Tracy was awesome and fixed my tire asap, awesome service!! My first time using RNR and I was impressed, especially with the no charge. It's unusual to find an automotive maintenance company that's all about customer service, RNR is top notch!! Go check them out, you won't regret it.

Highly recommend! They took care of my wife. Straight forward, not trying to sell her things she didn t need. She was in and out. No issues. Their warranties are above and beyond the rest of the competitors. I wouldn t even waste my time.

Can t rate these guys highly enough. I lost traction coming off bluegrass pkwy and ended up in the ditch. I work on the road and was headed home for Christmas. All of my tires were damaged and the car was not drivable. Being Dec 23rd very few places were open. I called RNR and Chris was super sympathetic, he told me they would look it over and if it was only the tires they could get me back on the road. Got a tow truck to bring me up there and I m not kidding, Tracy got on it immediately and within 30 minutes had me road ready. When I went to pay they wouldn t charge me!!! They told me they were glad to help and to have a merry Christmas with family! I m serious you don t find customer service like this every day. I was blown away by their professionalism and kindness and I m back home already, which I worried wasn t going to be possible tonight. Highly recommend these guys, they are the best!

Traveling and had a low tire, website stated they were open until 5pm. It was Saturday and we arrived at 4:45. Doors locked and lights out. There was someone in a car, but they pulled away. If your website states you are closing at 5:00pm, then please honor that.

Amazing service. Very friendly and knows what they re doing. Amazing selection and the person at the desk today (02/12/24 @ 3:00 p) was a gem because I had no idea what I was doing. They got my tire fixed and back on the road in minutes. Will definitely be back!

So my wife and I are on our way to Florida today Friday, March 8, 2024. All of a sudden my car is showing the right rear tire losing air. We pull into RNR to get it checked. 20 minutes later they bring me a piece of metal that was in my tire, and say no charge. I have never had better service in my life anywhere. I would give these guys more than five stars if I could. Thanks guys, at RNR Tire for your hospitality to a husband and wife from Michigan.

This place is great! Chris at the front desk was very friendly and helped me with all my questions I had. Derek was my technician that did my alignment he did a grade A job on it when he was done came in and explained throughly what was off and how he fixed it. Customer service at RNR is top notch! I would recommend them to all family and friends and will only be using them from here on out.

Great service. Had a screw in tire needed a plug. Called them at 530 they close at 6 said they fit me in. Fixed patched my tire with in 15 min and didn't charge me. Great people and service would recommend them on any maintenance for your car.

Today started off with an auto accident in which could have been worse than it was, but when you re a believer God will always make a way out of no way. I had two new tires in my vehicle that needed to be swapped out for me to continue my travels and I happen to run up on RNR Tire Express. I explained to the salesman what had just happened to me and my vehicle, even before seeing it, he gave me a very reasonable deal on the of my tires, after getting my vehicle into the shop and seeing first hand the damage, they did the work for me and told me there was no charge for that particular service, he just couldn t charge me for swapping out my own tires and for what I had just went through he wouldn t feel right. I was speechless, I shook the young man s hand and told him Bless my brother, he just didn t know how grateful I was, this has been a rough start for me this year, but to receive just a little kindness makes a big difference, especially in this day and age. Thank you again for your gesture of kindness my brother and I will definitely be stopping back by there to patronize your business and I hope this post will send others your way also.

kris and Chris were very helpful and friendly! stayed open later on a weekend to fix my tire for me, both were helpful and very quick on fixing the issue!

Put in an online request for a quote on tires, install, alignment, and warranty. Taylor texted me. Refused to give me a quote for tires via text. Insisted I had to come into the store to pick out tires even though I knew the size and make of tire I prefer. Called and had the same experience. Purchased tires elsewhere two weeks ago. Taylor texted me today with the new promotion and gave me attitude when I asked to be removed from the text list that I had already purchased tires elsewhere. As a single person who works full time coming into the store for a quote just wasn t an option for me at that time. I understand if that s the companies policy to come in to pick out tires but no reason to be rude if it doesn t fit my schedule/needs.

