We purchased our 2023 Sequoia right before we got married in September! Everyone was so wonderful from ordering until taking delivery. Everyone there made us feel guests instead of just a customer. I can't say enough about everyone there. Highly recommend

SWOPE HYUNDAI of Elizabethtown are the best. Mundy and the service guys and gals are awesome!Let me go back to the beginningIn 2022 decided to buy a car. Wanted an all electric Tucson. Went to the swope (Oxmore) in Louisville ky to car buy.. We walked in wearing regular jeans, nice shirts and nice winter boots (snow on ground) They had a new Tucon electric in the show roomA gentleman came out and asked if he could help (all dressed up in a suit) We told him what we wanted as we were standing there looking at a new electric Tucson. No small talk or anything, he basically stated that's the only one and does not know when can get one they could sell. Said that one is not for sale. He then just basically walked off. Here's my complaint with him. We actually were going to (pay cash) and he did not even ask if that was all we would consider buying. Very rude just walking off. Made me feel like he did not want to give us his time because we did not meet his specifications of someone that could even get a loan for such a car and definitely not pay cash. Will not go back there to buy a car ever.We then went to swope HYUNDAI in etown, 93 miles away instead of 42 miles. A young man came right out explaining electric cars are way behind. They had just received (unexpectedly) 3 new regular Tucsons and he took us to them. Loved the look, the ride and all. Went in, a check was written and drove off with my new car.Bought in November of 22. I drive to Louisville 42 miles 1 way for work. On Dec 12 of 23 heater would not get warm and knew it was the thermostat. Called Oxmore HYUNDAI in Louisville and explained to them I know it's the thermostat stuck open. They could not get me in for 2 months, was left stranded without a car. Said they could not give me a loaner car until it was diagnosed as a warranty problem and that it would be in two months. Never tried to help with getting it to them. Others words they were saying that's my problem. I asked if I could get it there it would they scan/diagnose it and see it was a warranty issue and give me a car to drive. They stated nope they would in 2 months at my appointment. I had to get a car on my own.Praising ETOWN HYNDIA, (especially Mundy) called them and they set me an appointment a for month earlier. Mundy in the service department basically said get it here and they might get to it sooner then the appointment and was trying to help me to get Hynduia to tow it to them. Hynduia tow service would only take it to Oxmore even if I paid the difference. So husband and I had to drive it ( which I was afraid to do) with out heat for 93. I was greeted with open arms by service staff and Mundy. The service manager went out with a tech ran the code and stated it was showing the thermostat. It took about 5 min. Mundy had me a loaner car ready and off I went. They received the part and had my car back in a week. Elizabethtown HYUNDAI is 2 times as far as Oxmore HYUNDAI but I will not use them for nothing but oil change, if even that. I know all places are backed up I do understand that, but the one in Louisville should of tried to help me figure out what I could do like Mundy in Elizabethtown did. Swope HYUNDAI of Elizabethtown are highly recommended. Thanks to all there sales reps and service department.

This place is NOT a good place to buy a car. The deal they offered me on a new car was Outrageously High! The monthly payment was $700 plus. It was INSANE! I felt like I was just another #. I DO NOT recommend going here. If you want a new car I Strongly suggest Oxmoor Group in Louisville. They took care of me and was Amazing!

Best hot beef sandwich with potatoes omgoodness so friendly and they bring the food to you after you order its wonderful quick and delicious. Oh and the sales people were happy to help but your service guys are amazing i we will definitely return .

I ve had car problems for several months now and I took it to Swope Hyundai to get it fixed. After they fixed my car I picked it up only for it to break Down and the battery die within 30 minutes. I had it towed back to Swope for it to be fixed correctly after that. When it was fixed and I went to pick it up the second time, they had accidentally given my car to someone else. This meaning someone else had my car and was driving it without me knowing or haven give permission because Swope gave them my car as a loaner by accident . I did eventually get my car back after they figured out what they had done and had it brought back. The service department was very friendly and understanding but everyone else who I encountered (especially from the sales department) was not professional and didn t seem like they were competent enough to be working there . Overall my experience at Swope was not good and very emotionally draining.

Very nice auto museum. Very nice selection of vehicles. But the hostess was the icing on the cake. She was great.

I took my vehicle in to have a 'Recall' repair done. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They completed the repair quickly and I was on my way. Their service is really excellent.

So I've been here three times for service... First time was for my taillight covers coming loose they pushed them back and said they were good to go...took it to another dealer and they ordered the correct clips to solve the issue, visit number two was full service including tire rotation, so when they rotated the tires apparently the balance weight came off instead of correcting this they brought the vehicle out and as soon as I drove off you new there was an issue. Turned around and then the service rep told me about the weights and of course charged me to rebalance the tires, asked to speak to the service manager of course he never came out. So this takes me to the third time, scheduled to have my block heater installed when I get there they take the truck back about 4 hours later I call and they tell me opps we had the wrong parts, but no one was going to tell me, so again I go up and they tell me they found the parts and it would be about an hour that's at 2pm I again ask to speak with the service manager, would you believe he again avoided me for 3hrs... Finally got my truck back at 5pm and never even saw the service manager and the service writer ensured me he knew I wanted to speak to him ... The good news is I like the service tech. The bad news is the service manager.

