I've been going to Ride-Wright for years. Robbie and his entire staff have been more than accommodating and helpful every single time! I can't say enough good about these guys and gals! Whether its wheels, tires, flat repair, oil change or just a rotate and balance. You can expect high quality work at very reasonable prices, not to mention they're hometown folks working hard for us!!

I can not sing the praises more and more everytime I come here. Their pricing is below competitor's around the Elizabethtown / Louisville area. The high standards they uphold and the family feeling you get when you walk it makes it feel fantastic.Their appointments are booked about 1 week ahead of time to get the right parts and the best service possible.I have had my Ford Escape here twice for tires and their prices are the best and you get Roadside policies that make you feel secure about your tires and if something happens.It is worth the drive every time I am in need of work on my car. I don't think I could have found a better shop around the area.

I would give this small business 10 stars if I could. The staff is incredibly friendly. They always remember me, which I find amazing, because I only come in a few times a year. I 100% trust that they re honest and their prices can t be beat. I ll be a customer as long as they re open!

I once had a glowing 5 star review. But after lift the steering dynamics were never correct. Had them try to align it and center the steering wheel went back twice and it went from bad to worse. The excuse is that its a lifted truck. Sorry, having incorrect steering geometry is not gospel with modern lifts. They just dont want to fool with getting it right. I have 6 months worth of kind emails with Daisy and she reciprocated. But when wanting a resolutuon another office member laid the law down. I returned the tone and that basically the entire issue.Regardless, it could have been a good experience but it wasn't. All they had to do is let me sit in thd truck and center it or another shop member. But that never happened. Robbie had me call him, I thought for resolutuon. Nope, just to tell me thats how it is and he didnt appreciate what I said to his employee. Further wasting my time. And to set the record straight what I said that was so horrible was "you dont have a good personality." Which is true and also bloody murder as far as the Wright folks concern.Just go somewhere else to get a lift installed. I drove over 400 miles during the duration of this situation. It wasn't worth it and am unsatisfied.

Come in with a screw and a tire that was only like a month old on on the side they smoked it put internal patch in it and I'm happy with it even paying 26. 50 right right got you covered

This place is the closest tire shop from me. I used them for all my tire, brake, and front end work until they refused to repair a tire for a garden tractor three years ago. Took it to the next tire dealer down the road. A patch and a tube like I asked Ride Wright to do and it's still working good as new three years later. I doubt that I'll ever go back.

I have been going to Ride-Wright for the last 28 years. They are professional, courteous, and are incredibly considerate of the customer. The prices are fantastic and competitive with any other shop out there. I would not consider going anywhere else. Give them a try; you will not be disappointed.

Ride Wright tire is the best place in Elizabethtown KY. if you need tires or vehicle maintenance. Family owned and ran it is worth every penny you spend.

Not honest over wait times. Waited 3x what i was told i would to the point i had to leave without getting it done. Some people only have so much time so honesty is key. If its gonna be 2 hours, say that, not maybe 40 minutes..

LIFE SAVERS! I was passing through and popped a tire, knowing not a soul here the front desk worker called around to help me find a tow truck and someone to put a spare on and got me in for the replacement tire immediately! Great staff! Owner is extremely caring about the staff! Great energy here! Highly recommend! Thank you all so much!

Very friendly! We had a nail in a tire and 5 hours of travel ahead of us. They fixed it at no charge and got us back on the road.

Incredibly professional and kind and quick with the job. I called in the morning because I found out I needed 4 new tires, and they got me in within an hour and had me out with an hour. I'm only going there from now on. Highly recommend. Great place.

I needed tires for my boat trailer. They got me tires at even lower prices than I could find on line, and better grade tires that will serve me and my trailer far longer and more capably then I could have ever found on my own. They got me in and out quick, did very good quality work, were courteous and helpful, and their prices were far more reasonable than I could have hoped for. Trust them when you need tires or other automotive work done.

A friend had a blow out on his car while we were traveling out of town. The man who helped us beside the road recommended this place. They were extremely helpful and courteous. They got the tire changed and we were back on the road in 20 minutes. Nice shop and waiting area

They have always been good. I've not been there in 5+years yet me an Gypsy were remembered. I have a different vehicle now, along with just happening to now know the owners. Due to my job an privilege getting to work with a couple of the next generation. I couldn't stay while they were replacing tiers, so I was given a ride back to work an my vehicle delivered when finished. Idk if this is normal for them to do. Yet feel greatfull for the full service treatment today. Thank you

I thought I had an appointment for an opening time, but they said I was 2 hours early. I needed a brake job and 4 new tires. That would mean I wiuld have about a 4 hour wait till job would be complete (without complications). I decided to take my business elsewhere. I saved $100 on a set of Firestone tires compared to their Toyo off brand and other garage kept their appointment. Not going back to this place.

Cheerful, friendly and professional. Took care of rotation and balancing of tires on my mom s car in less than an hour without an appointment. Mom bought her tires here nine years ago and there was no additional charge for service

Great service! I purched Michelin tires for my RV through Ride Wright and had them installed. RV is 30ft long and 11 ft high Class C on and E450 dually chassis and some places can't work on a vehicle this large. They were able to change the tires quick with no issues. Let's face it noone likes spending big $ on tires but Ride Wright was friendly, quick, professional, and military friendly. Highly recommend and would return for future service.

Very nice lobby and seating area, kid friendly with some toys and a play area. Good, strong WiFi. They have a coffee station and will make you a fresh pot anytime or let you make it yourself. Fair to excellent pricing, occasionally willing to make deals such as a lower price if you can't finance and can pay cash in full. Competent friendly staff, very efficient in workmanship/speed of service. Only drawback is they are limited in their available services. Their name does suggest, however, that they mostly do tires. Voted best tire dealership in Hardin County this year.

UPDATE: These folks continue to do excellent work, most recently replacing a front axle U-joint in our F-350 that two other shops failed to diagnose and repair. We now drive from Shelbyville to this shop to have our trucks worked on, and it's 100% worth it.I've had two wonderful experiences at Ride-Wright: once for ball joints on our F-350 and once for ball joints and tie rod ends on our other vehicle. Both times, they came in within 5% of their written estimate, so they clearly have their ducks in a row. We've put several thousand miles on both vehicles since getting the work done, and no problems yet. I hope I won't need a mechanic anytime soon, but I know where I'll be taking my vehicles if I do.

Appreciate the quick service when we had a flat tire while going to Bowling Green to move our daughter home from college. Pulled in and they had it fixed in about an hour. Excellent service and price!!

The reason why this is the only place I go for tires and brakes. Fast prompt service, very friendly and most importantly competent work. They care for their customers and treated like family.
