VERY accommodating ! Personel made sure we knew what was happening and that we didn't need anything. TV, WIFI, snacks, water..what more could we ask for anyway?-!

The employees at Kia service center in E-town are always nice they make you feel welcome they actually care about their customers unlike the Kia dealer on Preston hwy who have been rude in person and on the phone to me I ll continue going to e-town for my car s needs

It is a decent place only down side is getting them to answer the phone which i understand they get busy but 10 missed calls is not the best