We are very very happy with the excellent service we had at your one section of stores. I m not sure how else to put it, one day in one area of your big lots we received shoddy service when we were set to buy 2 cars!!Then a few days later we go to a different area-as far from those other guys as we could go-and out come kind friendly faces to help, like it s a whole new dealership!Dakota Wise was truly kind, helpful and honest. He gave your dealership a 5 star rating. He got me the vehicle I wanted and I will now tell my friends to go to you all and to Dakota!

The staff, not very helpful at all. My partners mother did all of her research online so when we got there she would be ready to buy. He never even showed us the car. And continued to push cars on her that she did not like and stated such. Won't be going back

If I could give less than one star I would. I drove an hour to see a car and then I get there and it sold. The sales man told me about another car at a sister store so I called them. 30 min later I was told that car sold too. I asked about a 3ed car and after another 30 min they told me it was in the shop and I couldn t see it until the next day. The car sales man actually argued with me and told me it was MY FAULT he couldn t find the car I was looking for. Then they tried to sell me a an SUV with over 200,000 miles for $11,000. I usually don t leave bad reviews but I just wanted to warn people to look somewhere else if you need a used car with good customer service.

Went into their car museum and was welcomed at door to take all the time we need to enjoy all the vintage and antique automobile's they have. Took 45-60 minutes to look through. Most cars they had you would not see in car shows and events. Any questions were readily answered by friendly operators of museum. Awesome experience! And FREE.

I go to Swope Hyundai in Elizabethtown for service. Wonderful people in the service department! Tj is simply outstanding! He is a great representative for Hyundai and he's the reason I drive almost an hour to go here instead of a Hyundai dealer closer to me.

Awesome place they treat you like a warm family. Answer all your questions and the salesmen are not pushy or try to make you feel like you need to buy something that work with you the best they can and really try to find a vehicle that best fits your needs. If you ever need a car you have my word that you can go here.

This is our second purchase from Swope Toyota in Elizabethtown, KY. Jeremy Harris was again our salesman and did his usual outstanding job. Honest, friendly and professional, he made our purchase decision easy and pleasant with no sales pressure at all. The financing was equally pleasant and in fact, using their advice, actually saved us money in the long term.The facility and amenities are the best. I highly recommend Swope Toyota for your next vehicle. You will not be disappointed!

5 hour wait on brakes and alignment! Unable to print receipt, supposed to email but never received. Called service dept. for at least a balance--no answer. Had to go back for receipt. Same lady as yesterday was there so I assumed she knew why I was back however she decided to take her time and speak with a gentleman who came in after me. Finally was able to get my receipt from the other young lady. Took less than a minute.

I decided to go in on a whim and ended up buying a Jeep. Glad I stopped here first - I saved some money on a nice, well kept 2018 Wrangler. The process was fairly fast. We got in late afternoon and made it out before closing. Give Robert Reidling a call and he will set you up!

Went to Swopes to co sign for my grandson. He bought a 2023 Ram diesel truck. Everybody was friendly. They were the cheapest in this area.

The Swope Toyota Service Department is always incredible! They are professional, efficient, transparent, candidly honest. They do not pressure with selling unnecessary work. They tell you what's wrong, if it's critical or not, how much it'll cost, then leave the decision to you. No pressure. They've been my Family Service location for four years and still going strong!Thank you!

I brought my car in for a factory recall problem to have it corrected. I get my car back after 1 hour and 45 minutes when the recall paper I received in the mail said it would take 1 hour. Then I go to leave and turn my steering wheel and feel something I've never felt on it before, looked at it and see they somehow have scraped up the steering wheel cover. (As seen in the picture.) I'm 100% it was not there before I brought it in to be worked on, so it was done while it was in their care.

I took my car in for an oil change and brakes. I was worried that the rotors may need replaced also since I didn t hear the brakes squeaking until they started grinding. The service department was able to get my car in for repair at short notice and had the car ready in less than two hours. They were honest and said that I did not need new rotors that they were in good condition. Being a woman this was very important to me, since I feel like women tend to get the run around when it comes to getting their car repaired. Larry Cottingham was especially knowledgeable about the services that my car needed in the future and notified me that my tires will need replaced very soon. I would highly recommend this dealership for service on your car. They are attentive, thorough and honest.

We visited the antique car museum. They have gone above and beyond to restore many interesting and very rare vehicles from the past. If you are interested in automobile history definitely visit this place. There is no charge for your visit, but children are required to be supervised at all times.
