Absolutely pathetic. With a 4-star rating, I figured this was a safe bet. Turns out I should've read the recent reviews. Even 1-star is too generous for the service that I have received. I dropped off my car 3 weeks ago for a serious engine issue and have received no update calls, my calls to them are never answered and messages are never returned, and the times I have managed to physically go and ask for an update I get nothing but blank stares. After 3 weeks my car has not touched. It has cost me time, money, and missed working days. I have managed to get there twice to check on it. The first time they did not even seem to know they have my car. They told me they would get it checked in first thing the next morning and give me a call. I received no call. The second time was the start of week 3. They once again seemed to have no idea what I was talking about but eventually found the info only to tell me they still had not checked out my car. The run around excuse they gave me this time is they had someone quit. They once again told me they'd rush it and give me a call the next day. And once again, they did not call me the next day. As a dealer service center, if one person quitting completely shuts down your ability to even diagnose, then there is something substantially wrong with your operation. If I ever get my car back, I will never be back.

The proposed service estimate was for $3,600 of critical work on my car, the majority of which was redundant or unnecessary. I took it for a second opinion at my regular place, and they fixed the problem for $160. I won t be coming back.

Not recommended. I delivered my car for repair on July 25 and have been waiting for a month for the repair to be completed. The service was to install anti-theft software and program the key fob. Something apparently went wrong and the car is still sitting in the service center. They do not know what the cause is and are unable to give a date for completion of the repair

Phenomenal service. My fiance, son, and I were driving through Kentucky from Indianapolis to Louisiana for Thanksgiving in my mother's car. Due to a back service job from our home dealership, the drain plug came out in the middle of the night and nearly blew the engine. I got the car towed to Swope Hyundai, and they were able to get a warranty recall on the engine, and refunded the cost of the necessary alignment and throttle body cleaning when our dealership back home refused to cover it. if i could give them a zero i would. the first time i went and got an oil change my car blew up the exact same day at fault to them for not properly doing the oil change. they had to replace my engine when my car literally had 10000 miles on it and now my car is losing coolant and overheating and the have no idea why. im not the type to complain however i have had it when it comes to swope hyundai. please purchase your vehicle somewhere else !

Hyundai customer service scheduled an appointment for a diagnostic. I called the store to make sure I knew how long it was expected to take as well as if I needed to bring another vehicle so I could drop off the one that was getting serviced. I was told over the phone that I would have a loaner vehicle to use because of my car being under warranty. Once I got here two hours after the call, I was told that there were no loaner vehicles left. So now I am sitting here waiting for an hour for them to find a loaner vehicle and all I hear are excuses for why they don't have any left. If they would've told me when I called to confirm, I would've just brought a 2nd vehicle so I wouldn't have to wait. The whole experience was very unprofessional.PS: During mask mandates, the service people walk around with no masks and do not care to put one on when you get out of your vehicle with masks on.

The service department at Swope Hyundai were amazing! I had a few issues with a car I had just purchased from another dealership and they took care of everything that was wrong with my car. TJ even went above and beyond fighting with my extended warranty company to make sure I didn t have to pay a penny for any of it. I cannot recommend this place enough. They re amazing!

It says service yet only oil changes available during weekend hours,so how many people can do know can do with out there car on work days,I paid for Gold premium service program yet have to do without my car during work week,just another it is what it is deal,there are a lot of perks that are not really what the seem,asked some to fix my USB several time still disconnects simple things ,not to imppresed,just free 15 min oil changes was the whole value. Disappointed
