The A/C in my Jeep Wrangler needed some service. Scott was referred by a friend, so I called them. Business is backed up and I had to make a reservation. (Usually a good sign!) Had a valve stem leak on a tire and a car full of kids and friends headed home from vacation. He stopped everything and fixed it, got me back on the road in a hurry. Service done with a smile and excellent prices. I highly recommend him.

Scott is an amazing person, I was traveling from Michigan to Alabama with my classic car on a trailer and had problems. Scott got me in right away and helped me out with no charge. Great business and such a great person. If I'm ever in the area again and need his services I will go out of my way to give him my business

I had a chance to meet and talk with Scott while we discussed my truck, and he seems like a genuinely honest person. I think I would trust him with pretty much any auto problems I have. Quite a few customers came in while we were talking, and some of them were long time friends of his. This may not mean much to many people, but it tells me that he knows how to treat people because they keep coming back.

I was travelling for work to Leitchfield,Ky and my engine light started flashing and my SUV started to stall. Luckily, I made it to Scotts. He was there and came right out to the front to speak with me. Tammy at the front desk was very helpful as well. They got my car right in and I wasnt there but a couple hours. New coil on spark plug and I was on my way, so grateful for their help.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Surprised that people treat you like they do in times of need... We were traveling and had a flat tire which needed to be replaced. Scott Nalls didn't have the tire and offered to go get us one at another tire business for $145. We personally called the next closest place and the same tire was $85! They were taking advantage of travelers. Never offered to lower their price and then decided they needed to charge us for putting on the spare. Also, lost the specific cap that goes to my car! No Good Samaritans here. Give your business to the honest guy!

Don t hold your breath to get your auto repaired here. We were assured my elderly aunt s car would be repaired 4x. After waiting for more than 6 weeks, the car was not even worked on. We had to take it to another mechanic. Very disappointed.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

While traveling I had serious brake issues, at 3:30 pm. Nall's was amazing. They were able to immediately get my truck into shop. Make repairs and got us back on the road by 5:15pm. Mechanics and staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Sign me: A Grateful Customer.

My 18 yo son was on his way home from a trip to Nashville when his car had problems. Tammy was very helpful on the phone and Dave was very honest and took good care of my son during his trouble. They even provided transportation to and from a hotel since he had to spend the night while parts came in. It was a good learning experience for my son and things could have been much more difficult and he could have easily been told it was something much more expensive to repair. Ended up being the thermostat went bad and caused the car to over heat. Good to know there are still good, honest people out there. Thanks for everything!!!

I scheduled an appointment on a Wednesday for the following Tuesday when they opened to have them work on my ONLY work truck I told them this is my work truck and I need it to make money. Three days later I picked up my truck and it hadn't been touched. They never called me. When I did call to inquire about it all I got is well we are behind we will get to it if we can. Remember I made an appointment the week before. HORRIBLE customer service I wouldn't have them change my oil might take them a weekService: Electrical repair

The transmission went out on my son's truck. Nall's replaced it with a Jasper and it is running great. The price was very reasonable and the job only took a few days.

Very helpful. Plenty of room available to have vehicle towed in if necessary. This is a NAPA certified repair shop, does quality work.
