Rude! Not someone they should have in customer service working with customers. Walked in about 4pm with zero cars in the bay and Angelo was asking if I had an appointment and was trying to force me to make an appointment another day. Saying it was late. And proceeded to tell me that another walk-in called but wasn t there. I was standing right there in front of him there before anyone else. They are open for another 3 hours! And has zero cars in the 4 bays. He stated that they had 2 appointments and two guys out today. Anyways he couldn t find my account for the lifetime balance and he just didn t make much effort to help me and just had very poor customer service face and body language and dry personality. He could have been more customer friendly. Finally I said it was too much trouble and left. Every other Sam s tire I ve been to has always been great just don t go here to the E-town one if that s what you re looking for.

I got a tire rotation at the Sam's Club in Elizabethtown, KY on Wednesday, May 10, 2023. The following weekend, I drove up to see family in Indianapolis, and on my way back south, my car began to shake and shutter. After a while, it got so violent that I had to pull over to see what the problem was. It turns out that the lug nuts on the front driver's side tire were all loose, and my tire could've easily come off if I had kept driving. I could only assume that I had this problem because of the tire rotation I got at Sam's Club less than a week before visiting family.

I went to Sam's here Elizabethtown ky next to the academy sports...now all week long I called using prompts for tires and etc (car shop) when you hit the prompt they have it set-up for disconnect. I watched them ignore calls even when someone provided me a specific #. Also I went to the operator and stood nearby and called using prompts ...little did she know I was calling and watched her ignore the calls ....

One of my tires went flat under warranty and prorated new tire but sales person stated he refused to put tire on vehicle because tread was 3/32 bigger than others I'm disabled and have find someone to put tire back on.

Replaced a tire under warranty and the put wrong kind of tire on..and took them 3 hours.Can't get anyone to answer phone