We had a road emergency with losing air in our tire. We stopped multiple times trying to fill it up and became too much of an issue so we stopped at RNR tires in Elizabeth s town in KY. We were greeted by a front counter person and said no worries we can see you right now and get you taken care of. We were offered water and a place to sit and about 20 minutes later and a good conversation, the technician diagnosed the problem as a bad air stem. The problem was fixed and we were out the door. Couldn t be happier with the service and professionalism! If you have issues and are near they will take care of you!

I can t say how thankful I am that RNR came to Elizabethtown. I woke up to a flat before heading to work in Louisville. I called around and no one could get me in. I called and spoke to Burks Waldeck. He could hear the panic in my voice. He sent Topher over, within 20 minutes he was at my house, putting my spare on, I followed him to the store and Chris inspected my car got me a GREAT deal on replacing all 4 tires (they all needed to be replaced) they were fast, friendly, informative and ensured I was taken care of.

My wife and I were travelling through Kentucky. We had our tire popped and rim damaged on the highway. We arrived with and met Chris and Tracy. They were heaven sent. They helped us and gave us a service I've never experienced and wish everyone who wants or needs tires service that expect honesty , kindness to go see them at this location.Thank you guys so much we appreciate you

Blew trailer tire couple miles north on Interstate. I limped in and Tracy had my spare on and rolling again in less than 15 minutes. Friendly, great service.

I had a screw in my tire and went to RNR, no scheduled appointment. Very short wait, got me back on the road in no time. The customer service is unlike anything I ve experienced at any other tire shop. The entire staff is extremely friendly, extremely service minded. This will be the only place I take my vehicles to for tire needs.

I was thoroughly impressed with this business as I commute. One day I woke up with a lighted dash indicating that something was wrong with my tire. I immediately got it checked out at RNR. The customer service is top-tier, and I was very delighted with the cost. Please take your business here as the staff is honest and concerned with customer satisfaction! 5+/5 stars

I was on my way home to Central Kentucky from Tennessee to play in a golf scramble with my fraternity Brothers when I got a flat in a remote area and had to spend the night in Elizabethtown because I didn't have the lock key for my lug nuts.I saw the reviews for RNR Tires and had my truck towed to the shop so I could go there first thing in the morning to see if they could help meThe store happened to be open 15 minutes early and I walked in and Matt greeted me and was more than happy to help me even though they had not opened up yet!On top of that he did the change on the house and got me on my way. These guys are great and I'm not just saying it because they helped me out in a pinch for the free. They truly understand the importance of customer service!

I can't recommend them more! Since I read on their website that they patch tires free of charge, I decided to check them out. The only problem with that is they only do that under certain circumstances (like buying 4 tires, getting them rotated, etc.). I didn't realize that until after they patched my tire and they explained it to me. It was around $42 to patch it. Seeing that I didn't know any of this info, including the price, before hand, they graciously decided not to charge me for it. They're very sweet and helpful. This helped me out so much and this was the first time I visited their shop. I'll definitely be returning for my tire needs!

We rented a Cadillac SUV in Ohio. We stopped in Kentucky and noticed that one of the tires was very low (16psi). We went to RNR tire express and one of the staff members told us it was a nail. They worked on it. They were pleasant to talk to. Zack and Matt were amazing. We even promised Stephanie we were coming back with a souvenir for her from Louisiana. They charged us the unbelievable amount of $0. We were in disbelief. We felt like we made friends on our trip from OH-LA.

The best customer service I have seen in a very long time. Awesome job. I had 4 blown tires and they came to my house to replace them. I will definitely refer family and friends to them.

I had a blow-out on a trailer tire just north of E-town. This crew was absolutely amazing. They would not let me leave until I had the proper tire for the application. I will absolutely be returning to get the swift and friendly service this place has to offer. Thank you for going the extra mile, gentleman.
