The service quote was quick and the service was excellent. We were worried how the repair would look afterwards and how long it was going to take. I brought my wife s truck in after hitting a deer and some other damage. Everyone in the shop was very professional and helpful. They got her truck in and out quickly (a little over 3 weeks). Bryanna Kieth was great to work with. She did a great job with the estimate and was very detailed. Any time we called for an update all the staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely use them again if needed. The prices are very fair.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My experience with SNCC (Swope Nissan Collision Center) has had it's ups and downs.... The backstory... Had a suicidal deer jump out in front of me and I didn't avoid him properly. The front of the hood on my car was mushed in a bit and the grill was pushed in as well. The car was completely drivable, so the damage wasn't too bad, but it is my baby, so upsetting nonetheless. My insurance is through State Farm, and this is not a preferred repair center, so all transactions had to be approved via the appraiser. This added an extra layer of complexity on top of everything else, mind you, SNCC did just fine with this, as far as I could tell, and any issues are more an issue with State Farm than anything else, so that is separated from this review. In the end, it took over 1 month to get my vehicle back. I am in the middle of moving, and am only in town on the weekends, so the only time I can interface is on Fridays (they are closed Sat, Sun). I picked up my car Friday before the close of business, did a few errands in town, and by the time I got home (after close of business) the air conditioner had stopped working and one of the fog lamps was not working (both were worked on). Next Friday, I stopped by and talked with the secretary Brianna, who has been absolutely great and helpful, and had to "schedule" the repair. I ended up just dropping it off on the next Friday and left it for the week. The air conditioner was repaired, but the light was not, as this was "my fault" and not theirs. The bulb as replaced, but the fog lamp housing (or such whatnot) was damaged, and that was not them. I understand there was time between the repair and me dropping it back off, so I cannot completely rant about "unfairness" or any such thing, but it is nonetheless disappointing that they did not fix, what was, in my opinion, completely within the scope of their responsibility. (their opinion differs, of course) So, in summation.... the work, as in the replacement of parts and painting looks good. They replaced hood pins, hood scoop, and hood struts, all aftermarket parts, from the damaged hood, onto the new hood, which I was quite happy with. However, there were just a few individual kinks that spoiled the experience for me. The time and the fog lamp issue being the main two things. So, good service but then small things just left me unhappy overall. 3/5 stars. Will not return to them for future service (hopefully I won't have to, no accidents, that kind of thing), but will use the recommended State Farm repair next time, if needed. Long winded post, wanted to give you enough background info on what happened, both good and bad

I have used Swope Collision at least 3 times and the work they do is excellent. I called in March to schedule the repair of the damage on the front, right bumper area of my Prius. They explained they were short staffed and the first appointment I could get was June. I understood and that was not a problem. I left my car in June and was called the next day to be told that the wrong parts had been ordered. I made another trip, picked up my car, and waited for the call that the correct parts were in. I finally got my car back today (July 13). I thought it would only be fair to reduce a portion of the estimate, but no such luck. I was charged MORE than the initial estimate because they found additional things that had to be done, which I understand as well;however, as a repeat customer, it would have been nice to have felt like a valued customer for all the hassle.Service: Body & Trim

My mother came in with what was determined to be two dead batteries in her Chrysler Pacifica. Shane, Michael, and Austin were VERY kind and helpful to her and did everything they could to save her money and get her car back to her as quickly as possible! She is thrilled with the service and feels empowered that she was able to manage getting her repair done on her own. I would recommend going somewhere with better communication and that does a higher quality job. My car was supposed to take 3 days top to fix and ended up taking about 2 weeks, which is fine but they never called and updated me. Then they informed me upon picking up my car that the crown molding is on back order and I still have to bring my car again. Then to top it off my molding already on there fell off after having my car back a few days. Phyllis the secretary or whatever she is, is a smart ass and management isn't much friendlier. Go somewhere that will do better.

I had my car taken to swope collision for some front end work after an accident. As far as repairs they appear to be done well, the front end is fixed. But the experience doing business with this place was a nightmare. They did not consistently answer the phones when I called to check on my vehicle. I called for one entire day with no response. Left two messages with my number clearly stated. Still no response. When I was finally able to reach them two days later the person answering the phone didn't know what she was talking about and gave excuses for the poor communication. My car was at this place for a total of 3 weeks. At no point did they call me with updates. Every single time I called them they offered more excuses for their poor communication. When my car was finally ready again no call to inform me but I called them. When I went to pick up my car I was met with a sour faced desk clerk like I was inconveniencing her. They definitely made a stressful situation even worse with their poor customer service. Never again.

It took them 44 days to decide the repairs were enough to total my car. They sent an initial quote and 3 supplements to the insurance company. Everytime I called they would say the car was in teardown. Two weeks after the first two supplements they said they had not been approved by the insurance company, they had never followed up. I had to call the adjuster to find out what was going on. They submitted another large supplement a week before my car rental coverage expired that finally totaled the car. I understand hidden damage but all the big ticket items on the repair quote were obvious. They did offer a loaner car but the insurance agreed to 10 more days after they decided it was a total loss. Since no repairs were done I can't comment on the quality of their work.

UPDATE: I am changing my initial review of this business due to the amazing efforts of the manager, Mr. James Alvey. My initial experience with the assistant manager Jacob along with my vehicle repairs at this facility were disappointing, but that has since been corrected. Mr. Alvey was able to get my vehicle repaired back to its brand new condition and provided the highest level of customer service I have ever received at a collision center. I truly felt that he cared to make the customer happy and did what it took to make my repairs right.

They're slow they said car would be repaired in 7 days they had it for a month and they quoted one price and it was $4,000 extra dollars and it still don't run right
