I had a tear in my seat and thanks to Mike offering the Calijet, the rip is covered. Greg, has helped and made sure that my seat gets repaired!

From start to finish this was the easiest, quickest and most pleasant auto purchase we've ever had. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and very accommodating to our needs. Stopped by to look at a couple of vehicles, used ones. Wasnt planning on buying that day but did leave with a new to us Traverse. Chris was dealing with us as walk ins but had a 2pm appointment as well. We showed up around 1pm. I must say that he worked great under pressure and can multitask very well. Swope would be crazy to let him go any time soon. He managed to get 2 sells at the same time and neither of us felt neglected. Great guy and all the ducks were in a row fairly quick compared to the last vehicle we bought. Thank you all.

I would not buy a Nissan. Stay away from them. The transmissions are bad. I had a extended warranty but no one informed me of this so now that has ended. Nissan will not stand behind the CVT transmission. DO NOT BUY.

My daughter bought her first car with Lindsey Blocker. Lindsey was good at explaining all the features of the car and spoke to my daughter with respect and also included my husband and I so everyone felt comfortable. I thought this was going to be a stressful experience but everyone at Swope Nissan made the experience great.
